Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. Getting started is one of the hardest steps. I’m a therapist who welcomes clients from all walks of life, with a special passion for supporting women and children. My approach is deeply human‑centered—I believe in truly meeting you where you are and honoring the unique life experiences you bring into each session. In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I’ll start by getting to know you—what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and how you’ve been navigating life up to this point. There’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready. My goal is simply to understand your story and what you need to feel safe and supported. We’ll talk about what therapy might look like moving forward, explore your goals, and collaborate on what feels helpful for you right now. I’ll check in often to make sure the process feels comfortable and grounded. By the end of the session, my hope is that you feel heard, understood, and confident that you’re not doing this alone—we’re building something together that’s centered around your needs, your strengths, and your unique lived experience.
