I see individuals as well as couples. My main specialties of counseling include: anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ concerns, relationship issues, self-esteem, meaning and purpose seeking, first responders and their families, postpartum issues, grief, trauma, stress management, substance use, anger management, parenting concerns, peer relationships, and much more.
I utilize a variety of techniques and methods to aid the client in discovering the path that allows them to feel more positive growth and change in their lives.
