I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years experience. I have worked with school aged children in intensive programs and adults and the geriatric population in an inpatient setting. My private practice has covered most everything in between. I believe in a personalized therapy journey and use my experiences and creativity to help create a plan.
In the first session, we will discuss expectations and formulate a plan. I am open to questions at this point about any concerns on your mind
My variety of experiences give me insight to guide your therapy. My approach is firm but also believe creativity and laughter have a place in the room.
My Therapy style is best suited for those ready for a therapy journey customized to best meet their needs. I can work with those familiar with therapy that want a new approach or those new to therapy. I believe in using tools, metaphor, and laughter to guide the therapeutic process. My practice includes work with individual, relationship and family issues.
