I specialize in helping motivated young adults and adults heal from childhood trauma, navigate attachment wounds, and find relief from anxiety and depression. Taking a collaborative and goal-oriented approach, my mission is to provide you with the tools and support you need to process the past and heal deeply. My approach to care is deeply collaborative, collaborative, and tailored to your unique story. I believe that while our past experiences—especially childhood and attachment history—shape how we view the world, they don’t have to dictate our future. In our sessions, we will work as a team to set clear, meaningful goals, combining gentle exploration.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Think of our first session as a comfortable get-to-know-each-other conversation. We will explore your history, define your goals for therapy, and check our compatibility as a team. I’ll also provide my professional recommendations on the best way forward. There's no pressure—it’s just about setting a safe foundation for your healing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I love working with motivated young adults and adults who are ready for change but feel weighed down by anxiety, depression, or old childhood wounds. Perhaps you find yourself repeating the same painful relationship patterns, struggling to trust others, or constantly battling a harsh inner critic—these are often signs of unhealed attachment trauma.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

A client that is a good fit for my type of therapy is someone who is open and ready for change. Client's who are tired of repeating old patterns and ready to find their happiness. I also enjoy client's who want to work thru childhood trauma or attachment wounds. Client's who are open to feedback and willing to apply tools outside of session.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

Attachment based approach is helpful for those stuck in unhealthy relationships or find themself being the unhealthy one in the relationship. This approach is also helpful for those who want to work through trauma from childhood connected to their parents.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This approach allows me to give you tools to rewrite and change your thoughts that feel defeating and automatic, replacing them with more helpful ones.

Interpersonal

This approach is one that allows me to take what I see happening in the session to point out maladaptive patterns and behaviors. In the session you will experience a corrective and healthy emotional experience that tends t lead to healing and overall decrease in symptoms such as anxiety, shame, and depression.
