In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, I will gather details to better understand what you want to work on and decide what goals you would like to focus on in therapy. We will also start working on establishing rapport that helps with creating a safe space to process your emotions and experiences.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

In therapy, I emphasize a direct and empowering style that encourages clients to engage deeply with their experiences. I create a warm and genuine space where open-mindedness is key, allowing for honest exploration of thoughts and feelings. While I affirm each client’s unique journey, I also challenge them to push past barriers and embrace growth. Together, we work towards meaningful change, fostering resilience and self-discovery along the way.
