Welcome - I'm glad you're here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker inspiring hope and facilitating change in the lives of individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. For over 18 years, I have provided psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families in California. A Los Angeles native, in 2007 I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California.
My path to becoming a person-centered therapist has been shaped by a deep belief in the healing power of human connection. From early on, I was drawn to listening—to really hearing people—and witnessing the strength that can emerge when someone feels truly understood. That belief led me to social work, where I found a natural alignment with the values of empathy, dignity, and respect for each person’s lived experience.
Through my training and clinical work, I was especially moved by the person-centered approach, which sees the client not as a problem to be fixed, but as a whole person with the capacity for growth, insight, and change. Embracing this approach has transformed the way I see the therapeutic relationship: not as a space where I give answers, but one where I hold space—with care, compassion, and authenticity—so clients can explore, heal, and move forward on their own terms.
Over time, I’ve continued to grow both personally and professionally, integrating complementary tools like CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy while always staying grounded in the person-centered core. It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients, to witness their resilience, and to be a steady presence as they reconnect with their strengths, values, and goals.
Being a therapist isn’t just what I do—it’s part of who I am.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, originally from Los Angeles, California. I received my Masters in Social Work from Simmons University, I have been practicing as a therapist for 6 years. Hello, I'm Samantha a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy to adolescents and adults throughout California and Oregon. I specialize in supporting clients who are managing stress, navigating life transitions, and coping with anxiety.
Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re adjusting to a new role, facing uncertainty, or dealing with persistent worry. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing.
My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I believe therapy works best as a partnership—one where your voice is valued and your experiences are respected. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and identify practical, realistic tools that align with your lifestyle and personal goals. Because no two individuals experience stress or anxiety in the same way, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs.
I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where you can show up as your authentic self. My goal is to help you gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and build the confidence needed to move forward with intention. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about creating space to grow, heal, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

Hi, I'm Sarah, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and I'm so glad you're here. Outside of the therapy room, you'll usually find me cheering at a soccer game, trying a new recipe in the kitchen, or enjoying live music with family and friends. Taking the first step toward therapy requires immense courage, and I want you to know right from the start that you are in the right place, and you do not have to go through this alone. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California, I bring over 10 years of heartfelt experience across a variety of settings. I earned my Master’s Degree from California State University, Fullerton, and have had the absolute privilege of walking alongside people of all ages and walks of life. Over the last decade, I have helped individuals navigate anxiety and depression, the deep pain of loss and grief, the uncertainty of major life transitions, and the heavy exhaustion of burnout. I also work closely with those untangling the complexities of past trauma, navigating relationship dynamics, and quieting the critical inner voice to build genuine self-esteem. Whatever challenges you are facing, we will work hand-in-hand to help you find clarity, reclaim your story, and discover your inner strength.
I want this to be a safe space where you unpack your story whenever you're ready. Your cultural background, social justice concerns, and the unique history that shapes who you are matters in this journey. I also warmly welcome the integration of spirituality and faith for anyone who wishes to weave those meaningful pieces into their healing journey. You get to show up exactly as you are today, knowing that all of you is safe and welcome. If you feel ready to take that next step, I invite you to schedule a session.
Hello! My name is Dana Ferry, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. Hello, I'm Aleisha, a licensed marriage and family therapist with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). With extensive experience working with high-acuity dual-diagnosed individuals in community settings, I've developed a unique expertise in tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the complex needs of this population. My approach to therapy is centered around establishing a strong, supportive therapeutic alliance, creating a safe and protective space for individuals to explore their challenges and work towards their goals. Through this collaborative process, I've helped numerous individuals improve their overall mental health, address impairments in functioning, and develop effective symptom management strategies. My goal is to empower individuals with the tools and support they need to navigate life's challenges and achieve lasting growth and well-being.
I'm Tanner Furgeson, and I believe that therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine, collaborative relationship. My approach is client-centered, which means I want to understand your experiences, relationships, and what is most important to you. I see my role as walking with you as we explore what may be getting in the way of the changes you want to make. I hope to create a space where you can feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges, life transitions, and patterns that can leave them feeling stuck or disconnected. My style is warm, down-to-earth, compassionate, and collaborative. I listen deeply without judgment while also offering honest reflection, insight, and practical tools to help you create meaningful change.
Many people come to therapy believing something is wrong with them. I approach things differently. I believe our emotional struggles, coping strategies, and relationship patterns often make much more sense when we understand the experiences that shaped them. Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, I help clients become curious about what is happening beneath the surface, why certain patterns developed, how they may have helped you cope or protect yourself, and whether they are still serving you today.
Therapy with me is a place where you can show up as you are. You don’t need to have everything figured out, know exactly what to say, or pretend that everything is okay. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding, reconnecting with your strengths, developing healthier ways of coping and relating, and creating changes that feel meaningful and sustainable in your life.
You’re doing your best to hold everything together—but you’re exhausted. Maybe everyone turns to you, yet your mind won’t shut off. If you're navigating anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, or past trauma, therapy can be a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for the person you are beneath all that pressure.

Hello, I’m Dr. Cami, a psychologist providing telehealth services to adults in California. I am a native of the Central Valley in California and come from a diverse cultural community. I currently reside in the beautiful country of Norway and enjoy downhill skiing, hiking, gardening, traveling, and learning new languages.
As a psychologist, I am passionate about helping individuals develop helpful strategies to effectively navigate their path and the roadblocks that may arise on their journey in life. Upon feeling effective, it is a beautiful experience to walk with the individual as they re-story past hurts, emotions, and experiences into a story of empowerment and growth. As a therapist, this is the gift of therapy: a transactional experience of growth in the therapeutic relationship in which both I, and the client walk along the path of reclaiming self-compassion and identity.
In my work, I use warmth, humor, and a nonjudgmental approach to develop a strong alliance with my clients, grounded in authenticity and acceptance. I view therapy as a collaborative experience in which I encourage clients to approach challenges with curiosity and self-compassion. My clients have described me as open to learning and understanding their cultural values and beliefs, warm, easy to talk to, empathic and humorous in session.
If I were to use one sentence, to sum up my view of a healthy therapeutic treatment experience, it would be: Therapy, in its purity, is a place where an individual is validated, supported, and empowered to thrive on their path in life.
Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly eleven years of clinical therapy experience within community mental health, private practice and the hospital setting. I have worked extensively with individuals and families connected to the military, as well as in the general community, to work through problems or through unfinished business. Unfortunately, it is usually from unprocessed trauma. Your body remembers, and it may need help letting it go.
I bring both deep expertise and heartfelt commitment to the clients I serve. I am especially passionate about supporting women who are leaving a toxic relationship, veterans experiencing a hard time with that crucial transition from military to civilian life, and children who shouldn't have experienced trauma, but have, and need a little extra support to heal and thrive.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-focused, ensuring that each client feels understood and supported as they work toward meaningful growth and restoration.

Hello, I’m Nizhu—a licensed therapist with over 9 years of clinical experience, specializing in men’s mental health, trauma recovery, and motivational interventions. My approach is grounded in strength-based and evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Multisystemic Therapy (MST), where I’m honored to rank in the top 1% of therapists globally.
I work with individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes, often supporting clients in breaking generational patterns, rebuilding confidence, and developing healthier coping strategies. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct—because healing doesn’t have to be stiff, and growth rarely happens in silence. Expect real conversations, grounded techniques, and the occasional well-timed joke (because, yes, therapy can be both effective and human).

Tattooed and purpose-driven, I believe in showing up authentically—for my clients and myself. Whether you’re here to build resilience, process trauma, or just get unstuck, I’m here to help—one honest conversation at a time.
Hello, my name is Brigitta.
I empower individuals to take back their lives by identifying their strengths, identity, and learn useful skills to help develop a future with hope and expectation. Together, we will explore what is making you stuck by utilizing a holistic approach and address issues of the mind, body, and spirit to strengthen you as an individual. I utilize elements of various modalities with each individual to find out where the wounds began, to close the doors to an unresolved past, to reframe negative core beliefs and its maladaptive influence, and to work towards healthy goals for your future. I can integrate faith-based counseling to build resilience and hope at your request.
Our sessions will be a place of safety, growth, and rejuvenation for your soul. I will meet you with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. As we build our therapeutic relationship, the process of healing and restoration will come.
I cannot wait to meet you!
I approach our first session with wanting to know what prompted you to book the session. This is because people usually book a therapy session with an issue in mind, or with a problem to solve. I assure you that if you are motivated to change your mindset and ready to work on yourself, that you will be able to feel more peaceful and calm with just one session, and you will leave knowing that you will be able to solve what is going on.
We tend to be harsh and critical of ourselves thinking that will promote change when that only causes us to procrastinate and feel depression and anxiety. To address this I offer you my book endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama on self-forgiveness- find it on Amazon and in Barnes & Noble, "The Chiron Effect: Healing Our Core Wounds through Astrology, Empathy, and Self-Forgiveness."
I offer you my podcast- "All Things Therapy," which can be found on iTunes and Spotify. It is a mental health and wellness-focused podcast with over 425 episodes related to mental health, fitness, and personal transformation for you to dig into. I intend that the show augments therapy and gives you a resource to look for topics you are facing in the show titles and then listen and apply what is offered and see how that changes things for you.
Do you feel lost, hopeless, or stuck? Do you find yourself worried and self-conscious? Are you experiencing conflict with family members, co-workers, or other important relationships in your life? Are you a parent wanting extra support? You are not alone. My style is nurturing, kind, empathetic, and patient. I am here to establish a safe environment where you will be respected, heard, and validated. Therapy sessions are tailored to your individual needs. I meet clients where they are at and work at their pace to achieve hope, empowerment, and growth.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping teens and adults overcome struggles, achieve transformation, and live a meaningful life. In addition, I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions and interpersonal relationships.

What sets me apart is my unique perspective as a former stay-at-home mom to now-grown children, which gives me a deep understanding of the struggles and milestones that families face. If you're looking for a compassionate and experienced therapist who can make a real difference in your family's life, I invite you to consider reaching out to me for help.
