I am a compassionate clinician with an abiding interest in people generally. At my core, I believe in the dignity of human life, and has dedicated my life in the service of my fellow humans to improve their lot in life, and achieve their true potential as productive members of society. I am in the helping business. Helping clients navigate life difficulties, be it serious medical diagnosis, major life events or developing adaptive coping strategies to mitigate the negative impacts of death and dying and grief and loss.
Begin to process of establishing a therapeutic alliance, by building rapport as well as identify therapeutic goals.
Build a "safe space" where clients will feel comfortable to share and be themselves without fear of being judged, while exploring therapeutic goals for meaningful outcomes.
I am best position to serve elderly clients that are battling anxiety and depression, the result of major life changes or dealing with terminal disease diagnosis.
4 years of practice experience with this treatment modality that provides emotional support, understanding, and encouragement to individuals facing difficult situations or emotional distress in a safe and non-judgmental environment. This includes, listening and empathy, encouragement, problem-solving, stress management and guidance.
