My name is Grace, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides support for individuals and families. I take a collaborative, compassionate approach to help you deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and create more balance and fulfillment in your life. My goal is to help you build tools for growth and resilience. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity questions, or major life transitions. They’re often seeking a space where they can feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, heard, and supported. My approach is interactive and adaptable, tailored to your needs. I draw from evidence-based methods to build insight, healing, and lasting change. Together, we’ll deepen self-understanding so you can feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
You’ll be met with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care. I want to understand your story—your hopes, challenges, and goals—so we can work together in a way that feels meaningful to you. It takes courage to reach out for support, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth and healing.
I pride myself in being an empathic listener with efficient communication skills devoted to providing and implementing effective evidenced based treatment modalities. I’ve helped individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with a proven process to help you identify the root causes of your challenges and develop a personalized plan that leads to meaningful, measurable change.
I enjoy working with young adults, adults, and families who are navigating life challenges. Those who have a desire to discover themselves, explore and heal past wounds in a way that offers deeper connection to one’s values, priorities, and well-being. I am committed to helping people learn how to cope and grow from life’s obstacles in a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, gain valuable insights, and develop strategies for creating positive change.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) supports an individual in reprocessing traumatic memories / negative core beliefs and reduce their emotional impact. The brain is adaptive and wants to heal itself. Utilizing EMDR techniques to develop emotion regulation skills, reprocess the memory, and reduce the emotional charge helps lead to a healthier emotional response and adaptive positive beliefs about oneself.
