Hello, I have been working in the mental health field for over 25 years and have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2010. I have worked in multiple settings (outpatient, inpatient, community-based) and with all ages across the spectrum of mental health issues, from severe and persistent mental illness to lifespan adjustment and transition issues, work-related stress, parenting or other relationship stress, etc. I work to help clients gain insight and develop skills for better symptom and life management. I am currently not accepting couples at this time; I am accepting individual adults of all ages at this time.
