Welcome! My name is Jesus, I am a multi-state Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years of experience working with adults. If you are struggling to cope with the challenges that are life, I am here to help you. I strongly believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all model, and because of this, I take a collaborative approach to meet my clients where they are to help get them where they want to be. My motto in life is, life is about making positive movements forward.
Welcome! I’m Carly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes therapy should feel like a real, non-judgmental conversation . I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions where I take a down-to-earth, collaborative approach. My style is warm, honest, and practical—my goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and actually helped. I want our work to feel like a space where you can breathe, grow, and feel more like yourself again.
Since 2012 I have supported children and adults through life's stages helping shift unwanted, co-existing patterns driven by negative narratives. By connecting and understanding your experiences, we will open a new perspective of your mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health. With a warm, psychodynamic approach, I pull from modalities like EMDR, IFS and object-relations theory.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training in neuropsychology and psychological assessment. I earned my doctorate from Loma Linda University and completed clinical training at several leading hospitals across Southern California. My work centers on how the brain, physical health, and emotional well-being shape one another, and I bring that lens to therapy with adults who want to understand what is driving their difficulties and make changes that last. I work with adults across the lifespan facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and life transitions. My clinical interests include neurocognitive changes, ADHD, traumatic brain injury, neurological and medical conditions, and the complex relationship between cognitive functioning and emotional well-being. In practice, this often means helping clients adjust to a new diagnosis, cope with memory or attention concerns, chronic illness, or grief, and manage the strain of caregiving. My approach is integrative and goal-oriented. I draw on cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and humanistic therapies, matching the method to you rather than fitting you to one model.
I love partnering with people on their journey to greatness. I use a strengths-based approach to help my clients see the choices that are always at their disposal to unlearn past harmful messaging or combat unrelenting present symptoms. As a Black woman, I always integrate the importance of diversity. Playing small to blend in doesn't serve anyone. Whether we're different based on external or internal attributes, we all need to embrace our beautiful and different qualities so that we can live an authentic life.
My work also focuses on boundaries, challenging thoughts, and improving communication skills. I integrate role plays, affirmations, accountability, and direct introspection exercises to aid clients in quieting the noise of societal norms to embrace their true joy. All sessions are client-focused, I don't come with my own agenda. I'm excited to help you live life with confidence on your own terms. I look forward to working with you.
Do you overthink, replay conversations, revisit past decisions, predict problems, spiral, or get stuck in patterns that create conflict or keep you avoiding what needs to be addressed?
You are thoughtful, observant, and more capable than you may currently feel. But the same mind that notices details, thinks ahead, and considers different possibilities can go into overdrive. You may feel on edge much of the time, dwell on the past, get irritated by small things, feel flat, or disconnect from things you once enjoyed. You may be going through this on your own or in a relationship with someone dealing with some of the same things.
You may avoid difficult conversations, put off issues, or end up in the same conflict. Shame, fear of rejection, or trouble communicating can make it difficult to say what you really think or need. We can work on skills to communicate better, explore the expectations you bring to relationships, and recognize roles and patterns you keep replaying. Those roles may have served you long ago, but they may need revision now.
I am Ramy Danon, a USC-trained Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of experience. Therapy with me is a real conversation. I also taught university and college students for 19 years. I love helping people recognize their abilities and expand what they believe is possible. I understand how difficult it can be to trust someone, especially if you struggle to ask for help. Getting started may be the hardest part. I am eager to learn about what is bothering you.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over seven years of experience in community mental health and psychotherapy, I am committed to meeting each person where they are. I believe healing begins with feeling safe, understood, and genuinely supported. My approach balances an understanding of your internal experiences with the impact of life circumstances, relationships, and environmental stressors. At the center of my work is connection. I prioritize building a trusting therapeutic relationship where you can feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment.
I have had the privilege of working with adolescents, transitional-aged youth, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, life transitions, burnout, relationship challenges, severe mental illness, and complex life stressors. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based approach that honors each person’s lived experience and resilience.
I draw from evidence-based and integrative approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based practices, somatic interventions, and relational therapy. Together, we will find an approach that feels supportive, collaborative, and aligned with your goals.

I have been a licensed therapist for over 20 years. Currently licensed in California and Nevada. I understand that reaching out and starting the therapy process can be a little overwhelming in and of itself, so I strive to set a pace that is comfortable for my client. If you are ready to dive into the deep end, we will go there. If you need some time to ease into the hard work of therapy, we will go at a pace that feels comfortable. I see myself as a guide in the process of therapy and, at times, more of a teacher, sharing strategies and information. My goal as a therapist is to help you develop the resources and strategies to feel confident in your ability to handle life challenges. Sometimes that involves really getting in touch with the way you think and what you believe, or exploring how you are talking to yourself, or it might involve healing childhood wounds. Since each client is unique I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, I incorporate evidenced based strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and sometimes complimentary therapies such as Guided Imagery. I tend to be eclectic in my approach because each person is an individual, and there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to resolving life issues.

Hi there, I am Joanna
Have you ever gone to therapy and found it hard to open up because the sessions appear rigid and impersonal, and maybe you felt judged? In my practice is my goal to lead sessions in a non-judgmental way, with the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives. I like to describe my relationship with clients as a relationship among equals. My role in the session is to help you process some of the challenges you are experiencing and offer skills that can help create the change you want to see in your life. My theoretical orientation is dialectical behavioral therapy and I try to hold the balance between acceptance and change, this means accepting that although things might be difficult at this moment we can learn new behaviors so life can be improved. My goal is to help clients increase their overall satisfaction in life and relationships. I am also trained in trauma work to help clients process traumatic experiences.
Hi there! Welcome to my practice! Being a therapist is not just a job for me, it is a calling. I discovered that I wanted to become a therapist later in life and so bring a wealth of my own lived experience and knowledge to my practice. My curiosity and thirst for knowledge in this field seems to be unending. I have worked in a community clinic, at Kaiser Permanente, and a private practice for over 16 years. I have also had the pleasure of supervising associate therapists and taught at the University of San Francisco for six years in their Master’s level Counseling Psychology Program. I hope you will inquire and book an intake appointment with me!

Hi there and great job on taking that first step in considering if therapy is right for you. I invite you to come with me on a journey of your own choosing where we will walk together in darkness to find the light you’ve been seeking. Whether it’s life’s little annoying stressors or more complex issues, as a trauma survivor myself, I know firsthand what this is like and wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Whether you choose me or another therapist, make the choice to just give it a try. Sometimes all you need is another person to hold the light while you do the work you need to heal.

I help people identify and assess the thinking/thoughts that bother them and interrupt their relationships with their family or at work. I have studied and used different therapeutic approaches to support persons at different stages of growth. I am not accepting couples at this time.
