Hello, my name is Dr. Regina Wilson. I received my doctorate from the University of Connecticut in Clinical Psychology. I have been in private practice since 2000. I am a highly skilled clinical psychologist with over 25 + years of experience working with a wide variety of clients. As a trained clinical psychologist, I take an eclectic therapeutic approach, drawing from various evidence-based modalities to meet each client where they are. I believe that therapy is most effective when it honors your unique story, pace, and needs.
My approach is guided by a personal motto I’ve coined: Uncover, Discover, and Discard. In our work together, we will uncover the patterns, experiences, and underlying factors that may be preventing you from living as your most authentic and empowered self. From there, we will discover how unhelpful thoughts, toxic behaviors, or limiting beliefs have been manifesting in your life. Together, we’ll identify healthier ways of thinking and develop strategies that promote healing, resilience, and growth. Finally, we will discard what no longer serves you—whether it’s outdated beliefs, behaviors, or emotional burdens—creating space for transformation and well-being.

You made it! I’m Amanda, and I’m here to help you figure things out.
I have the privilege of working with people dealing with all kinds of real-life struggles—trauma, ADHD, anxiety, low motivation, oppositional behavior, or just feeling totally over therapy. A lot of this stuff comes from old pain or shame that’s been weighing you down, and my goal is to help lighten that load so you can feel more like yourself again. My style is trauma-informed, calm, and focused on healing the deeper stuff in a way that feels safe and manageable. I also look at the bigger picture—family dynamics, past relationships, and the systems around you—because they all play a part.
Hi! I'm Dr. Aleesha Grier-Rogers — a licensed, PSYPACT-authorized clinical psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience supporting adults through complex emotional, medical, and life transitions.
I focus on working with women — especially women of color and LGBTQ+ women — navigating three deeply personal journeys: (1) building families through IVF, IUI, donor conception, surrogacy, or adoption; (2) perimenopause and menopause transitions; and (3) physician-assisted weight management via bariatric surgery or GLP-1 medications.
I understand that identity and culture don't exist in the background — they shape every layer of these experiences. From navigating bias and dismissal from providers, to managing the expectations of partners and family, to reconciling your own values with the choices you're making, you deserve a space where all of that is seen, named, and held.
-The journey through IVF, IUI, and donor conception is extremely challenging — I know firsthand. The uncertainty, isolation, fear, and grief that accompany each cycle, each loss, and each decision can be overwhelming. I help clients navigate the emotional highs and lows, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and strengthen self-trust at every step of their family-building journey.
-Perimenopause and menopause are too often met with silence or judgment. I meet clients where they are, offering validation, clarity, and tools to navigate emotional, physical, and relational changes with confidence.
-Weight loss/management — even with surgery or GLP-1s — is only half the battle. I help clients manage food noise, triggers, self-criticism, and fear of regain, while reconciling the "new you" in the mirror with the "you" they've carried inside.
If you're tired of feeling alone, unseen, or misunderstood — you're in the right place. I help clients build resilience and agency while navigating bias, stigma, and the unique cultural and relational layers these journeys bring — turning frustration into growth, empowerment, and self-trust.

My approach to therapy is eclectic which means I use a variety of approaches to help you arrive at your best self. Frequently, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while combining elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness. I also focus on uncovering your strengths as a core foundation to then work on areas preventing you from reaching your goals and achieving happiness.
I enjoy assisting others and providing a listening ear. I believe that one has the power to experience happiness despite difficulties and/or unwelcoming circumstances. We can influence our brains and learn skills to handle stress, anxiety, and life challenges. I enjoy sharing knowledge to better assist clients to manage obstacles so that they can ultimately live a happier life.
Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of CT. I received my MSW from Fordham University and enjoy providing support and assistance to adults struggling with a large variety of mental/emotional struggles. I truly believe that everyone has the power and ability to overcome life's struggles and my job is too help them find it! I also come from a trauma focused perspective and recognize that previous trauma contributes to one's inability to recognize the control they have to improve life circumstances.
