Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Southern California (USC) and have been practicing for 10 years. I help adults struggling with life stressors and burnout and guide them toward becoming the best versions of themselves. I take pride in the method in which I organically bond with my clients, no matter their age or gender. I will remain transparent, always be a human before a therapist, and will provide my best clinical insight, guidance, and genuine care.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
The population I most connect to by nature is the woman. I feel as a woman I have experienced my share of challenges just being born a female. My passion is to empower women and help them find their value and purpose, mostly their inner worth. Menopause has been the most challenging life stage in my life thus far and has made it my mission to help other women through this horrific stage of life.

I love working with fellow women who are enduring life changes. The woman who is eager to improve but doesn't yet have the tools needed to transition into the next phase of life. The woman feels stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about life matters. I am passionate about helping women become empowered and realize their strengths in whatever stage of life she is in.
