Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in California. I received my Master's Degree from California State University, Fullerton and I have been practicing for over 10 years. I have experience working in community mental health, schools, private practice and in the hospital setting. I love working with different communities and I have experience serving different ages and demographics. I know the courage it takes to seek help and I want you to know that you are in the right place and you do not need to go through it alone. I've had the privilege to support individuals who have faced challenges with depression, anxiety, loss, transitions in life and among other challenges guiding them on their journey of healing and living a more fullfilling life. I am a huge believer that therapy can help heal and empower.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will start by introducing ourselves and discuss confidentiality, risks and benefits of treatment, roles and expectations, and answer any question you might have. I know it can be a nervous start, but I will reassure you that this is a safe place and I am here for you. I create a welcoming environment to go at your own pace and show sensitivity to your needs. I understand that it can be difficult to share the difficulties you are facing. We will then work collaboratively to create treament goals and work on them during our journey together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a provider I find that my greatest strength is being able to create a safe, non-judgemental, honest and caring environment together. I approach our time in a caring and professional way knowing that coming to therapy is a brave step. I will also use our therapeutic alliance as a way to have a true experiential opportunity to be able to pull out your inner strengths and find different ways to navigate the difficulties being faced. I am highly able to adapt and use different therapy models to address each unique person that I am allowed the priviledge to work with.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have a passion to serve those in need with experience helping many from various different backgrounds regardless of the situation. I have been able to see growth first hand and see positive change for those who are ready to embark in the journey together. I am a huge believer that "Every small change makes a difference!" You are not alone and I make it a goal to help you feel safe, heard, and shine the resiliency you have within you.
