Hi, I'm Judith ("Judy") Rojas. One thing I've learned is that change is constant, but navigating it can feel overwhelming. With 24+ years in behavioral health and 6 years as an LMFT, I provide a safe, supportive space to help individuals and families build insight, resilience, and lasting growth. During our first session, my goal is to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and learn about the goals you'd like to work toward. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the therapy process and explore whether we're a good fit for working together. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward growth, healing, and positive change.

First session

In our first session, my goal is to get to know you better, understand what brings you to therapy, and learn about the goals you'd like to work toward. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the therapy process and determine whether I feel like a good fit for your needs.

Strengths

Therapy with me is a space where you can show up just as you are, without fear of judgment. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate life's challenges. I believe that healing and growth happen when people feel safe, valued, and genuinely cared for. I take the time to listen thoughtfully and understand your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. With patience, compassion, and curiosity, I meet you where you are and walk alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we will create a therapeutic experience tailored to your needs, helping you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change in your life.

Ideal clients

My ideal client is someone who is who is ready to begin the process of healing and self-discovery. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, trauma, or those using substances as a coping mechanism. I enjoy working with clients who value personal growth and are willing to engage in self-reflection, even when it feels difficult. While they may not have all the answers, they are open to exploring their experiences, learning new coping skills, and making meaningful changes in their lives. My ideal client seeks a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Their goals often include improving emotional well-being, building healthier relationships, developing resilience, increasing self-confidence, and creating a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), you'll gain a deeper understanding of how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthy coping strategies, and build practical skills to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. As you learn new ways of responding to difficult situations, you'll be empowered to create meaningful change, strengthen your resilience, and improve your overall well-being.
