Because of that, I work hard to find out where you're stuck in life and how to help you feel better. I am licensed in Colorado and Texas. Hello, I'm Amanda. For over 20 years I've walked alongside people through every kind of mental health journey—from crisis moments in psychiatric hospitals to steady, hopeful growth in outpatient settings.
My favorite thing is helping adults rediscover their strength, heal old wounds, and build lives that feel lighter and more joyful. I bring a calm, creative, down-to-earth energy to every conversation.
I'm also a mom, grandma, and wife—balancing real life just like you do. Those experiences help me truly connect with people from every background and walk of life.
With an extensive background spanning the full continuum of care—from outpatient services to long-term inpatient mental health—I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals across a vast spectrum of life experiences. My professional journey has been shaped by the guidance of exceptional mentors and supervisors who have instilled in me a commitment to continuous growth as a provider.
When a client chooses to invite me into their life, I view it as a profound honor and one of the highest levels of trust a person can extend. Because I value this relationship so deeply, I am committed to finding the right fit.
Hi, I'm Haley. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or tired of holding everything together, therapy can be a space to slow down, understand your experiences, and reconnect with yourself. I work with adults and teens who are navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, stress, and relationship concerns. You may be processing difficult experiences, feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, or struggling to feel connected to yourself and the people you love.
I’m passionate about mental health research and committed to continually learning so that I can offer care that is both thoughtful and informed by the latest evidence. My approach to therapy is holistic and integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities that support the mind, body, and emotions.
I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic interventions, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so my approach is collaborative, strengths-focused, and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. And most importantly, I want therapy to move at a pace that feels right for you. If you resonate with this at all, I would be honored to connect with you.
****Important: If you are in crisis, do not book a session, please call 911/988 or go to your nearest emergency room. Online care is the lowest level of care and not appropriate for emergent/crisis referrals as the message board is not monitored 24/7 and we are not on call.
I am a telehealth Provider licensed in 3 states with 25 years of experience and trained in a wide away of therapies.
Please note that I do not provide sex therapy, therapy for those court-ordered, high acuity, Bipolar, Psychosis, Personality Disorders, substance abuse, Child Protective Services cases or any legal issues. and eating disorders. Note that I do not provide evaluations for Emotional support animals or FMLA or related. These need to be completed by your Doctor.
Other: *** Please note that there needs to be a certain level of English Profiency for this process to transpire. I cannot accommodate a translator in session. If it is determined that there is a language barrier, you would need to seek a counselor who speaks in your 1st language.
As you can see online counseling has a few more rules than in person and we will review this in session too.
I am a mandatory reported of child and elder abuse and neglect and if I ever got subpoenaed to court, I would need to give up medical records.
If you are not motivated to change and are just looking to vent or someone to listen, I may not be the best fit as my style is more for those motivated to change and are seeking a life coach.
Before we can start working together there are some forms that are required. If we were in person, I would just hand them to you, but online, we do not have that option.
I'm a licensed addiction and mental health counselor that specializes in trauma- based addiction care. I offer depth- oriented therapy best suited for clients tired of repeating the same old patterns/ addictions, having some success only to fall back and are ready to do deeper inner healing work to make their changes last. While I strive to meet clients where they are at, I offer more somatic based parts work, helping clients to see how greater acceptance of our experience of emotions is actually more healing than trying to fix ourselves, getting rid of or avoiding uncomfortable emotions. Cultivating acceptance of our emotions, particularly uncomfortable ones, is what allows our minds to become more still instead of wreaking havoc in our lives.
I work with teens and adults who may look like they’re doing okay but feel anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, grieving, or stuck underneath it all. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening, find practical ways to cope, and help you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in substance abuse. For the past three years, I have helped adult individuals heal from mental health and substance abuse issues, utilizing a multifaceted approach to have therapy meet your individual needs. I have training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Addictions Counseling, and trauma. I have experience in depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship conflicts, trauma, and abuse. I see therapy as a collaborative process to guide you to greater self-awareness, trust, and sense of meaning. My approach focuses on self-love, learning how to heal through traumatic and difficult experiences to find strength and resilience. I use an interpersonal, non-judgmental approach to provide you with the foundation to create a stable and sustainable life. My goal is to help empower you to manage difficult emotions, find purpose and passion, in order for you to live a life aligned with your personal goals. If you are feeling stuck in your relationship, in your interpersonal life, let’s work together to help you heal and find the answers you are searching for.
Hi, I’m Christine, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as yourself, feel heard and supported, and also be challenged when needed. My style is laid-back, warm, and collaborative—I’ll ask thoughtful questions, help you explore patterns in your thoughts and relationships, and support you in making changes that feel meaningful to you. At The Mental Wellness Studio, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable doing the work while knowing you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
Your story, needs, and goals guide our work together. I draw from IFS, mindfulness, body awareness, EFT, and trauma-informed approaches, choosing what feels most comfortable for you. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself with compassion and curiosity.
Taking steps toward better mental health takes courage and vulnerability. You’ve already done the hard part, identifying that you need support. If you think we might be a good fit, please reach out!

I am an LPC in Colorado who believes in the healing power of story-telling and humor. I blend my humanity with evidenced-based practice to support clients in meeting their goals and living a more fulfilling life. I believe that people are the keepers of the answers to their own problems, and that professional tools and a safe space can help them access those answers. Often I lean on systems theory, EMDR, IFS, and trauma-informed practices to support clients in their healing. My therapeutic style is warm but direct, insight-oriented, and flexible. Outside of the office I am a dog lover that spends most of my free time in the woods with my two rescues. You might see me on a raft on our wild and scenic rivers, or playing guitar with friends on a porch. My friends would call me a "dilly-dallier."

HI, I'm Kimberly.
My desire is to come alongside you in your healing journey. Instilling hope is an important part of my process, together with empowerment, encouragement and education.
My goal is to help you thrive instead of simply survive — to develop a greater understanding of yourself and feel more in control of your thoughts, emotions and responses.
I'm glad you're taking the time to explore mental health options for yourself, your family or someone you care about. And blessings on your journey.
Hi, my name is Maria Brooks and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over six years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults facing a range of life’s challenges. I specialize in helping individuals navigate day-to-day stressors, life transitions, and emotional struggles that can impact their mental health and overall well-being. With a compassionate approach, I empower my clients by providing tools and strategies to better cope with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other personal obstacles. My therapeutic style emphasizes building trust, fostering self-awareness, and promoting growth through understanding and actionable change. Whether working with teens adjusting to school pressures or adults balancing work and family responsibilities, I tailors my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual I serves.
Are you highly sensitive, easily overwhelmed or struggle to manage your emotions? Do you feel anxious but can’t quite pinpoint the reason why? Or just struggling to manage the overwhelm of living in these current times?
Or perhaps you’re the parent of a child who struggles in these ways?
I help clients overcome the unconscious emotional patterns that are keeping them stuck – in their relationships, their parenting, and in daily life.
If you’ve experienced trauma, a difficult childhood, or feel overwhelmed by the demands of adulthood and parenting, there is good news: you can rewire your brain!
I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. My role as a therapist is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and move toward the life you want to create.
I work with individual adults in Colorado and Hawaii who are experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship changes, infertility, career decisions, stress, or simply feeling stuck. Sometimes clients come to therapy because of a specific event, while others have a general sense that something isn't working anymore. Wherever you're starting, we'll work together to identify your strengths, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
My approach combines evidence-based psychotherapy with a whole-person perspective. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered counseling while tailoring each session to your individual needs and goals. I believe emotional wellness is influenced by every part of our lives, and therapy should honor the unique experiences, values, and strengths that each person brings into the room.
Whether you're looking for support through a difficult season or seeking greater purpose, balance, and fulfillment, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
My goal as a counselor is simple: help people find freedom from the challenges that keep them feeling stuck.
Throughout my career I've worked with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and significant life stressors. My experience includes private practice counseling, trauma systems therapy, and intensive behavioral health settings.
I believe counseling should be both compassionate and practical. While understanding your story is important, therapy should also provide tools that help you navigate everyday life with greater confidence and resilience.
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, trauma, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you move toward lasting change.
Now Accepting New Clients.
Navigating through the journey of life we inevitably run into hindrances that challenge our momentum. Change is hard and can often be sudden and unpredictable, leaving us without the proper tools to cope with these changes. We have to learn to acclimate to our surroundings on our terms. Whether it's a traumatic response, addiction, grief and loss, anxiety, loss of confidence, feeling lost and overwhelmed, feelings of depression or stagnation, there's hope. It takes courage to look into a mirror and see who's looking back, it takes strength to want to make a change and hope to inspire change.
My goal is to inspire Hope. To inspire people to look inward and see what is there, what already exists. I want to see people believe in themselves. My goal is to assist people in regaining a strong and confident sense of self.
First, I help us develop trust and build a positive relationship; then, I help you increase your capacity to ask yourself questions, challenge previous assumptions and patterns, understand your family and social environments (while trying out new thoughts and actions). Together, we walk the path of progress and change, taking steps towards becoming the best possible version of ourselves, as often as we can.
I was awarded a Master’s degree from University of Chicago in 2007, and Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College in 2001; my post-Master's training includes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills, Motivational Interviewing, and Social Thinking/Social Behavior Mapping to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Diagnoses.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor in the state of Colorado. I received my Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver in 2017. After completing my Master’s Degree, I spent almost six years working with criminal justice involved clients - from substance abuse to domestic violence offenders. While I learned a lot doing that work, and it was extremely fulfilling to service victims and offenders, I decided to pursue working for myself within the private practice setting. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral techniques in my sessions, as well as being trained in Brainspotting for trauma specific treatment. I strongly believe in the connection between physical health and mental health, and do my best to focus on both aspects with the clients I see. I feel fortunate to be able to hear and share in other's stories and be a part of their journey to wellness.
Hi there! I am Brandee, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 11 years of experience working with teens and adults just trying to do their best to make it through this crazy life! I am huge on making therapy the safest place possible and meeting you where you are. Life is hard enough and it's nice to have someone to meet you without bias, judgement, or expectations.
I am a therapist that enjoys using client centered strategies to help clients better understand themselves and how they exist in the world around them. When I look at my journey through life, I have found that some of the greatest changes I have made were through conversations with others who helped me to see the world from a lens of choice. I have learned over the years that choice relates to actions, that in turn influence dynamics of empowerment and advocacy. Empowerment, advocacy, and perseverance are terms easy to grasp by definition, but much more difficult to follow through with in our day to day experiences. I believe that healing and growth really begin to set in when decisions are made to accept the current reality of ones life and then further commit to strategically apply necessary changes. Over time, I have noticed that therapy often can help people (myself included) gain a greater sense of self efficacy and self confidence, especially when we learn how powerful our thoughts and actions can be! In other words, it is ok if there are things happening in our day that we would rather not go through, however we also have a choice in how we respond in that day. I value the importance of a healthy and healing therapeutic relationship! I also value the process of exploring how trust and hope participate towards how we experience the world.
I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, stress, or changes that have affected their overall well-being. This may include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, self-identity, career transitions, chronic or medical conditions, and other significant life experiences.
As a retired Naval veteran, I bring personal insight into military culture, service-related experiences, and the unique challenges that may accompany transitions to civilian life. My experience spans both medical and mental health settings, including supporting military-affiliated individuals and people living with chronic illness. I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.
My name is Anastasia Sabga, I am an LCSW and a Florida native with Caribbean and Middle Eastern roots. I am a certified yoga teacher and a plant based eater. My passions include writing, hiking, biking, and reading. I identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community and welcome clients to come as they are. My work revolves around serving clients who struggle with their own sense of self, with family enmeshment, codependency, interpersonal issues, attachment wounds, and the spectrum of mood and personality struggles. I also work with couples and families whether it be through daily stressors, divorce, or addiction. I welcome anyone and everyone to my practice. Don't be shy, schedule an appointment with me and we will see if it is a good fit!
Hello my name is Stacy and I have served children and families for over 30 years. I am a boy mom and grandmother and have been married for 26 years. I enjoy working with all people and specialize in anxiety and depression. I am licensed in South Carolina and Colorado and plan to pursue licensure in other states as well.
I’m Alexandra Irish, an LMFT and LPC with over a decade of experience working in the mental health field and six years of experience as a therapist. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of needs, including individuals involved in mental health and drug court programs, high school students, veterans, and clients in private practice.
Over the past three years, I have focused on building my private practice with the goal of creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I started my private practice to create greater balance for my family while continuing to pursue my passion for providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves and working toward the life they want.
Have you been feeling little or no enjoyment in the things that used to bring you joy? Do you feel stuck in negative thought patterns or easily irritated? Maybe you are longing for close relationships with others, but once conflict arises or someone begins to be vulnerable, you become scared, which in turn leads you to pull away from those you love.
My aim is to join with you in your therapeutic journey and merely facilitate the process of healing, as I believe each person has the potential and strength within them to overcome whatever adversity they have experienced. I look forward to knowing and understanding each person’s heart, as there is so much beauty, victory, and joy waiting to be unlocked within you all!
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience. I’ve learned that while clinical tools are essential, they work best when delivered with warmth and empathy. I have a Master’s in Social Work from LSU (Geaux Tigers!). I spent the last eight years working extensively with the Veteran population. This experience deepened my expertise in trauma-focused, evidence-based care, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and many other protocols.
I believe there is no one quite like you, so I keep my approach individualized to you, prioritizing our relationship as the foundation for growth. Whether you are navigating difficult life transitions or daily challenges, I am committed to a practical, solution-focused partnership that honors your unique story and helps you find your own rhythm.
There is often a story behind the person who walks through the door of therapy.
For first responders, that story can include experiences that are difficult to put into words—moments of intense responsibility, loss, fear, or trauma that stay with you long after the shift ends. When you spend your career being the person others rely on, there may not always be much room to process what you have experienced yourself. Over time, that can show up as stress, frustration, emotional disconnection, difficulty being present with the people you love, or simply feeling unlike yourself.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am passionate about working with first responders who are ready to understand what they have been carrying and begin creating meaningful change. I believe that what happened to you is part of your story, but it does not have to define the rest of it.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you move forward in a way that feels meaningful to you. I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients process difficult experiences, recognize the strengths they already possess, and develop practical tools for navigating what comes next.
Therapy is not about erasing your experiences or pretending they did not happen. It is about creating space to work through what has been holding you back, reconnect with what matters most, and make room for the life you want to live.
You have spent a lot of time showing up for others. Therapy can be a place where you get to show up for yourself.
Hello! My Name is Michael. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for the last 4 years. I love working with people, helping them attain a higher quality of life. While I work with everyone, I mainly focus on Adolescents, Teenagers and Young Adults. A lot of the client's I work with are on the Autism Spectrum.
I'm a Certified EMDR therapist and PMH-C clinician providing specialized trauma therapy in Arizona, Colorado, and Washington for first responders and individuals navigating perinatal mental health challenges, PTSD, and chronic stress. Many of my clients appear fine on the outside — capable, put-together, managing it all — while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck underneath.
My practice focuses on treating PTSD, birth trauma, postpartum depression and anxiety, religious trauma, and occupational stress using EMDR and evidence-based, trauma-informed care. I understand how trauma and nervous system dysregulation can leave you feeling constantly on edge, emotionally reactive, or disconnected from yourself — whether that shows up through the demands of first responder work, the transition into parenthood, or experiences further back.
Through EMDR, I help clients reduce triggers, process unresolved trauma, regulate their nervous system, and experience deep, lasting healing — so you can feel stable, confident, and like yourself again.
I’m a licensed mental health therapist with 5 years of experience specializing in trauma, self-care, and healthy boundaries. Over the years, I’ve worked in diverse settings: including jails, methadone clinics, and mental health agencies, giving me a broad understanding of different populations and their unique challenges. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, playing my Nintendo Switch, and binge-watching Netflix documentaries. I’m also a proud dog mom to Lucky, my 3 year old Yorkshire Terrier who brings so much joy to my life.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work who serves clients in both Colorado and Texas. I received my masters in social work in 2022 from Metropolitan State University of Denver. I have since been working with clients to develop coping skills, set boundaries, manage relationships, and support through life transitions. My goal is to provide a holistic and client-centered therapeutic experience, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, I aim to empower clients to build resilience, achieve personal growth, and navigate their life's challenges with confidence.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you're carrying the weight of everything on your own, you're not alone. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship stress, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive, thoughtful space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and begin making changes that help you feel more confident in yourself and your relationships.
Together, we'll work to better understand the patterns behind what you're experiencing. We'll explore what fuels overthinking, people-pleasing, conflict, or emotional shutdown while building practical tools for boundaries, communication, and managing difficult emotions. My approach combines insight and self-understanding with practical strategies, so you leave therapy with both a deeper understanding of yourself and tools you can use in everyday life.
Do you often see patterns in your life that you would like to change ,yet still repeat them? Counseling sessions will provide the support and guidance to understand and release emotions that keep you stuck. Relationships are key, whether it be your relationship with yourself, your partner, family member or friends, you will be able to develop self awareness and understanding of the influence of family culture and dynamics.
Over 30 years as a therapist, I have worked in a variety of settings , with a wide spectrum of ages and cultures . This experience has deepened my respect for each individual's journey and the influence of their family beliefs. I help clients to acknowledge these beliefs and gradually transform and expand them to enhance rather than limit their lives.
I have enjoyed working with children and adolescents and bring this experience with me , yet I am currently working primarily with adults which includes a special enjoyment to help couples to successfully transform limiting patterns and develop clear communication and listening skills. I have learned so much about life transitions through my work with trauma, hospice, death and dying, treatment foster care, eating disorders and liaison work with educational and community. These experience have strengthen my belief in human resiliency.
All of the sessions are remote and I provide a phone call prior to beginning sessions where you will be able to ask questions to see if we are a good "fit" to work together.

It can feel like addiction is writing your story, but it doesn't have to! We all have the strength to learn how to work with our brain and not let it have all the control. My goal is to help you hone the skills needed to find that strength and to help begin writing the story of the life that you have always envisioned for yourself.
Using skills from DBT, Attachment Theory, Nervous System Training, and Solution Focused therapy I make it my goal to help people navigate the stressors that come with life whether big or small.
My specialties include, but are not limited to: substance use, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and trauma.
