Whether you are working on improving a relationship, making tough decisions, breaking unhealthy patterns, or your individual challenge, you can and deserve to accomplish it. I help my clients to identify patterns within past struggles and unhealthy behavior, as well as within their success stories. Drawing upon cognitive-behavioral, DBT, mindfulness practices, attachment, psychodynamic, and strength-based theories, I will support you in being kind to yourself, as we work together to address your struggles and mobilize your strengths. In the room, I am active and will hold you with great compassion, while giving you direct feedback when needed.
Together we will co-create a space for exploration so that you can feel safe and supported without feeling judged. In this space, we will revisit your struggles, create new meaning, and bring ease and relief to pain. Besides English, I fluently speak and write in Farsi and I only provide individual therapy.
