I’m a therapist who values creating a space where you can show up as you are and feel truly heard and supported. My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, EMDR, and strength-based therapy, depending on what fits you best. I also offer the option to incorporate faith into sessions if that’s something you’re looking for. I believe healing is possible, even when it feels far away, and that you already carry strengths we can build on together.
I am currently a marriage and family therapist licensed in the state of California. As a clinician I have 7 years’ experience working in residential care as well as community mental health treating children, adolescents, and adults who suffer from various challenges and diagnosis. I have also now worked remotely for 5 years providing individual therapy to all ages and populations.
In treatment, I believe that each and every person has the power and the courage to face their trauma and find fulfillment and joy in their lives. I view trauma as the root cause for the majority of mental health problems and diagnoses. I believe that treating trauma is the foundation for each client to heal and find wellness in their lives. In the therapeutic process I believe the therapist and client should work together collaboratively to establish wellness goals and to develop a plan to reach those goals. I have been trained in multiple trauma therapy modalities including EMDR, TF-CBT, EFT(emotional freedom technique), and mindfulness. I have used each of these techniques in treatment to process traumatic memories and heal trauma associated symptoms. I have also utilized EMDR to manage chronic pain and sensory issues. Outside of trauma therapy I have treated and managed individuals challenged with ADHD, Autism, and Learning disabilities.
My ideal client is someone coping with anything from daily stressors to severe mental illness—feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or simply stuck. They may be navigating complex relationships, the aftereffects of trauma, or struggling with symptoms that disrupt their sense of self. Some may have tried therapy before; others are seeking a fresh, compassionate approach. What they share is a hope for change, a desire for clarity, and the drive to find new ways forward—whether that's healing, understanding themselves, or just feeling “okay” again.
As a seasoned therapist with advanced NMT training and a passion for innovation, I use a person-centered, solution-focused approach, blending therapeutic modalities to fit your unique needs. Fluent in English, Tagalog, and conversational Mandarin, I provide support that is compassionate, adaptable, and culturally sensitive.
If you want to be met with both expertise and genuine care, you’re in the right place. I embrace individuality and creative problem-solving, helping clients find hope even in tough situations. We'll collaborate closely—finding what works for you—so you never face challenges alone.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) originally from just outside of New York City and currently live in San Diego. Working to support the mental health of others is truly my greatest honor. We are often programmed by our previous experiences, culture, and past trauma to believe a false narrative about ourselves. Utilizing the therapeutic alliance, I help clients to resolve negative, false, or limiting beliefs that may be hindering their ability to step into their true identities. We do not have to continue to live out the script that we inherited or feel the need to live in the shadows. Instead, we can live with intension, purpose, and a sense of gratitude.

Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I am passionate about helping young adults and adults struggling with difficult- toxic- narcissistic relationships, depression, anxiety, struggling with codependency, domestic abuse, grief and loss, stress, work/school/life transitions, trauma, who have lost connection with themselves, and want to understand their behavior patterns that are set from childhood. I take a holistic, strengths-based framework and find myself blending elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution focused, grief, attachment theory and Brainspotting to help support the mind, body, and spirit.
I am adept at addressing a broad spectrum of life experiences, encompassing childhood trauma, ongoing stressors, and life transitions. I hold the firm belief that the most significant therapeutic impact arises from the collaborative relationship between the psychotherapist and the client. I strive to create a safe, supportive, respectful, and non-judgmental therapeutic space. Therapy should be a place where every aspect of your being is embraced, welcomed, and valued. I believe in meeting you where you are, tailoring my approach, interventions, and techniques to your unique needs and goals.
I feel honored to walk alongside my clients, to be their guide and hold light in this messy world as they heal, grow, and ultimately reconnect with their mind, body and soul while they recreate a new path for themselves.

Welcome. Wherever you are on your life journey, I am glad you are here! Healing is not about becoming someone new — it is about remembering who you are beneath the conditioning, survival patterns, and expectations that have pulled you away from living in alignment with your authentic self.
You do not need to be fixed. You do deserve a space where all parts of you are welcome — a place where healing is not about perfection, but about living more fully, honestly, and in connection with your soul purpose.
Through connection, empathy and a non-judgmental approach, I offer ways to help you discover what may be blocking you from finding your true path in life. By not seeing an individual for what symptoms they have or what is affecting them, I am more interested in helping you find what is the cause of symptoms and how to process them.
I work with adults from all backgrounds. I am also open to any culture, belief, identification or orientation. All are welcome. I base all individual therapy on a client-focused approach and adapt sessions to the needs of each person.
You might be at a turning point. Drained by work or the people around you, running on empty after years of giving more than you had to give, or trying to find your footing after a major life change. Maybe you're realizing how much of yourself you've set aside for others, or you're not sure who you are outside of a role you've outgrown. These are the crossroads I help people navigate, along with the depression, anxiety, and substance use that so often travel with them.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years in the nonprofit sector, where I saw up close the burnout that people who give a lot of themselves often carry quietly. It's a big part of why I do this work today. My clinical background spans community mental health, crisis intervention, and residential addiction treatment, including work with veterans, so I'm comfortable working with substance use, whether it's your own or a loved one's. I bring a trauma-informed approach focused on stability, insight, and understanding the patterns we carry from early relationships into the present. Our work together is collaborative, and we move at a pace that feels right for you.
I also work with men who feel isolated or disconnected, and with anyone who has felt alone in carrying it all.
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who has practiced for over 9 years. I received my MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. During my training and internships, I worked with a diverse group of clients including teens, young adults, older adults (65+), parents, couples and families. My experience includes treating clients that struggle with depression, anxiety, substance use, LGBTQIA+ issues, aging, family conflicts and life transitions. I help clients gain an understanding of themselves and their situations in order to live more fulfilling lives.
Welcome — You Deserve a Space to Be Seen and Heard
As a proud Latinx, cisgender woman and the first in my family to earn a college degree, I understand the strength it takes to navigate multiple worlds — balancing cultural expectations, family responsibilities, and personal goals. Living with a vision impairment has deepened my appreciation for how our identities intersect and shape the way we experience life, resilience, and healing.
In our work together, I offer a culturally affirming and inclusive space where your story matters. Whether you’re exploring generational patterns, identity, or simply seeking relief from life’s pressures, I bring both personal insight and professional experience to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Let’s connect and see how therapy can support your growth and well-being.
My focus is on providing a safe, supportive space for high-achieving women navigating life transitions. Together, we’ll quiet the self-doubt and help you feel more connected to yourself again.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2013 and have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #75356) since 2017.

Hello. My name is Ana and I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (128445), in the beautiful state of California. I have been in the counseling and social work field for 25+ yrs. Simply stated, I was born to do therapy, it is a gift and an honor. I am a safe, trusting and caring person, that is able to connect with a diversity of people, especially those that struggle with feelings of inadequacy. I have worked with children, teens, elderly, foster care, gang members and most recently, death row inmates in prison.
I have found through many of those experiences that emotional pain, feeling alone and having anxiety or depression, is common and universal. However, I also know that the desire to live a deeper, peaceful and meaningful life can also be a driving force. I too have done much of that internal work and reflection in my life. I have learned that it is OK to be just me, no longer fearing to live the life that I have earned and deserve. I would love the same for you.
I have 8 years of experience working with individuals, children, and youth. For the past 4 years, I've supported children and adolescents involved in the foster and judicial system. I utilize an integrative approach which allows me to tailor interventions to your specific needs. Welcome, my name is Kiran and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #28451) with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in and provide mental health support to people dealing with fertility issues, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2002.
In 2005, I started working on the maternal-child health floor in a hospital setting where I was able to help patients experiencing grief, loss, postpartum depression, and medical trauma. My passion truly lies in working with individuals going through their journeys and challenges in pregnancy, childbirth, any type of loss, adoptions, or surrogacies.
In 2019, I struggled with my own loss of losing my father and felt it was the right time to move on from the medical field in the hospital setting to a smaller medical setting. Working as a preceptor in this new smaller medical setting, I quickly realized that this was not my calling as I began to miss working with the perinatal population. Soon after, I was given an opportunity to provide mental health therapy to the perinatal population and I believe this remains my calling.
I am of Asian descent and love learning about everyone's family histories, cultures, foods, etc.

I have worked with at-risk youth, children and adolescents, parents, and people with disabilities. I’ve worked across a range of settings but predominantly in school-based mental health. After having a baby, I took about a year off work and I’m excited to return to my passion of providing meaningful therapy in the Telehealth setting.
I’m so glad you’re here and taking the next step into finding healing, insight and growth.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. After more than 30 years as an educator, minister, counselor, and consultant; I realized that the one thing I am most passionate about is working one-on-one with others – watching them discover clarity, restoration, hope, and passion. Psychotherapy is the single endeavor where I get to bring all that I am to all that I do.
