I’ve had the honor of working closely with children, families, and individuals healing from various forms of trauma and impacts of mental health from a cultural lens. Along the way, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the many different ways family life can shape us, sometimes in unexpected or challenging ways. I’ve worked in a variety of roles and settings, as a Director, Clinical Supervisor, across government agencies, to private and mental health centers, which has helped me see each person’s story from many angles.
My approach is compassionate yet direct, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. Whether you’re looking for support for yourself, your family, or your relationships, I’m here to walk alongside you with kindness and respect. Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.
I'm Casey Binstadt, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of Interwoven Connection. I work with individuals navigating some of life's most disorienting moments — divorce, infertility, relationship shifts, and the transitions that quietly reshape who you are. My approach is warm, honest, and grounded in real connection. If you're ready to stop feeling stuck, I'd love to help.

Hello, my name is Tara. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I understand that therapy can feel like a significant step, and I congratulate you on taking the first step on your journey. I specialize in helping navigate life transitions, anxiety, and self-doubt. I work especially well with empowering women. My goal is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself, gain insight, and take steps toward personal growth. I myself have my own experience with mental health and healing.
Change is hard, not having the tools, direction and support make the process even harder. I can help you identify areas that may be keeping you stuck. I also provide wellness and behavioral health coaching in addition to traditional therapy.
The atmosphere that is created in the therapy session is one of warmth, safety, and acceptance. I have a straightforward, interactive approach to treatment. I am passionate about my work and strongly believe in the healing benefits of therapy. Reach out to me, I’d love to help you help heal, connect, & thrive. Together we can create the life you want.
I am licensed in California with 8 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. My approach is rooted in empathy and validation, creating a safe space for you to explore your experiences and discover meaningful solutions. We will always work with where ever you are in your life journey, and just as much as you decide to do. Therapy should be a voluntary commitment to yourself. Together, we'll go beyond surface-level coping, to uncovering deeper healing and lasting change.
I consider myself a relational and systems-based therapist. That means that I value discussing relationships and the impact of them on you. I also seek to understand my client as a whole person and not just your symptoms. At the heart of my work is the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is meaningful and often mirrors patterns that show up outside the therapy room. Together, we will explore these dynamics with curiosity and compassion and without judgment. I deeply value your goals and concerns, and I also believe therapy is a space where thoughtful, honest feedback can be both empowering and healing. Above all, my goal is for therapy to feel collaborative and supportive.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who understands that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable—especially when you are used to handling everything on your own. You may be feeling anxious, discouraged, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or simply aware that something in your life needs to change. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy.
My style is warm, honest, collaborative, and practical. Therapy is your journey, and you remain at the center of it. My role is to walk alongside you—offering a safe place to speak openly, meaningful insight, and practical support as you create lasting change and move toward a life that feels healthier, more connected, and authentically yours.
.I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and attachment-based approaches, tailoring our work to your needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all method. Together, we can better understand what is keeping you stuck, recognize your strengths, and develop tools that help you feel more regulated and attuned.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, mood-related concerns, or life transitions. I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I strive to offer a warm, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic space. My approach is structured and goal-oriented, beginning with a comprehensive assessment to better understand your experiences, strengths, and needs. Together, we work to identify meaningful goals and develop a plan that supports lasting and positive change.
I bring extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood dysregulation. I began providing therapeutic services in 2009 in a school-based setting, supporting students through mental health interventions as part of their IEP services. Since 2018, I have worked in private practice with adolescents and adults, using evidence-based approaches such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build practical skills and greater emotional balance.
I hold a Master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, and completed my supervised clinical training through the Los Angeles Unified School District. My work focuses on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and applying evidence-based strategies to support improved functioning and overall well-being.
Please note: I do not provide psychological assessments, disability evaluations, or documentation for emotional support animals. I also do not participate in court-related cases, including custody or other legal matters.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker passionate about helping people feel more grounded, connected, and hopeful — even when life feels overwhelming.
I am trained in EMDR and my approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I work with individuals and couples who want to understand themselves more deeply, heal from difficult experiences, and build skills that last long after therapy ends.
Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, you don't have to navigate it alone.
Many people come to therapy struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, painful relationships or difficult life transitions. You may feel overwhelmed and exhausted from trying to hold everything together, or frustrated that despite your best efforts, the same feelings or patterns keep returning. You may find yourself searching for answers and wondering, “Why do I feel this way? Why does this still hurt so much?”
The symptoms that bring you to therapy matter, and finding relief is important. But they can also be the beginning of a deeper understanding. Together, we'll look beneath what is happening now to understand the experiences, patterns, and ways of coping that may have developed for good reasons but are no longer serving you as well as they once did.
I believe healing begins with understanding, deepens through awareness, and becomes more lasting when both the mind and body are invited into the process.
After more than 30 years as a therapist, one truth has become increasingly clear to me: meaningful change rarely comes from simply telling ourselves to think differently or try harder. It grows from understanding how our experiences have shaped the way we think, feel, relate, and respond. With greater understanding comes greater choice: the ability to respond differently to yourself, to others, and to life's challenges.
Whether you're seeking relief from what hurts right now, looking for answers, or trying to find a way forward when life has become painful or overwhelming, therapy can offer a place of solace, understanding, and hope. Together, we can work toward easing what is causing you pain while helping you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more fully alive, with greater clarity and confidence about how you want to move forward.
Greetings. I am an experienced, enthusiastic therapist who truly believes in our ability to heal. We can increase and build upon your capacity for joy and meaningful relationships with self and others by creating a safe space together in which to work.
I am here to serve you by learning about your individual needs, experiences, beliefs and goals as the basis of our work together. I am eager to help you to discover what works for you and assist you in letting go of what has not worked in the past. I think we oftentimes listen more to what we say to ourselves than what others say to us yet many times that voice within us are old tapes from the past. Let's take a compassionate view together to create the changes you seek in your life.

Im Jessica a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most delicate and overwhelming moments. Grounded in a warm, client-centered approach, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, major life changes, low self esteem, work related stressors, postpartum struggles, grief, caregiver stress, Academic/school stressors or the emotional toll of a medical condition like diabetes, cancer, or end-stage renal disease. With two decades of dedicated service, I'm committed to helping my clients cultivate resilience, restore balance, and process difficult emotions at their own pace.
In recognizing the challenges and complexities of today's changing world and at the many roles we are called upon to fulfill, I know the importance of being able to give my clients a safe place to talk. I help my clients explore and uncover issues that have contributed to feelings of depression and anxiety and work to bring joy back into their lives. Although many individuals don't identify trauma in their history, in over 25 years of practice I have found being attuned to my clients past experiences helpful in improving the present. In addition to treating anxiety and depression, I am trained in trauma treatments both CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) and TFCBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Therapy). I also utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach that allows for identifying and challenging unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and patterns of behavior that often keep us stuck. The path to recognizing and challenging our thoughts and beliefs can help change our perspective and allow for experiencing ourselves and relationships in a more satisfying way.

Hello! My name is Mercedes. I am a bilingual (English y Español) first-generation Latina Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and daughter of immigrant parents who values creating a space where people feel understood, supported, and able to show up as themselves. I have worked with children for over 15 years and within the mental health field for the past 5 years, supporting children, teens, adults, and foster youth through a variety of emotional, relational, and life challenges.
Throughout my experience in community mental health, I have provided individual, family, and group therapy, including DBT-focused groups, while working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. I enjoy walking alongside clients as they gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns they keep finding themselves in. People often come to me during times of transition, when relationships feel strained, or when they realize that the ways they’ve learned to cope, communicate, or protect themselves aren’t working quite as well anymore.
I’m especially interested in the way our relationships and experiences shape how we see ourselves and what we come to expect from the people around us. Sometimes the thing bringing you to therapy is very clear. Other times, it’s harder to name—you may just know that you’re overwhelmed, disconnected, repeating a familiar pattern, or not feeling quite like yourself.
My style is warm, engaged, and collaborative. I want therapy to be a place where you can be thoughtful and curious about yourself without feeling like you have to have everything figured out first. We’ll make sense of what’s happening now, how you got here, and what might need to shift for life and relationships to feel different.
If you’d like to connect briefly before beginning therapy, please schedule your first appointment here through Grow. Once scheduled, you’ll be able to message me directly, and I’m happy to answer questions about fit before we meet.
It is my goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can reconnect with your authentic self and begin building a life you truly love. As a compassionate mental health therapist, I believe each person has the ability to unlock their own potential and create a life filled with purpose and fulfillment. Life’s challenges can sometimes cloud our vision and make it hard to see the way forward, but you don’t have to navigate that path alone.
In our work together, we’ll explore your personal experiences and uncover the patterns or beliefs that may be holding you back from living the life you deserve. Whether you’re facing past pain, trauma, or difficult emotions, I’m here to help you process, heal, and reclaim your narrative. We’ll also celebrate the strengths that make you unique, building on them to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
I’m committed to creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, we will work together to help you navigate these challenges and empower you to thrive. faced with life difficulties by encouraging individuals and family members to develop and use skills and strategies for confronting their problems in a constructive way.
Welcome to my practice!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and licensed in WA with more than 20 years of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, anger issues, and self-harm ideation and behaviors. I want to get to know you and what might be happening with you that you are seeking counseling for. Many times people come to therapy when they are in some type of distress. Sometimes this is conscious and sometimes not. If you are struggling or distressed for some reason or grieving a loss in life, ( or not sure but something has changed) I would like to see how we can work in therapy.
The way we work will depend on the issues you bring to therapy. I have experience with different approaches to therapy including but not limited to HUMANISTIC THERAPY (includes the importance of personal responsibility, and a positive, non-judgmental approach), STRUCTURAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (includes the importance of family structure and healthy boundaries), GOTTMAN (includes helping couples communicate better, resolve conflicts constructively, and create a shared sense of meaning), CBT (generally includes a short-term approach that helps you identify and change negative or unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior to improve your mood and overall well-being).
Please see my calendar with Grow to sign up for an appointment today.
Hi, I’m Cassandra! I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of therapeutic settings including an inpatient psychiatric hospital treating a higher level of acuity, intensive outpatient program supporting teens and young adults, a residential facility working with incarcerated youth, and an outpatient program at a University counseling center.
Over the past two decades, I have dedicated my professional life to assisting individuals and families in overcoming mental health challenges and cultivating healthier, more fulfilling lives. As a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Marriage and Family Therapy, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
My clinical experience encompasses treating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions through individual, family, and group therapy. In addition to my work as a mental health therapist, I possess extensive experience as a substance abuse counselor, providing support to clients throughout their recovery journey. I employ various evidence-based modalities that enhance patient care and facilitate the tailoring of individualized treatments based on the specific needs of each patient, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Trauma (CBT-TF), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Seeking safety (SS), Triple P Positive Parenting Program (Triple P), and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder (PMAD).
My professional experience spans community mental health, integrated healthcare, nonprofit organizations, hospital settings, and private practice, where I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
I value collaboration and am recognized as a supportive, dependable team member who enjoys working alongside colleagues to develop innovative, effective solutions that enhance client outcomes. My experience includes crisis intervention, behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, case management, telehealth services, and providing warm handoffs to ensure timely access to behavioral health and specialty services.
I am passionate about advocating for underserved communities and firmly believe in treating every client with compassion, cultural humility, and respect. My objective is to empower individuals and families to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and attain enduring emotional well-being.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, practicing in Florida and California. I have a PhD in Family Therapy. I have been working with clients in social and mental health settings for more than 20 years. I have experience working with diverse populations (different cultural backgrounds). I work with individuals, couples, and families facing grief, depression, anxiety, anger, life transitions, stress, problems in their relationships with relatives, co-worker/classmates, and trauma, among others.
My name is Ana Maldonado and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Ventura, California. I am currently working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults, adolescents, couples and families, and specialize in anxiety, stress, and family conflict. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Strength Based Therapy to help my clients make progress and start feeling better.
I’m Allan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy—especially for kids—doesn’t have to mean sitting on a couch talking about feelings for 50 minutes. Sometimes the best conversations happen over LEGOs, games, art, play, or while doing something that makes it easier to simply be yourself. Online, it could mean processing trauma, playing online therapeutic games with children (or adults if you want to).
I especially enjoy working with children and teens, including kids who are anxious, overwhelmed, navigating trauma, struggling with big emotions or behaviors, or having a hard time putting what’s happening inside into words. I use play, creativity, humor, and evidence-based approaches to build connection and help kids develop skills without therapy feeling like another place where adults are telling them what to do.
I also work with adults navigating trauma, mood concerns, relationships, identity, major life changes, and life’s more complicated chapters. My style is warm, humorous, direct, and genuinely human. I draw from DBT, EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, play-based interventions, Theraplay-informed practices, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care, adapting therapy to the person in front of me rather than expecting them to adapt to therapy.
My professional experience includes inpatient psychiatry, juvenile justice, child welfare, family services, and community mental health, so I’m comfortable working with both everyday struggles and situations that feel especially complicated.
Whether we meet in my Eureka office or online, my goal is to create a space where you—or your child—feel safe, understood, and comfortable showing up exactly as you are. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse affirming and neurodiversity-affirming.
And yes, there are credentials behind the LEGOs.

My style is warm, curious, engaged, and down-to-earth. I’m not the kind of therapist who sits silently and occasionally asks, “How does that make you feel?” I’ll be right there with you—asking questions, noticing patterns, offering perspective, and sometimes bringing humor into the room when it feels right.
I work especially well with thoughtful, self-aware people who have done a lot of thinking about themselves but still find themselves caught in patterns they can’t quite think their way out of. You may be successful and capable on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, relationship patterns, or a persistent sense that something is missing.
I also work with people who feel disconnected—from their emotions, their relationships, or even themselves. Sometimes that disconnection developed for very good reasons. If you learned early in life to stay in control, rely on yourself, push feelings aside, or keep others at a distance, those strategies may have helped you survive difficult experiences but now leave you feeling stuck or alone.
My approach is grounded largely in Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment, mindfulness, and somatic work. Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with you?” we get curious about what happened, what you learned to do to survive or belong, and what different parts of you may still be trying to protect.
Our work is about more than understanding yourself. It’s about experiencing yourself differently—with more compassion, more choice, deeper connection, and less internal noise.

As an individual, I consider myself to be analytical, intellectual, insightful, creative, and passionate. What drove me to become a psychotherapist was the idea of implementing philosophical concepts and the creative process to help people cope with suffering, which I believe is an unavoidable part of the human condition. I have clinical experience providing services to individuals and families from a diverse population. I am enthusiastic about putting my skills to service and assisting my clients in the process of healing and growth.
My career as a classroom teacher, assistant principal and university professor served me well in my current practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Doctorate in Education/Ed.D. from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As a university professor, I became the Multiple Subject Program Director, Graduate Reading Director, and Supervisor of Student Teachers with both national and international publications.
I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist supporting children, adolescents, and their families through challenges of emotion dysregulation, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal conflicts. I assist clients in living values driven lives through skill building, processing, and support. I use a DBT and CBT framework to assist clients in implementing practical skills to work towards their goals, improve their mood, and strengthen relationships. I provide a warm, empathetic, and compassionate space that meets you right where you are.
I provide straightforward, collaborative therapy for adults and adolescents who are ready to actively engage in the process. My style is warm, direct, and practical, with a focus on work both in and outside of sessions. I work with mild-to-moderate concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, boundaries, life transitions, self-esteem, and the impact of past experiences. I help clients better understand their patterns while building practical skills they can use in everyday life.
I am a down-to-earth and collaborative therapist who believes that the foundation of effective healing is a genuine, honest connection. I prioritize creating a transparent environment where you feel heard and respected, allowing us to work as true partners in your mental health journey. My approach is grounded in the belief that therapy is most effective when it is practical, straightforward, and focused on your unique reality.
In our sessions, I value honesty and the identification of healthy, realistic goals. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), where we work together to uncover the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By identifying irrational thinking patterns and challenging negative self-talk, we can begin to reframe your narrative in a way that serves your growth rather than hindering it.
I understand that starting therapy can feel like a significant step, which is why I focus on providing a non-judgmental space where we can tackle challenges at your pace. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, daily stress, or life transitions, my goal is to provide you with a functional toolkit of strategies you can use long after our sessions end. Together, we will move toward a more balanced, resilient, and fulfilling life.
It's easy to overlook our need for self-care when we're busy taking care of other aspects of our lives. Our priorities often revolve around work and our family's well-being, leaving us at the bottom of our list. My aim is to encourage self-determination through therapy. During our therapeutic relationship, we will work together to achieve your goals and find new ways to overcome obstacles and crises. We'll collaborate on identifying your strengths, as it's important to recognize how your current mindset and decisions are impacting the challenges you face in life.
Hi, I’m Angie.
Are you ready to make some positive changes that will improve your life? Maybe you’re suffering from depression, or anxiety is imposing limitations on how you live your life. Your journey and the life experience that led you here can be complicated, multidimensional, and diverse. I believe the approach to your psychotherapy should be as dynamic as you are and shouldn’t be limited to a “one theory fits all” methodology. You don’t have to face these challenges alone.
I have always felt drawn to a career in a helping profession, and this work brings me a deep sense of fulfillment. It’s truly inspiring to witness the growth and progress my clients achieve during our time together. My experience spans various clinical settings, including LA County contracts, IOP/PHP programs, Wraparound (DCFS), and more. I approach each client as a unique individual, tailoring treatment to their specific needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. Everyone deserves care that aligns with their personal experiences and perspectives, and I strive to provide that in my practice.
I'm Kim, I love the outdoors and nature. I have a passion for animals and have several pets that I spend my free time with. Faith and religion are a big part of my life and upbringing and have been a big part of my moral compass through life's many trials. I believe that everyone should be accepted as they are and not judged for their choices or who they have become. I have a heart for helping others, especially those that feel lost or stuck. I strive to develop a great working relationship with my clients so that they may thrive in their own lives and circumstances and feel comfortable talking to me about anything that may be bothering them. Thriving and happiness are found within ourselves and I hope to help you unlock your full potential no matter your beliefs or background, and no matter how deeply your potential is buried inside of you.
I am a deeply attentive and discerning therapist that understands each person's life unfolds as its own intricate composition - shaped by rhythm , interruption, dissonance, silence, and return. At times the weight of experience can disrupt that internal continuity, leaving a person feeling fragmented, suspended, or estranged from a deeper coherence of their own life. Therapy offers a space to listen closely and differently: to what has become strained or dissonant, to where the tempo has shifted, and to what may be ready to be restored to greater clarity, resonance, and flow.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing is both relational and interpretive. Healing calls not only for insight, but for attunement to timing pattern, pacing, and emotional cadence. Each session build on the last guided by what continues to reverberate beneath the surface - an unresolved phrase, a recurring motif, an abrupt change in tempo, a silence that holds more than words. Together, we consider what has been interrupted, what has been carried too long, and what now may be ready to be reworked, integrated, or sustained with greater continuity and intention.
Hello there my name is Blake and I look forward to getting to know and work with you.

I enjoy working alongside my clients utilizing evidence-based techniques to improve the quality of life and reinstall a healthy and sustainable trajectory.
I am a middle aged Caucasian woman with quirky hobbies and interests. I enjoy getting out in nature, reading, learning, and re-charging with quiet time. I specialize in working with individuals of all ages who are neurodivergent: ADHD, Autistic, PDA, Sensory Sensitive, Learning Differences, Gender Diverse. I help individuals better understand their nervous system and how it connects with emotions and behavior. I help parents better understand their kids and shift their parenting to support their children and increase enjoyment in their parenting experience. I help people learn strategies to improve their sense of well-being & manage anxiety, depression, and life stress. Respect for your autonomy and your values are central in my work.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 18 years of experience helping adults and couples work through anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, relationship struggles, and life transitions. My style is warm, real, and supportive, the kind of space where you can take a breath, be yourself, and not feel judged. I work collaboratively, pulling from CBT, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and person-centered approaches to support your goals. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone steady to talk things through, we’ll move at your pace and figure it out together. Therapy can feel like a big step, I’m here to make it feel less intimidating and more like a real, healing connection.
