Trauma, Anxiety, PTSD, and Grief Therapy—Helping You Feel Safe, Empowered, and in Control Again When you've experienced trauma, it can feel like your mind and body are constantly on alert, making it difficult to trust yourself, connect with others, or find peace in everyday life. You may struggle with anxiety, overwhelming emotions, intrusive memories, grief, self-doubt, or feeling stuck in survival mode. Healing is possible, and you do not have to navigate it alone. I specialize in helping individuals recover from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, childhood wounds, grief, and difficult life experiences. Using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can process painful experiences without judgment, develop practical coping skills, and build greater emotional resilience. Together, we will work to help you feel more grounded, strengthen your confidence, improve your relationships, and create a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your values. My goal is not only to help you manage symptoms but to support lasting healing and personal growth.
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, review how therapy works, and discuss what brought you here. Together, we’ll explore your strengths and challenges and set personalized goals to guide our work.
What makes my approach different is that I take the time to get to know you and your story. I believe everyone deserves a safe place where they can feel heard, supported, and respected. I understand that hard experiences can affect how we think, feel, and handle daily life. Together, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I will help you learn tools to manage stress, build confidence, and handle life's challenges. My goal is to help you feel stronger, more in control, and hopeful about the future.

Esther is so knowledgeable and warm. She works on making you feel comfortable and building a safe space. She has empowered me by giving me so many tools, coping skills and instructed me with different approaches. In a short time after starting therapy I felt much better, I get lots of compliments from my love ones regarding the changes they are observing in me.
