Together, we work to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and foster meaningful healing and personal growth so clients can move toward becoming the best versions of themselves.
Welcome, I'm Andrea,
Perhaps you've been considering reaching out for some time. Are you noticing the past affecting your current relationships, or that strategies that once worked for you no longer do? You might even find yourself dismissive of inspirational content on social media.
I help people understand the origins of their communication patterns and learn how to communicate more effectively. This reduces unnecessary conflict and misunderstandings at work, home, and in relationships.
Whether you're facing relationship challenges, workplace stress, the demands of parenthood, or struggling with past trauma—or a combination of these—you've found a place of support and optimism. Together, we will use your strengths, my expertise, and evidence-based techniques to help you achieve your treatment goals.
Let's begin your new journey together!

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and challenges with self-esteem and self-worth.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive. Drawing from evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I tailor our work to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. I believe therapy is not about changing who you are, but about helping you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and develop the tools to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.
I’m Essy, an LCSW/LICSW, PsyD candidate, and author who works primarily with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ adults navigating identity, trauma, burnout, masking, and the pressure to overperform in environments that were never designed with them in mind. I blend warmth, honesty, insight, and practical support to help clients better understand themselves and build lives that feel more sustainable and authentic.

I earned my Masters in Counseling from The University of San Francisco's Sacramento satellite campus in 2012.
My approach to therapy begins with establishing a genuine connection with each client and how their challenges are impacting them. I establish this by providing a warm, open, and authentic environment.
I enjoy working with people facing a variety of challenges. This includes those experiencing anxiety, depression, those going through life stressors/transitions, and those feeling "stuck" in their lives.
Hello there, I'm Alma.
I'm bilingual in English and Spanish. I have experience working with elementary-age children and young adults.
I can help you manage anxiety to avoid burnout, and in children to avoid losing control of their emotions. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I integrate mindfulness to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
Whether you're dealing with being overwhelmed, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety, I'm here to help. You deserve a safe space to be heard, heal and grow.
Greetings. I’m David Joel Miller, licensed in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Professional Clinical Counselor. Before entering private practice, I worked as a substance abuse counselor and for my local County Behavioral Health. I specialize in helping clients navigate life’s transitions and overcome depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders.
After working as a substance abuse counselor and then a marriage and family therapist, I also completed the requirements for licensure as a professional clinical Counselor. I am also a certified life coach. I think of myself as an indoor mountain climber. I don’t like getting out in the cold and rain, but I do like taking on new challenges. I read a great deal and have learned a lot, but I continue to learn more things each day. Like most people my age, I have the frustrations of coping with technology. But one of my interns taught me how to answer texts, and now my younger family friends are teaching me how to use iPads and streaming videos. I hope that these experiences give me some insight into how things are changing and how some things don’t change at all. I’d like to accompany you as you try to work through your life challenges.
I’m Allan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy—especially for kids—doesn’t have to mean sitting on a couch talking about feelings for 50 minutes. Sometimes the best conversations happen over LEGOs, games, art, play, or while doing something that makes it easier to simply be yourself. Online, it could mean processing trauma, playing online therapeutic games with children (or adults if you want to).
I especially enjoy working with children and teens, including kids who are anxious, overwhelmed, navigating trauma, struggling with big emotions or behaviors, or having a hard time putting what’s happening inside into words. I use play, creativity, humor, and evidence-based approaches to build connection and help kids develop skills without therapy feeling like another place where adults are telling them what to do.
I also work with adults navigating trauma, mood concerns, relationships, identity, major life changes, and life’s more complicated chapters. My style is warm, humorous, direct, and genuinely human. I draw from DBT, EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, play-based interventions, Theraplay-informed practices, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care, adapting therapy to the person in front of me rather than expecting them to adapt to therapy.
My professional experience includes inpatient psychiatry, juvenile justice, child welfare, family services, and community mental health, so I’m comfortable working with both everyday struggles and situations that feel especially complicated.
Whether we meet in my Eureka office or online, my goal is to create a space where you—or your child—feel safe, understood, and comfortable showing up exactly as you are. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse affirming and neurodiversity-affirming.
And yes, there are credentials behind the LEGOs.

As a licensed psychotherapist, I have become quite the encourager for reminding clients that mental health is absolutely a vital piece of the puzzle when considering overall well-being. Mental health and stability are so important, and I commend you for reaching out to take care of your mental health care needs.
I have been seeing clients since 2018. I graduated from Antioch University, Los Angeles' LGBT Affirmative specialization and my focus is working with gay Latino men, or men who have sex with men. I am, however, open to working with anyone as therapy is not so much theory-based but relationship-based, so having a strong rapport with the client is always of utmost importance.
In my personal life, some things I enjoy are traveling, (I want to see as much of the world as I possibly can) writing (I love the fantasy genre), going to the cinema (I love fantasy, mystery & film noir), exercising, and enjoying a nice meal with friends and family.
Saundre has over 15 years of professional counseling experience working in shelters, schools, and mental health clinics. She received a master’s degree in social work from Howard University with a focus on Black mental health and community healing.
Growing up in East Oakland, in a single-parent household quickly taught Saundre about the importance of her own mental health care. Personally experiencing the effects of misogyny, classism and racism pushed her to create safe and humanizing spaces for Black Women to begin their healing journey.
During the pandemic she courageously opened her private practice Queens N' Therapy®, which is specifically tailored to meet the mental health needs of Black Women.

Life's difficulties are a natural part of the human experience. At times, individuals may feel isolated in their struggles or believe that no one truly understands what they are going through. These thoughts can contribute to anxiety, depression, substance use, and other challenges that impact relationships, work, and overall quality of life. When left unaddressed, these difficulties can become overwhelming and interfere with one's ability to move forward.
I believe that meaningful change is possible through a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based therapeutic approach. Hello! I’m Brenda De Monge, a passionate Marriage and Family Therapist with over 21 years of experience in community mental health. Helping and supporting youth, parents, & individuals from various cultures & socio-economic backgrounds affected by trauma. When working with trauma, sexual, physical, emotional, and domestic violence, my number one priority is safety & meeting my clients where they are, by supporting them & reaching their goals. I use these treatment methods:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In my practice, I have used CBT to help clients challenge recurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. CBT is effective in understanding how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact with one another. We can implement this in therapy to help you live a less anxious and stressful life.
• Trauma-Focused CBT is a short-term therapy designed for children ages 3-18 who have experienced various types of traumas, including physical, emotional, & sexual abuse. When working with young children, the parents/caregivers are key, as they provide ongoing support. By attending sessions, parents will gain a deeper understanding of the root causes of the issues. Over the past 20 years, I have worked with families using this model, & it has been helpful to them.
• Seeking Safety is a treatment approach I have used with clients for more than 15 years. It assists individuals dealing with trauma & addiction by emphasizing safety and coping skills.
• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) has proven to be a helpful approach in easing obsessive thoughts, reducing intrusive memories, & empowering clients to stay calm while learning ways to handle future challenges and symptoms. Since 2019, I’ve supported children, teens, & adults in managing their post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, & panic disorder through EMDR. In addition, I’ve helped clients with war-related trauma & child sexual assault.
Hello, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I’m a California native who graduated from the University of Southern California in 2019 with a Masters in Social Work degree and have been working in the mental health field for 7 years. My passion is for normalizing mental health in order to reduce the stigma often associated with it. We need to get comfortable talking about our mental health.
Couples: I am TAKING Couples again. However only on Cash Pay basis. This is how it will work: You can schedule with me an hour consultation, you don't both have to be present, for this Consultation. From there we will meet 5 to 6 times for 1.5 hour sessions. It is very difficult to have Couples sessions within 60 min. The Cash pay is $250.00 for the 1.5 hour sessions. I understand the cost can be a deterrent in seeking help, however if you are both committed to doing the work 5 to 6 sessions should be productive and enough to see changes.
Individuals: Of course I am still taking individuals that are or are not in a relationship and need help. We were never taught how to be in a relationship of any kind. Yes there are tons of books of how to, however to put them to practical use can be very difficult. This can also relate to a relationship with a family member, friends or co-workers.
I am here to help with coping strategies for anxiety and depression symptoms or learning how to communicate more effectively with others.
For Clients that are insured by Kaiser: I will be confirming your appointment 48 hours before the appointment by email, please email me back with a confirmation. If you do not respond to my email I will cancel the appointment. Also, if you cancel a set appt less than 24 hours I will need to refer you to another therapist. I am sorry to have to do this, however I have had an excessive amount of no shows. Thank you for understanding.
Greetings! I have 13 years experience supporting adults, children and adolescents through anxiety, divorce, trauma, grief and sports performance. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based practices, tailored to meet your unique needs and experiences. Whether you're navigating the weight of anxiety, the emotional rollercoaster of infertility, or the profound pain of grief, my goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your feelings and work towards healing together, we’ll develop strategies and insights to help you find balance and healing.

Hello there, my name is Jackie. I’d like to start by saying it brings me great joy that you are here making time for yourself! Allow me to ask, what brought you here today? Is it fears…traumas… distractions… hardships…loss… endless worries… striving for something meaningful? If you’re finding it hard to answer, “where do I go from here?,” then arriving at this thought is exactly where you need to be to make the decision to create your own path .
If you are someone who has the courage to understand the impact of childhood experiences and the longstanding impact it has had on your present day self then I am the therapist for you. I invite discussions of traumas ranging from sexual abuse, neglect, parentification to name some and how these form shadows of fear that then differing parts of psyche learn how to adapt to. Let's bring these to light together in a way that shapes the ability to care for these unmet needs in order to show up better for yourself, your partner (in couple's counseling) and for your family (parenting).
As you reach this crossroads I offer you tools to support you in bringing to light the barriers that prevent you from uncovering your full potential. I invite you to show up for yourself as you journey through the mountains and valley’s that are the wonders of your life.

As a child, I was put on academic probation twice, expelled at one point, and even attended military school. My life/travel experiences (volunteered in an orphanage in Nepal, worked at Mother Teresa's House for the Destitute and Dying in Calcutta, India, photographed the Rohingya genocide in Bangladesh), have shaped and informed my humanity to serve clients as a therapist now.

My experience as a therapist is wide-ranging: I have worked in adult rehab, child development, college counseling, women's trauma recovery, and individual online and in-person work with teens, adults, and seniors. I currently work exclusively with adults and seniors in an online setting.
I found my way to therapy living and working across three continents, through careers in the theatre, and in teaching at all levels up to post-graduate professional development. My clinical and life experiences have helped teach me the value of community, and a strong and dynamic sense of self-worth.
