Greetings! I’m Letitia, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Georgia, and also licensed to provide therapy in Colorado and Florida. I’m passionate about helping clients discover their purpose, break through barriers that hold them back, and begin living the life they’ve always imagined.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent 12 years as an educator, which gave me a deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional challenges that young people face. Today, I work with clients ages 10 through 35, supporting them through the pivotal transitions of adolescence, young adulthood, and early professional life.
I understand how it feels to struggle with fear, depression, anxiety, low confidence, or a lack of purpose — because I’ve been there myself. These personal experiences allow me to bring empathy, authenticity, and real-world perspective into every session.
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety, ADHD, PMDD, phobias, PTSD, and trauma. I also work with clients coping with grief, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns, as well as those seeking clarity in college, career, and personal growth.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, compassionate, and eclectic, blending evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I use humor, authenticity, and flexibility to create a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward lasting change.
Clients can expect a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative environment where we’ll uncover strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop practical tools for emotional balance and growth. Together, we’ll create a path toward a more confident, fulfilled, and purpose-driven life.
I’m Cindy Ransom, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Parenting/Mindset Coach with nearly 10 years of experience helping individuals and families find more balance, calm, and confidence. She deeply understands that we must care for ourselves at the soul level. To facilitate this personal soul-care and growth movement, Michele created the motto “ME In Detail.” When you embrace this philosophy, you are declaring to yourself and the universe that you are ready to own your life completely, because you are worth it.
I have several years of experience treating individuals, families, and adolescents using a holistic, empathic, and trauma-informed approach. Watching friends and family struggle with mental health and substance abuse issues fueled my passion for helping those who struggle with these difficulties from a place of understanding, patience, and empathy. I received a BA in psychology first, which led to obtaining a substance abuse certificate. I gained experience working with families and individuals and, after some time, I was ready to further my education and obtained a Master of Social Work. This helped me expand my clinical skills and learn more targeted therapy modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, psychoanalytical care, and art therapy. I found these approaches are a great synthesis of neuroscience, trauma, and creativity.

Hello I’m Hazel,
Are you struggling with past trauma, self esteem, anxiety, depression, grief or even relationships? Is your mental health affecting your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to practice self care and self compassion?
I can help you manage stress, anxiety, fears and more. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate CBT and mindfulness to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice and I'm here to help you throughout your journey. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hurdles.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC) and have a PhD in Psychology. I have over 14 years of experience working in private practice with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have also worked as a school counselor for 24 years.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting issues, coping with grief and loss, abuse/domestic violence, and anger management. I completed extensive research for my dissertation in the areas of grief and the positive and negative effects of support systems. Outside of behavioral health care and in my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family.
You've made an important decision to start therapy. I'm glad you're here. It has been said therapy with me is like talking to your "auntie". I will help you see yourself but in such a nurturing way you receive it, and it allows you to do your work.
My gifting is in assessment and working with adults and couples. I have always worked in some form of mental health assessment in my career. Most recently I spent 5 years in Grady’s Psychiatric ER. Allowing me to quickly assess needs and develop a life plan with the client.
Couple work is also a skilled area for me. Especially when communication has broken down evidenced by constant arguing. Therapy can break couples out of the destructive tit-for-tat cycle. Broken trust, infidelity and unforgiveness are also areas I specialize in.
Women’s concerns and issues are important to me. I’ve done extensive work in healing their “father wound”. Tapping the spiritual relationship for healing. Topics include relationships, self development and growth. Another very successful service is my therapeutic walkthrough of popular books. Titles have included RC Blakes’ Queenology and Sophia Nelson’s The Woman Code. Currently, I am authoring The Majestic Woman Mindset, which comes from a woman’s empowerment curriculum I developed.
TALK|THERAPY LIVE, is a podcast on my YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmxgzmGXbnqKKizcNu32WuA
of educational videos and live broadcasts addressing behavioral health and relationships. Sometimes with special guests. I have been a helper/healer my entire career and looking forward to this season working with those I can help the most.
So whether it’s life just happening, grief, a relationship starting or ending, relationship issues and specifically if there are struggles with depression, anxiety, or a disorder, REACH OUT…Success in life is about making good decisions. Starting therapy is always a great decision!!

I have served clients as individuals, families, and within group environments. Additionally, my counseling experience has included inpatient, outpatient, and crisis stabilization units within the Florida Department of Corrections. I also served as the mental health authority within medium to low-risk juvenile inpatient programs. My experience also includes working within community social service agencies and Medicaid programs. In my years of professional experience, I have found that Depressive and Anxiety Disorders are managed best using Psychotherapy. Whereas many clients may find it helpful to include Antidepressant/Antianxiety medications, it has been my experience that medications alone are less effective and are often supported by Counseling Intervention with a Professional Counselor.
I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist in Florida, Texas, and Utah with over 17+ years of professional work experience. I show up in my therapeutic sessions not just as a clinician, but as a real person - someone who values honesty, warmth, and the courage it takes to face life's challenges. My work is grounded in authenticity because I know that people heal best when they are truly seen , heard, and accepted without judgment.

I work with adults and fellow veterans navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, helping them find tools that create real change in everyday life.

I help high-functioning adults reconnect with themselves and learn to trust their own judgment again.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable adults who have spent years taking care of everyone else while quietly struggling themselves. They often appear successful on the outside but privately feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they used to be.
You may be recovering from betrayal, navigating a difficult relationship or divorce, struggling with perfectionism or people-pleasing, healing from trauma, or facing a major life transition. Somewhere along the way, you may have begun second-guessing yourself, losing confidence in your instincts, or wondering why life feels so much harder than it looks from the outside.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Together, we'll make sense of the patterns keeping you stuck, calm your nervous system, reduce shame, strengthen healthy boundaries, and build the confidence to make choices that align with your values instead of fear or self-doubt. Therapy should leave you feeling understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools that make everyday life feel lighter.
Hi, I'm Deanna, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and emotional overwhelm. Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don't have to face life's challenges alone.
I provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences contributing to your current struggles while building practical skills to help you feel more confident, resilient, and emotionally balanced.
I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and nervous system-informed strategies. Whether you're healing from past trauma, managing anxiety or depression, strengthening relationships, or navigating a major life transition, we'll work together to create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, build healthier coping strategies, and create a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and aligned with your values.
Many of the individuals and couples I work with are at a crossroads—frustrated, sometimes burnt out, and seeking practical, workable strategies for change. Therapy offers a dedicated, supportive space to identify obstacles and map a path toward meaningful personal growth.
With over 15 years of experience across healthcare, restorative justice, and outpatient settings, I provide telehealth therapy at Grow for adults and couples. My practice focuses on:
*Chronic Pain & Complex Medical Issues
*Anxiety & Phobias
*Fertility & Family Building Support
*LGBTQ+ & Gender-Affirming Care
*Eating Disorder/Substance Use Step-Down Maintenance: Supporting ongoing recovery from substance use or eating disorders following higher levels of care.
*Couples Therapy: Improving communication and relational dynamics (clinical outpatient focus only).
Practice Boundaries & Administrative Policies
To maintain a clear focus on clinical care, please review the following scope boundaries:
*Legal & Forensic Services: I do not provide forensic evaluations, court-ordered treatment, litigation support, or expert witness testimony for legal proceedings, divorce, or custody disputes.
*Disability & Administrative Paperwork: I do not perform disability evaluations or complete short/long-term disability claims; I do not write Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters.
*Telehealth & Medical Requirements: Virtual therapy for chronic pain, ARFID, or medical distress serves strictly as a complementary psychological service. Because virtual care lacks physical monitoring:
A. Clients with ARFID or eating disorders must maintain ongoing care with an in-person physician for routine medical safety.
B. Clients seeking pain reprocessing or somatic therapy must have their pain evaluated by a physician.
******If medical or psychiatric needs exceed virtual outpatient scope, I will assist with referrals to local in-person providers**************
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor currently providing Telehealth/online therapy for adults (ages 18 and older). Working in mental health for over 15 years, I have had the pleasure of serving a diverse population of individuals seeking assistance to overcome various types of emotional and mental hurdles. I am a dedicated therapist who provides a non-judgmental approach to promote emotional growth and development.

I strive to create a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to move toward a more balanced and sustainable way of living.
I’m a mental health therapist with more than thirteen years of experience, and my practice is grounded in honoring each client as a whole person. From the moment you enter session, you are respected, appreciated, and offered a space where you can speak freely and disclose only what feels right for you. Safety, dignity, and autonomy guide every part of our work together.
Clinically, I draw from evidenced based approaches such as ERP, CBT, TRAP/TRAC, mindful‑living practices, and intentional space for processing — blending structure with openness so clients can explore both the practical and the deeply personal. My greatest strengths as a therapist are working with individuals struggling with OCD (you don't have to be afraid to speak your intrusive thoughts in my sessions. I am trained to understand the difference of ego dystonic intrusive thoughts that don't align with your true values and beliefs), Panic Attacks, Generalized Anxiety, Depression., aging and life transitions. Individuals struggling with eating disorders will be given referrals for treatment of this disorder.
If chosen by the client, I can also help integrate Christian beliefs into treatment in a way that supports their healing, values, and sense of meaning. My role is to walk alongside you, offering evidence‑based care that aligns with who you are and how you want to grow.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving individuals throughout the Tampa, Lakeland, and Orlando areas. I have worked in the mental health field for over five years and have had the privilege of supporting people from many different backgrounds and walks of life.
As an Army veteran, I understand firsthand some of the unique challenges that can come with stress, life transitions, service-related experiences, and finding balance in everyday life. Throughout my career, I have provided counseling and support to veterans, individuals struggling with substance use, adolescents and adults facing difficult life circumstances, and people navigating mental health concerns in a variety of settings.
My professional experience includes working in hospitals as a medical social worker, outpatient mental health clinics serving low-income and at-risk youth and adults, substance abuse treatment programs, and correctional settings providing services to incarcerated individuals. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the resilience people show when facing adversity and have reinforced my belief that meaningful change is possible for everyone.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to work toward your goals. Is life feeling heavy right now? Does it feel like the harder you try, the more lost you become?
When navigating a major life transition—like a recent loss, an empty nest, a career shift, or an ending relationship—your mind tries to think its way through the change, but your nervous system carries the actual burden. If you have spent months talking about your stress in therapy but your body still feels exhausted, anxious, or stuck, somatic work may be the missing piece.
I provide a warm, gentle space specializing in somatic (body-centered) therapy and mindfulness for women experiencing:
The heavy, physical ache of deep burnout and grief
A constant tightness in the chest or unshakeable fatigue
Feeling completely disconnected from your own body
We won’t just analyze your overwhelm; we will work together to help your body safely release it.
You don’t have to navigate this threshold alone. Let’s help you breathe a little deeper and feel truly grounded again.
Please Note: I believe healing burnout starts with modeling it. I deliberately limit my client slots so I can show up with total clinical presence, depth, and intention—giving you a calm, grounded space to slow down and heal.

I worked in this field for several years, along with various training, to assist clients in different areas. Are you a woman who is feeling down and have little interest or pleasure in doing things you normally do? Do you feel tired or have little energy or so restless that it is hard to sit still and relax? Are you easily annoyed or irritable? If you answer yes to any or all of these questions, then you may be experiencing some depression and anxiety. But I have good news for you! I work exclusively with women only who are experiencing Depression and Anxiety. These conditions are treatable through talk therapy sessions and can often resolve in the short-term. Therapy does not have to be a long-term process and often you can achieve the goals you set for yourself within a matter of months.

From an early age, I felt a strong calling to help others and found deep fulfillment in making a positive difference in people’s lives. Raised in an immigrant family with limited resources, I joined the military as a way to pursue my education and create new opportunities for myself.
During my time in the military, I relocated frequently and had the privilege of connecting with individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and belief systems. These experiences shaped my understanding of how our differences enrich us, while also recognizing how they can create internal struggles, relational challenges, and emotional stress.
This perspective led me to pursue a career in social work. Today, I am committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care and supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change—one person at a time.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through life’s challenges alone. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

Hola! I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than a decade of experience in mental health, behavioral health, and non-profit work. I grew up in Los Angeles, completed my Master of Social Work at Fordham University in the Bronx, and now call Ocala, Florida home.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families across the lifespan, each with their own unique stories and needs. My work is guided by an integrative approach, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods to find what fits best for you. I’ve worked extensively with family systems, intergenerational trauma, parents and children facing behavioral challenges, neurodivergent individuals, women navigating life transitions, and people seeking to better understand themselves and the patterns that may be causing distress, mood difficulties, anxiety, or OCD.
Some of my specialties include helping young adults transition into life after high school, supporting parents and partners as they navigate family life, and walking alongside Latina women who are balancing relationships, cultural expectations, independence, and self-care.
I believe deeply that every person’s journey is unique. That’s why I focus on meeting you exactly where you are, empowering you to uncover strengths, solutions, and coping strategies that work for your life. While I am trained in CBT and DBT, I see these as tools within a broader, collaborative process. At the heart of my practice is client-centered care — because there is no single path to healing that fits everyone. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that honors your voice, builds on your resilience, and empowers you to move toward the life you want to live.
The “traditional office” approach is not one that I use. We have the option of meeting in an outdoor environment, in places like the beach or a park, if you are within the Palm Beach County area. And there is always the option to meet in a virtual office setting though Telehealth. I believe therapy can and should have a place in our everyday lives. I am trained in CBT, ACT, Mindfulness and trauma informed approaches.
You do not have to arrive in therapy with clarity. Sometimes clarity is what we build together.
I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation—one where you don't need the right words, a clear plan, or everything figured out before you begin.
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationship challenges, major life transitions, and the pressure that can come with achievement and carrying significant responsibility. Many of the people I work with are capable, responsible, and accustomed to being the person others rely on. On the outside, they may appear to be managing everything well. Underneath, they may feel exhausted, disconnected from themselves, uncertain about what they need, or tired of repeating patterns they don't fully understand.
My role is to help you slow down enough to understand what's happening beneath the surface—what may be shaping your thoughts, relationships, decisions, and responses. Because when we can see a pattern more clearly, we have more choice about whether we want to keep living from it.
My style is warm, honest, culturally responsive, and collaborative. I won't expect you to become someone new. Our work is about helping you understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with what matters to you, and build a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and genuinely your own
