Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working with individuals of all ages. I am licensed in Illinois, Missouri, Florida, Georgia and Arizona. I have over fourteen years of experience in helping individuals with depression, stress, anxiety, anger management, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I often practice as a Christian counselor, however, I work with individuals from all faith backgrounds with a non-judgmental approach. I know that taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage. I am proud of you for taking this step and look forward to walking along side of you on your journey.
Hello, I'm Maggie Lo, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Harbour Mind Psychotherapy. I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, people-pleasing, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients grew up in emotionally unpredictable, critical, or invalidating environments and find themselves carrying patterns that once helped them cope but no longer serve them.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. My work focuses on helping clients understand how past experiences continue to shape the present, develop greater self-trust, and build healthier relationships. I believe meaningful therapy requires time, attention, and a deep understanding of each person's unique story, which is why I intentionally maintain a limited caseload to provide personalized care.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in recurring patterns, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and create lasting change.
My practice is intentionally designed with a limited number of client slots to help ensure I can provide thoughtful, attentive care while maintaining the mental space needed to fully support each client. I value flexibility, quality of care, and prioritizing the therapeutic experience so clients feel genuinely supported throughout their healing journey.
My practice welcomes individuals from all backgrounds who are seeking compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. My therapeutic approach is grounded in proven clinical practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
Treatment always begins with sound clinical, evidence-based care. When a client identifies their Christian faith as an important part of their life and healing journey, Scripture and faith-based principles may be thoughtfully integrated in a reflective and therapeutic manner to foster insight, hope, emotional regulation, and resilience. Faith is never used as a substitute for clinical intervention but serves as a complementary resource when it is meaningful to the client.
Hello! Does it seem overwhelming to be searching for a therapist for yourself? I get it! My name is Sonja (rhymes with "lasagna"). I enjoyed working with children and their families for 15 years, and then I transitioned to the medical field, where I was blessed to continue my professional growth within a variety of settings. My husband and I have one spoiled dog, Bo, a boxer-hound mix, who brings lots of laughs to our home.
My specialties include working with adults (age 18+) dealing with symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, grief, and life transitions. I love to help people, and I usually incorporate some humor into sessions, because sometimes you just need to laugh! I utilize a positive approach and will ask for something positive since our last session each time we meet. I believe that is a life skill
NOTE: You must be in a setting that is private and has stable internet for our telehealth sessions. I do not meet with people while they are driving, but if you need to sit in your car for privacy, for example, that is fine.
Welcome, I'm Brian, and I am a Florida licensed mental health counselor.
For over twelve years, I have worked with clients to explore and resolve depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts.
To do so, I focus on helping my clients identify their strengths and maximize those strengths to overcome obstacles. I also work with my clients to challenge negative automatic thoughts that often drive or maintain personal difficulties. Being in the moment, as well as relaxation, body awareness, and other coping skills have helped my client's to cope with difficult thoughts and feelings while we get to the bottom of the issues.
When are ready to begin your journey, I'm ready to help. We can work together to improve your well-being and quality of life.
I have an eclectic approach and believe that you are your own expert who needs evidence-based tools. I will walk through deep waters with you, promising to provide a judgment-free zone. I have a background in family systems, child development and couples therapy. This background supports individual therapy as many people present to therapy with relational issues. I am so glad you are here!
I am a licensed professional counselor dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and groups through life’s challenges. My practice is grounded in creating a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful goals. I draw on extensive experience across schools, hospitals, shelters, and community agencies to help clients build resilience, insight, and overall well-being.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. If you’re caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another loved one over the age of 18, you don’t have to carry that stress alone.
My name is Clint, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Alabama. I specialize in supporting caregivers of older adults and individuals with disabilities over the age of 18 who may be struggling with burnout, anxiety, guilt, stress, or feeling emotionally drained.
As a former primary caregiver for my father, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges caregiving can bring. Balancing medical appointments, family responsibilities, work demands, and the emotional weight of supporting a loved one can leave little time to care for yourself. Since 2011, I’ve worked alongside caregivers and families to help reduce burnout, build healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and create more balance in daily life.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and supportive therapy to help clients manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own well-being.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been weighing on you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure or expectations.
If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to work alongside you.
My passion as a Mental Health Counselor has been and continues to have the ability to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds as well as their families. Assisting my clients learn how to manage their stressors, gaining insight into their thoughts and behaviors and enhancing their emotions and bonds with their supportive networks. The majority of my experience has been focused on working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, Tourette/Tics anger, adjustment and women related issues. I use different approaches in therapy but have a strong background in CBT, CPT and somatic work. I have also received my training in CBIT (Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics) I currently practice in Orlando, Florida but provide virtual as well.

My approach combines evidence-based techniques with a compassionate understanding of each person's unique experiences. I believe in fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, uncover their true potential, and develop the resilience needed to navigate life's challenges.
I discovered a strong calling to support women navigating self-doubt, perfectionism, overthinking, and the weight of constantly putting others’ needs before their own. If you see yourself in this, you are not alone. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you work toward the goals that matter most to you.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker originally from Orlando, Florida, now proudly serving clients in Georgia and Florida. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Central Florida.
I integrate evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, Motivational Interviewing techniques, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.
I identify as she/her and as a Latina therapist, and I’m passionate about providing culturally informed therapy that honors the intersection of identity, culture, family dynamics, and lived experience. Creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and represented is central to my work.
Outside of being a mental health therapist, I enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family, practicing yoga, being near the water, reading, and meditating.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m a Licensed Mental Health and ART trauma therapist passionate about helping adults and teens manage the overwhelming challenges of life—whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply feeling stuck. Hi there, I'm Brittany. I'm a biracial woman, a wife and a mother, and counseling has been a calling of mine since I was young, shaped by my life experiences.
You may look like you have it all together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted on the inside. Perhaps you're highly sensitive, constantly overthinking, struggling with panic attacks, carrying the weight of past trauma, or finding it difficult to enjoy your life the way you want to. If this sounds familiar, you're not alone—and you don't have to navigate it by yourself. I specialize in working with high-functioning, highly sensitive adults and children experiencing anxiety, panic disorder, depression, and the lasting effects of trauma.
My clinical background includes three years at the VA supporting veterans, service members, and their families, plus years in community settings treating trauma, substance use, and behavioral and emotional disorders across all levels of care.
Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working with families and individuals since 2011. My approach is supportive, insight-oriented, and practical—helping you understand patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
The “traditional office” approach is not one that I use. We have the option of meeting in an outdoor environment, in places like the beach or a park, if you are within the Palm Beach County area. And there is always the option to meet in a virtual office setting though Telehealth. I believe therapy can and should have a place in our everyday lives. I am trained in CBT, ACT, Mindfulness and trauma informed approaches.

My name is Shannalei Henry, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), an Afro Latina, believer, wife, mother, daughter, friend, and lover of all things travel/food/adventure. I am a Connecticut native with undergraduate, graduate, and working experience in New York and currently reside in South Florida. I have been in the field since 2015 and I have worked in the field with different ages (3 years old to late 50s), various cultures and ethnicities, and placements. My method with clients is creating individualized plans tailored to assist each client in achieving their personal and professional goals.
I began my work in the field in 2007 and have been fully licensed since 2017. I consider myself to be an exceptionally empathetic and caring counselor who meets my clients where they're at. I will push my clients to experience emotions and to sit with them in ways they haven't before. However, I do this in a safe manner where we simply expand the limits each time and create safety in each session to fully allow the client to embrace the process. I strive to help my clients make sense of their life and the experiences they've had. I have great respect for each individual's journey and understand there is value in all of us. I strive for all of my clients to feel seen, heard, respected, accepted, and not judged. From the very first session, my clients feel heard through my exceptional empathic listening skills. I ask evocative questions to get to the heart of the matter and to push the client to think more in depth and perhaps even with a different perspective about struggles or experiences that have caused them strife.

You're exhausted, wondering if anyone is going to reach your teenage son with ADHD. I was that kid and found my way through.
Your son is struggling the same way I did. ADHD, too much homework, too little interest, too many people telling him to just try harder. I didn't get real support until the end of high school. Treatment changed the trajectory of my life.
I went from community college to the University of Florida, then to a Master of Social Work from Florida State. My bachelor's was in Education Sciences with a specialization in Educational Psychology, which means I understand how ADHD plays out in a classroom, where so much of your son's pain probably lives. School is hard enough for these kids already, which is why I see clients in the evenings and on weekends. Therapy shouldn't add to what school is already taking from him.
I am a licensed therapist who provided compassionate, evidence-based care in navigating life's challenges. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoeducation to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and foster lasting emotional growth. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel understood, empowered, and confident in their ability to create meaningful change.
I have a diverse area of focus that includes trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life adjustments and transitions, and a variety of other mental health concerns. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and personal experiences.
I utilize a holistic and client-centered approach to therapy, working collaboratively with each individual to help them achieve their personal goals, strengthen coping skills, and navigate the stresses of everyday life. I believe that therapy can be a powerful tool for growth, healing, and self-discovery, and that we all have the ability to develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

Hello! I'm so happy you're here! I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW). I began my career in Florida before returning home to Minnesota. My experience started in a hospital setting, supporting adults facing addiction, homelessness, anxiety, postpartum depression, grief, loss, and life transitions. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as you process your emotions. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you and take steps toward healing that feel meaningful and manageable.
I aim to help you reconnect with your own inner strength. Whether we’re using cognitive tools or motivational approaches, therapy is grounded in care and built around what feels safe and meaningful for you.
I’m a mental health therapist with more than thirteen years of experience, and my practice is grounded in honoring each client as a whole person. From the moment you enter session, you are respected, appreciated, and offered a space where you can speak freely and disclose only what feels right for you. Safety, dignity, and autonomy guide every part of our work together.
Clinically, I draw from evidenced based approaches such as ERP, CBT, TRAP/TRAC, mindful‑living practices, and intentional space for processing — blending structure with openness so clients can explore both the practical and the deeply personal. My greatest strengths as a therapist are working with individuals struggling with OCD (you don't have to be afraid to speak your intrusive thoughts in my sessions. I am trained to understand the difference of ego dystonic intrusive thoughts that don't align with your true values and beliefs), Panic Attacks, Generalized Anxiety, Depression., aging and life transitions. Individuals struggling with eating disorders will be given referrals for treatment of this disorder.
If chosen by the client, I can also help integrate Christian beliefs into treatment in a way that supports their healing, values, and sense of meaning. My role is to walk alongside you, offering evidence‑based care that aligns with who you are and how you want to grow.
