Hello, I am Kathleen. Do you feel overwhelmed, burnt out or pulled in a million different directions? Are you struggling with your relationships, work or health? Is it difficult for you to find time for yourself, let alone, be kind to yourself? Do you feel "stuck" and unable to move forward? Many of us are experiencing loneliness, depression, anxiety and social isolation, so it is important to make caring for yourself a priority. Therapy can help you feel more connected, balanced and peaceful. Together, we can help identify what is not working and regain a sense of balance. We'll use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your body, mind and spirit. We will develop a "toolbox" of coping skills and create new insights and awarenesses to help you become a happier and healthier version of yourself. Seeking therapy can feel threatening but it's one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and by doing so also give to others. In our sessions, I will meet you with kindness, compassion, humor and evidence-based modalities, so you can overcome obstacles and habits that may be holding you back. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, supportive and empathic environment in which to work through current issues, conflicting relationships and/or past pain. I look forward to meeting you and working together.

I am a bilingual therapist (English & Spanish) that believes therapy should be a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Reaching out for help takes courage, and you do not have to face life’s challenges alone. I support adults and older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, panic attacks, burnout, chronic stress, grief, chronic pain, and difficult life transitions. I also work with individuals navigating divorce, relationship and marital concerns, family conflict, women’s and men’s issues, caregiving responsibilities, retirement, and adjustments related to medical conditions or changes in health. Many clients seek therapy when they feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. I provide support in exploring the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be impacting your relationships, work, and overall quality of life. Together, we will identify your strengths, develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and create practical solutions to help you regain balance and confidence. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized to your unique needs and goals. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and strengths-based counseling to help you better understand yourself, manage symptoms, and create meaningful change. Therapy is tailored to your individual experiences, values, and personal journey. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while building resilience, improving relationships, and developing the skills needed to create a more fulfilling life. Many of the individuals and couples I work with are at a crossroads—frustrated, sometimes burnt out, and seeking practical, workable strategies for change. Therapy offers a dedicated, supportive space to identify obstacles and map a path toward meaningful personal growth. With over 15 years of experience across healthcare, restorative justice, and outpatient settings, I provide telehealth therapy at Grow for adults and couples. My practice focuses on: *Chronic Pain & Complex Medical Issues *Anxiety & Phobias *Fertility & Family Building Support *LGBTQ+ & Gender-Affirming Care *Eating Disorder/Substance Use Step-Down Maintenance: Supporting ongoing recovery from substance use or eating disorders following higher levels of care. *Couples Therapy: Improving communication and relational dynamics (clinical outpatient focus only). Practice Boundaries & Administrative Policies To maintain a clear focus on clinical care, please review the following scope boundaries: *Legal & Forensic Services: I do not provide forensic evaluations, court-ordered treatment, litigation support, or expert witness testimony for legal proceedings, divorce, or custody disputes. *Disability & Administrative Paperwork: I do not perform disability evaluations or complete short/long-term disability claims; I do not write Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters. *Telehealth & Medical Requirements: Virtual therapy for chronic pain, ARFID, or medical distress serves strictly as a complementary psychological service. Because virtual care lacks physical monitoring: A. Clients with ARFID or eating disorders must maintain ongoing care with an in-person physician for routine medical safety. B. Clients seeking pain reprocessing or somatic therapy must have their pain evaluated by a physician. ******If medical or psychiatric needs exceed virtual outpatient scope, I will assist with referrals to local in-person providers**************

Together we will map your anxiety - a truly fascinating and vulnerable process. We will gradually distinguish medical issues from psychological/emotional distress and I will encourage you to build your daily, weekly, monthly and yearly habits to ensure your health. We will find insights, feel feelings (rather than judge or avoid them), attune to our needs and build a plan for healing and health.

Hi! I am an eclectic therapist. I tend to pull different methods from different theoretical modalities (e.g. Cognitive Behavioral, Client-Centered, Gestalt, Solution-Focused, and more) because I do not believe in a One Size Fits All for therapy. Different people work in different ways. I am flexible and like to learn more about each client before deciding on specific ways to work with them and follow their lead. I like to use humor and make clients smile. I believe it is important to focus on strengths and will provide suggestions/assign homework.

Hi, I'm Paula Whidden, LMFT, LPCC. MDiv You may look like you're managing on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. Perhaps your mind won't slow down at night, anxiety keeps you on edge, or painful experiences from the past continue to affect your relationships, confidence, or sense of peace. You may feel exhausted from carrying burdens that no one else can see. I help teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions find healing, hope, and practical tools for lasting change. Together, we'll work to understand what is keeping you stuck, process difficult experiences, and build skills that help you move forward with greater confidence and emotional freedom. My approach is warm, supportive, and goal-oriented. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, respected, and safe enough to explore both your struggles and your strengths. I strive to create an environment where clients can heal without judgment while learning new ways to respond to life's challenges. I am a trauma-focused Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with specialized training in EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Gottman Method couples work, Prepare/Enrich, and anxiety treatment. These approaches allow me to tailor therapy to each client's unique needs and goals. Over the years, I have helped clients who felt anxious, depressed, fearful, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck discover new ways of understanding themselves and relating to others. Clients often describe me as calm, compassionate, and encouraging. My goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms but to help you experience greater peace, resilience, and hope for the future. Hi there, my name is Tabitha. I am based in rural Northern California and have been working as a therapist for the past 12 years. I am beginning my online private practice and enjoy supporting people through life’s transitions. This may include juggling the responsibilities of becoming a new parent while also trying to maintain your own mental health, moving forward after the end of a relationship, adjusting to the changes that come with blending families, or navigating other significant life changes. I view these periods of transition as opportunities for growth, self-discovery, and learning to thrive as you step into a new chapter of your life. I am also passionate about supporting people in improving their relationships whether it be with a romantic partner, family member, coworker, or other significant person. We can explore communication skills, boundaries, attachment styles, navigating conflict, and/or recognizing and addressing any patterns of codependency. We can also work toward gaining clarity about what is within your control and how to respond to what is outside of your control.

Hi, I'm Eva. Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, tired and just not as active in your life as you would like to be? Feeling challenged with just keeping up with everyday activities. Seem to forget to take care of yourself, that everybody else comes before you? I help people like yourself to get back to feeling more positive, less tired, burnt out, isolated and lonely. We will together come up with a plan for how to best work on the issues that you want to change. We will use an approach that you feel most comfortable with, and work toward a life that gives back pleasure, harmony and ease. Whether you are dealing with a situational situation or a longer-term struggle I'll be there to support you through your work. You have already taken a big step in the right direction just by reading through different clinicians' statements. The next step is to choose a clinician, contact Growth Therapy and set up an appointment. Sometimes these are the hardest steps to take. One of my most important goals is to provide you with a safe space where you feel validated, and supported and provide you with no judgment, compassion and respect.

Are you striving to find satisfaction with your work, life or relationships? Do you want to focus on fixing immediate problems rather than unraveling past hurts? Do you want to build a strong foundation for your current or future relationship? Have you grown tired of being treated like a problem and not a person? I primarily take a narrative approach to counseling. Narrative therapy begins with the premise that you are not the problem; the problem is the problem. The way we see ourselves can be defined by the language that we use. I see my role as a co-author, helping you develop an alternate personal history so that you may move forward with courage and confidence.

Welcome! I'm so glad you are here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience in the field. I initially worked in medical settings which gave me extensive experience in helping people cope with chronic illness. Helping people learn to navigate life despite additional challenges was incredibly rewarding and inspiring. But I wanted to keep growing. So a few years ago, I went into private practice. Although my license was adequate to enter into private practice, I wanted to be as skilled a therapist as possible. Therefore, I entered a TEAM CBT training program which gave me extra training specifically in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My Level-3 certification in this form of therapy means I have extra tools and techniques to assist clients in quickly overcoming feelings of depression and anxiety. These tools are evidence-based and extremely successful at helping people actually feel better. I want clients to be able to feel better quickly and not need to be in therapy indefinitely. I believe that the process of therapy helps all of us clarify the lives we want and identify the obstacles in our way. Assisting clients through this process is the most gratifying work I could imagine.

I specialize in helping motivated young adults and adults heal from childhood trauma, navigate attachment wounds, and find relief from anxiety and depression. Taking a collaborative and goal-oriented approach, my mission is to provide you with the tools and support you need to process the past and heal deeply. My approach to care is deeply collaborative, collaborative, and tailored to your unique story. I believe that while our past experiences—especially childhood and attachment history—shape how we view the world, they don’t have to dictate our future. In our sessions, we will work as a team to set clear, meaningful goals, combining gentle exploration.

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should be a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. My approach is warm, practical, and solution-focused. Rather than focusing solely on what's going wrong, we'll also identify what is already working, and build on those successes. Together, we'll develop realistic goals and practical strategies to help you navigate challenges, improve your well-being and move toward the life you want. I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself, explore what matters most to you, and leave sessions feeling supported and equipped with tools you can use in your everyday life.

Hi There! I'm Rachel. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where we can explore your experiences together with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. I recognize that every person is unique, and I tailor my approach to fit each client's individual needs. Whether you're navigating a difficult season of life, feeling stuck in old patterns, or simply wanting a deeper understanding of yourself, I strive to help you feel supported while working toward meaningful and lasting growth. Outside of the therapy room, I love getting lost in a good book, spending time outdoors with friends, and baking. These activities help me stay grounded and connected to the things that bring joy and balance into my life.

Hello! Is something holding you back from living life to your fullest potential? Feeling stuck? Anxious? Experiencing a difficult life transition? Depressed and unable to thrive in your current life situation? As a licensed professional clinical counselor and board certified somatic psychotherapist, I will address your concerns with an integrated approach that honors the sacredness of your body, mind & spirit. The body is the carrier of all of our lived experiences, and there is so much wisdom within each of us. I bring a unique perspective of nervous system functioning through Chi for Two® a mindful embodiment method. Scientist Stephen Porges created polyvagal theory. Polyvagal theory helps us recognize anxiety and depression as symptoms of trauma. When we experience trauma, our bodies create nervous system patterning that gets passed down over generations. When our ancestors experienced trauma, their bodies created nervous system patterning that got passed down to us. Chi for Two partner practices help us heal multi-generational trauma. I am interested in tapping into the internal resources you already possess, while providing you with accessible skills to support your journey towards having a life worth living become a reality.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor enjoying what I do. I have been helping people improve their lives for over seven years. I help couples and individuals to navigate different challenges involving romantic, familial and other interpersonal relationship dynamics. I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past five years. It’s helped so many of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other that keep you in unhealthy cycles.
