I’m Octavia Gallon, a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. My goal is to help you build confidence, improve emotional balance, and create meaningful changes that lead to a more fulfilling life.
Hello, and welcome. I am Aja King, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia and Colorado. My work as a counselor has allowed me to sit alongside people from many different backgrounds and life experiences, often during some of the most overwhelming or uncertain seasons of their lives. I believe counseling should feel genuine, steady, and collaborative — a space where people can process honestly, feel understood, and begin reconnecting with themselves in meaningful ways.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Doctor of Natural and Bioenergetic Medicine, I have dedicated my career to understanding the profound dialogue between the mind and the body. In my years of clinical practice, I began to see a recurring pattern: traditional psychotherapy is powerful, but it often reaches a ceiling when the body’s "biological battery" is depleted. I realized that to truly help my clients heal from the inside out, I needed to bridge the gap between psychological processing and the body’s subtle energy systems.
My approach is built on the premise that your life experiences—your joys, traumas, and daily stressors—do not just live in your memory; they live in your cells and your energetic field. By integrating my clinical LPC background with my doctoral training in bioenergetic medicine, I offer a unique, 360-degree therapeutic experience. We don't just talk about the obstacles in your life; we work to shift the underlying energetic and physiological patterns that keep those obstacles in place.
Whether you are navigating the heavy fog of depression, the constant hum of anxiety, or the complexities of unresolved trauma, my practice is informed by a deep understanding of human bioenergetics. This allows us to look beyond surface-level symptoms to explore how your environment, your lifestyle, and your body’s unique energy pathways are impacting your emotional resilience. My mission is to guide you toward "Integrated Health"—a state where your mind is clear, your nervous system is regulated, and your spirit is fully aligned.
Hi, I’m Alondra. I support individuals who are ready to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. My approach is holistic and trauma‑informed, honoring the mind, body, and spirit as we work together to create alignment and lasting change. I hold space with intention, compassion, and cultural awareness, helping you release what no longer serves you and step into a more grounded, empowered version of yourself.
You're exhausted, wondering if anyone is going to reach your teenage son with ADHD. I was that kid and found my way through.
Your son is struggling the same way I did. ADHD, too much homework, too little interest, too many people telling him to just try harder. I didn't get real support until the end of high school. Treatment changed the trajectory of my life.
I went from community college to the University of Florida, then to a Master of Social Work from Florida State. My bachelor's was in Education Sciences with a specialization in Educational Psychology, which means I understand how ADHD plays out in a classroom, where so much of your son's pain probably lives. School is hard enough for these kids already, which is why I see clients in the evenings and on weekends. Therapy shouldn't add to what school is already taking from him.
As a Black woman, I recognize the many stressors that exist in today’s world and understand that “adulting” brings its own set of challenges. From family dynamics and childhood trauma to work–life balance, finances, relationships, and body image, these experiences can deeply impact everyday life. While navigating these stressors can feel overwhelming, healing and growth are absolutely possible.I take a holistic, client-centered approach that considers the whole person mind, body, and environment. My goal is to support you in exploring challenges, building resilience, and developing practical tools that empower you to live more confidently and authentically. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can show up as your full self. Together, we will work in a way that respects your lifestyle, values, and unique experiences while helping you move toward the life you want to live
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with advanced training under a current NASA psychologist—an experience that has shaped my commitment to precision, curiosity, and high-level clinical care. I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and am trained in EMDR, as well as certified in Prepare and Enrich for couples work.
I am deeply interested in how people think, feel, and relate, and I approach therapy with both intellectual curiosity and genuine care for helping clients thrive. My style blends humor, compassion, and honesty to create a space that is both supportive and grounded.
Outside of my work, I enjoy hiking, camping, fly fishing, biking, cooking, and exploring new restaurants.

My therapeutic style is straightforward, and I invite open communication about clients’ experiences in therapy throughout the process. People would likely describe me as direct and straight to the point. Most often, I practice through the lenses of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and existential theory.
How I help clients reach goals:
I believe clients are capable of developing their own solutions, and that a collaborative therapeutic relationship can support meaningful progress toward the life they want. I hope that by working together, we can organize and achieve your goals, whatever they may be. If you're unsure of what direction you want to head, we can work on that together, too.
My journey to becoming a provider:
I am a prior service turned mental health professional. I served in the U.S. Army as a combat medic from 2009 to 2012, with one deployment to Iraq. After my service, I switched over to mental health, starting with working in an inpatient mental health facility. I have since worked at a substance use clinic, a private practice, a team practice, and taught psychoeducational classes alongside DHS. I hold two master’s degrees, in addition to a bachelor’s and an associate's degree. I bring specialized knowledge and clinical focus in trauma, sexual concerns, and disordered eating.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 22 years of experience in the mental health field, and more than 5 years specifically providing talk therapy. My background is rooted in social work, which means I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life—each with their own unique strengths, challenges, and stories.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I draw from a variety of techniques and tailor each session to meet the individual needs of the person sitting across from me. Whether you’re navigating a tough transition, working through emotional pain, or just looking for a space to reflect and grow, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, flexibility, and respect.
My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward in your own way.
I'm a therapist with a PsyD and an LPC license. I work with teens and adults in need of true listening and clear-headed guidance through the overwhelm. Maybe things have been piling on for a while, or something recently tipped the balance, but whatever’s going on, you don’t have to navigate it on your own. I’m engaged, attuned, and honest. Together, we sort through it, find some steadiness, and move toward solutions and solace. We make small, manageable shifts so you can feel more like yourself again. And if you’re not even sure who that is yet, we’ll start there.
I'm Karina, a licensed clinical social worker and therapist based in Denver, CO. I specialize in ADHD, OCD, trauma, sex addiction, relationships, and the deeper work of healing — helping individuals understand themselves, connect to their highest self, and build the lives and relationships they actually want. I bring warmth, honesty, and a bit of humor into the room, because I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is where healing begins.

I use an interpersonal, non-judgmental approach to provide you with the foundation to create a stable and sustainable life. My goal is to help empower you to manage difficult emotions, find purpose and passion, in order for you to live a life aligned with your personal goals. My name is Susanne Neal, and I understand how life experiences and transitions can shape the way we see ourselves and move through the world. I work collaboratively with clients to explore patterns and coping strategies developed earlier in life that may no longer be serving them. Together, we identify meaningful goals, build insight, and develop healthier ways to manage challenges and create lasting change.
Navigating life between 11 and 25 can feel overwhelming. I specialize in supporting adolescents, teens, and young adults as they juggle school, family, identity, and the pressure to always be “the strong one.” My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to explain your background to be understood, a space that honors your story, culture, and values.
I show up with empathy, honesty, and cultural understanding. I’m not here to “fix” you but to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of what you’re carrying and creating room for reflection, healing, and growth.
Whether you’re managing anxiety, family stress, identity questions, or just trying to feel like yourself again, I provide therapy that’s real, relevant, and safe.
***Please note: Appointments after 3pm CST are reserved for clients ages 11–18.

Hi, I’m Desiree, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults who appear capable on the outside but internally struggle with chronic self-doubt, overthinking, and people-pleasing. Many of my clients worry they are “too much” or not good enough, even while managing a lot in their lives.
In therapy, we focus on understanding these patterns and where they come from, while building self-trust, stronger boundaries, and more confidence in your decisions. My approach is relational and person-centered, and I see people as whole humans, not diagnoses.
Clients often share that they feel comfortable opening up with me quickly and that they feel genuinely heard. I believe that kind of connection is a key part of meaningful change.
I am Autumn Kiser, a licensed therapist based in Colorado and Wyoming. My approach to therapy is Christian-based drawing from a range of person-centered and evidence‑informed therapeutic methods. At the heart of my work, I believe each individual has the capacity for change and growth. Even when life feels heavy, there is always a part of us that holds the gift of resilience, wisdom, and healing grace. My role is to help individuals reconnect with that part to create a grounded, supportive space where they can feel understood, regain a sense of control, and move toward the changes that matter most to them.
Hi, I'm Taylor. I'm so glad you're here. It’s no small thing making the decision to sign up to talk to a stranger about the overwhelming and very often draining circumstances that you’re in. I want to highlight how much being on this site, and looking through profiles is such a significant step toward your mental health goals.
Anxiety and improving self image are at the core of my work. I focus on helping clients develop flexible thinking and self-compassion — practical tools that help you step away from self-criticism and patterns that keep life feeling heavy. The goal of this work isn't about becoming a perfect version of yourself. It's about learning to navigate life's challenges with greater flexibility, confidence, and self-understanding.
My name is Dr. Butler (Bennie) and Iam an LPC, LAC and PhD in CO and VA serving those that are dealing with the following: depression, anxiet, bi-polar, maital/couples issues, existential issues (life meaning), issues of faith, addictions, disassociative issues and the Like. I have taught psychology, and plan to again, at the college level and I have been the owner of LoveJoy Counseling for 15+ years in CO and I am now expanding into the GROW platform. I am polite and professional, but fairly straight-forward tending to work with those who are at a point where they understand that change takes some level of challange. In short, I have experience with both theory and the applied science associated with psychology and can draw from both to apply in a professional, non-judgemental, yet honest wayGreat. I am 61 years of age, I have lived in various places around the world and have seen the common threads of humanity throughout.
Have you tried everything you can think of, but you're still not as happy, content or successful as you'd like to be? Do your friendships and personal or professional relationships seem like they could be better?
Are you taking care of everyone and everything before yourself and now you're tired?
Good on you for recognizing that! I'd love to help!
I create a safe environment for you to explore what led you to seek support and where you would like to see change, growth, and relief going forward. Together, we tackle the task of implementing those changes and get you headed towards leading a life you can more fully enjoy.
I have worked in the behavioral health field for over 25 years, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I am a licensed mental health professional in multiple states. I have earned progressively higher leadership responsibilities throughout my career, including providing clinical and executive leadership. Additionally, I have been providing telehealth services and striving to improve access to quality behavioral health services across the country since 2015. I have been fortunate to gain experience in diverse areas and feel I am equipped to help people with a variety of issues.
I received a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from McKendree University.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that you possess an incredible capacity for deep growth and healing. I provide a compassionate and collaborative space where you can explore the challenges that stem from anxiety, stress, trauma, and more. It's common to feel like something's missing, or that you're not quite good enough – constantly thinking happiness depends on getting "this" or waiting for "that." But this kind of thinking often leaves us on the receiving end of life, instead of actively shaping it.

I’m a Colorado native who is most at home on a dirt trail, and firmly believes that nature and community are our best medicine. My journey started internationally, spending years leading gap-year students around the world in places like India and East Africa to help them find their footing in a big world. Now, I bring that same spirit of exploration into the therapy room, helping adolescents and young adults heal from trauma, understand their purpose in an ever-changing and challenging world, and navigate life’s messy transitions. Together, we’ll work to turn your "where do I fit in?" into a confident sense of belonging.
Hi! I am so happy that you have made the decision to take this time for yourself and your needs. I'm Caitlin, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Colorado and Florida. I’m Chad Stiles, PhD, LMFT, and I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck in painful patterns and want a more grounded way forward. Many of the people I work with are carrying the impact of trauma, relationship conflict, emotional disconnection, anxiety, depression, betrayal, or life transitions that have started to affect how they see themselves and connect with others.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. I draw from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and IFS-informed parts work to help clients identify what is already working, understand the protective patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and build realistic steps toward change. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives, and therapy works best when we slow things down enough to notice strengths, patterns, emotions, and possibilities that may have been hard to see before.
In sessions, I aim to create a space where you can be honest without feeling judged, pressured, or blamed. Whether you are seeking support individually or as part of a relationship, my goal is to help you move toward more clarity, emotional safety, connection, and confidence in your next steps.

Hello, I’m Marisol Cruz. I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) offering therapy in both English and Spanish.
With 24 years of experience as a school counselor and over 5 years as a mental health clinician, I support adults who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, depression, and issues with self-worth or confidence. I also have extensive experience helping individuals manage overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and communication difficulties.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe therapy should feel safe and supportive, and I work to create a non-judgmental space where you can express yourself openly. Together, we will identify your goals, understand what’s weighing on you, and develop practical strategies to help you feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally balanced.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, guidance, healing, or personal growth, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Let’s work together to create meaningful and lasting change.
I have been a therapist for over 18 years. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations and have lived in five different countries. I am action-oriented and believe in actively working towards treatment goals. In each session, short treatment assignments (10 minutes a day or less) are given to keep you focused and moving forward to achieve treatment success.
It can feel like addiction is writing your story, but it doesn't have to! We all have the strength to learn how to work with our brain and not let it have all the control. My goal is to help you hone the skills needed to find that strength and to help begin writing the story of the life that you have always envisioned for yourself.
Using skills from DBT, Attachment Theory, Nervous System Training, and Solution Focused therapy I make it my goal to help people navigate the stressors that come with life whether big or small.
My specialties include, but are not limited to: substance use, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and trauma.
Before I worked as a counselor I worked as a technical writer and software tester, and then as a caseworker in social services. I have also been a studio engineer with much work in audio and video editing and got to spend a year on the film festival circuit for a documentary I made about being an independent musician. All of those experiences I feel are helpful in working with clients from different backgrounds and perhaps in understanding that most of us want to find something meaningful in this life and often feel that we still don't know what our real calling.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 27 years of experience working with individuals and families from all walks of life. Dementia care is an area of special interest and expertise as well.
I’m so glad you’re interested in investing in your healing journey.
It has been my passion to empower others to process their traumatic experiences and work through difficult thoughts and emotions that get in the way of seeing their potential for growth.
You have a unique story and meaning in this world.
My goal is to help you create a loving relationship with yourself and to ultimately help you achieve your purpose. I look forward to working with you.

Since earning my Master's in Social Work in 2016, I've dedicated my career to supporting individuals through life's challenges. My journey has taken me from child protective services and a mental health hospital in Colorado, to working with individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction, and serving as a school social worker across all grade levels. Now, in Georgia, I balance my private practice with working as a clinician at a crisis center, helping those in mental health emergencies. My passion lies in guiding teenagers, adolescents, and young adults through life's transitions—whether it's school, work, or relationships—and helping them find their path forward.
