Hello hello hello! Congratulations on doing one of the first steps of your journey: searching and initiating care for yourself! I'm glad you're here. I have extensive history in hospital administration, working alongside varying diagnoses including mental health and substance use disorder. Whether you want to build self-esteem, practice being assertive, navigate relationship issues, or deal with feeling misunderstood, I am here to help. I warmly welcome people from all backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone who has struggled to find a therapist they can relate to.
We will work as a team to build stronger connections, break painful cycles, and create practical tools so you can live a more balanced, fulfilling life.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and the owner of Thrive Counseling & Wellness, a virtual private practice dedicated to helping individuals find healing, resilience, and renewed hope. For more than a decade, I have had the privilege of walking alongside people as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, chronic pain, and life's unexpected challenges.
My passion for this work comes from a deep belief that every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I know that many people carry invisible struggles while appearing to have everything together on the outside. Creating a space where clients feel safe enough to be authentic, vulnerable, and fully themselves is at the heart of my practice.
I take a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy, meeting each client where they are while helping them identify practical tools for lasting change. My work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and EMDR, allowing me to tailor treatment to each individual's unique experiences and goals. I have a special passion for supporting individuals living with chronic illness, chronic pain, high-functioning anxiety, depression, and the emotional impact of medical trauma.
I believe therapy is about more than reducing symptom; it is about helping people reconnect with themselves, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create lives that feel meaningful and fulfilling. It is truly an honor to earn my clients' trust and to witness the courage, growth, and resilience they discover along the way.

Whether you're healing from loss, rebuilding after a major life transition, or striving to become the healthiest version of yourself, I'm here to help you discover that you truly have bigger fish to fry than the obstacles holding you back.
I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and actively working in the field since 2010. I have been told that I have a calming presence, a decent sense of professional insight, and a serious approach to empowering clients to find success and improve their mental health. I have worked with the English and Spanish speaking civilian and military population in a variety of areas, some of which are: couples counseling, family counseling, parenting, blended families, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), domestic violence, grief, communication skills, personality disorders (such as bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder), ADHD, depression, anxiety, emotional and sexual abuse, life changes, divorce, immigration, addictions, and military individual LGBTQ+ and family issues.
Welcome! I’m Tyler Lange, LPC-S, and I believe healing happens when people feel seen, understood, and empowered. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients can explore life’s challenges, develop practical coping skills, and move toward lasting emotional wellness. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and, for those who desire it, Christian faith-based counseling. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or past trauma, I’m here to help you build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change.
Greetings! I look forward to helping adult individuals and couples with a variety of issues. When life feels overwhelming, unmanageable, or just unenjoyable, getting out of bed in the morning can be hard. Going to work, interacting with family or friends, and looking forward to tomorrow can feel like torture. When in this dark spot, making decisions can seem impossible and life is just a daily grind with no enjoyment in site. Whatever the situation, this may be your present, but it does not have to be your future. Help is a phone call away. (EMDR in-office only)

Hello, and welcome. I am Dr. Samuel Hickson, PhD, LCSW, a licensed psychotherapist, neuropsychotherapist, clinical researcher, educator, and healthcare consultant dedicated to providing evidence-based psychotherapy for adults. My practice is built on the belief that healing begins with understanding ourselves, rebuilding trust, and developing the resilience needed to navigate life's challenges with confidence and purpose.

My therapeutic approach integrates neuropsychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and strengths-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that are both compassionate and grounded in scientific research.

Hi I'm McKenzie!
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with several years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan through depression, anxiety, life transitions, severe and persistent mental illnesses, and other disorders in a variety of different settings such as residential treatment, community mental health programs, school-based programs, and outpatient settings. These experiences have shaped my holistic, trauma-informed approach is care. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental , drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I work especially well with teens and adults who feel misunderstood or out of place in more traditional settings.
Therapy should be a place where you can show up as your truest self. I create a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can show up as you are. Our work is collaborative and centered on what feels authentic and meaningful to you.
My name is Romy Rodriguez and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have worked with various populations with mental health and substance abuse struggles. I also provided Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to adolescents and their families who were living in homeless shelters and were in the court system. I have also worked with women with Post-Partum depression and struggling with substance abuse. Two of the modalities that I work with are Brainspotting and EMDR. Brainspotting focuses on identifying specific eye positions (“brainspots”) that connect to unprocessed material in the brain. By maintaining focused attention on these spots, clients are able to access, process, and resolve underlying issues at a deeper neurological level. This approach is especially effective for trauma, anxiety, and emotional regulation, allowing for profound healing in a safe, attuned, and client-centered space. I also specialize in EMDR. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help clients process and heal from trauma, distressing memories, and negative beliefs. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I guide clients through structured phases that use bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements) to help the brain reprocess stuck or overwhelming experiences. This allows painful memories to lose their intensity and supports the development of more adaptive, empowering beliefs. EMDR is highly effective for trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges, offering deep and lasting relief in a safe, supportive, and client-centered environment.

I'm David Rothman, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) offering telehealth therapy for adults and couples throughout Colorado. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, using a warm, collaborative, attachment-focused approach centered on creating a safe space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected.
I believe meaningful therapy starts with a strong therapeutic relationship. Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, beliefs, and relational patterns contributing to your distress — not just to reduce symptoms, but to help you build a deeper understanding of yourself and create change that lasts.
My work draws on several evidence-based and insight-oriented approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic therapy. Depending on your goals, we might focus on building practical coping strategies, shifting unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, understanding how past experiences shape the present, or strengthening emotional connection and communication in your relationships.
For couples, I help partners uncover the emotional patterns beneath conflict and disconnection. By building greater emotional awareness, improving communication, and fostering a deeper sense of security, couples can move toward a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
Whether you're navigating anxiety or depression, processing trauma, working through relationship difficulties, or facing a significant life transition, therapy offers a space to slow down, gain perspective, and discover new ways of responding to life's challenges.
I strive to meet every client where they are — without judgment, with thoughtful guidance and practical tools. My hope is that our work together helps you build self-awareness, strengthen your relationships, grow resilience, and create lasting positive change.
My goal is to help you break free from the cycle of stress and anxiety through practical techniques and personalized strategies for growth. With a background in mindfulness, meditation, and psychedelic-assisted therapy, I take a holistic approach to therapy. Together we'll create a comfortable space where you can explore your challenges, gain perspective, and deepen your emotional awareness without feeling judged.
I work with adults who want more from life, their relationships, or themselves but feel stuck getting there, overwhelmed, or like they should be further along.
As a naturalized U.S. citizen from Germany, I also bring personal understanding of adapting to a new culture and enjoy working with immigrants and first-generation Americans navigating life between cultures.
I support clients navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress or dissatisfaction with life, health or work, sleep concerns, communication and boundary issues, dating and relationship challenges, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism.
I’m straightforward, relatable, and down to earth, with room for humor and honest conversation. At times, that also means respectfully challenging patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back.
My approach is practical, collaborative, solution-focused, and trauma-informed.
Together, we'll build on your strengths, gain new perspectives, and develop practical tools and strategies to help you create lasting change and a life you can more fully enjoy.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor serving adults across Colorado.
Do you find yourself over-apologizing or carrying responsibilities that don't belong to you? Did you grow up in a home where feelings weren't tolerated? If that resonates, you are not alone. I work with adults who grew up in challenging, dysfunctional, or abusive environments and still feel the effects on their relationships and self worth today. We will explore these dynamics and how they have come to shape your life and sense of self. Together, we'll build the insight, confidence, and self trust needed to heal one step at a time.
When we work together, you will be welcomed with curiosity, warmth, empathy, and a genuinely nonjudgmental space. You'll be supported in exploring and breaking generational pattens, learning to navigate difficult emotions, and challenging your inner critic. My goal is to help you grow stronger, more resilient, and more empowered along the way.
Clients describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and authentic. Therapy with me is a space where can show up fully as you are and start creating a life that feels more peaceful, connected, and your own. Starting this journey can be hard, but you're not alone.
