New to Grow
Shannon believes that each person is the expert of their own life, knowing what they need and having the capability to direct their own journey. She understands that life's challenges can have a feeling of being lost, struggling to understand who we are, what we are doing, and where we are going. Shannon is dedicated to sitting in that uncomfortable space, offering support and guidance until a place of confidence and fulfillment is reached.
The first session will be about basic information, getting to know who you are on the surface.
My greatest strengths are supporting you in finding your way to a peaceful way of life.
