I’ve never had a better match with a therapist! Teri is authentic, she’s on target with my issues and solutions. She demonstrates a great balance of talking and listening. I thank God for her.

I've been seeing Teri for 2 years now (remotely) and she has been wonderful. She's helped me through the passing of my Mother and some very difficult family situations. It's nice to have someone to vent to and give me the tools I need to handle life at it's hardest. I highly recommend Teri!

Teri is very knowledgeable about the mind and about anxiety. She is able to help me look at situations and find ways to navigate my anxiety, so that I am more prepared the next time I am feeling that way. She is very patient and helps me to find tools that work for me with my specific concerns.
