Hello! My name is Dana Ferry, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I have found for myself an incredible benefit in scientifically proven healing therapies such as meditation and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to treat trauma. My approach to therapy integrates therapeutic options to meet the client where they are.
I come from a military background and have worked with veterans for many years dealing with significant trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
This is why I went back to school, so I could study for myself the science of healing and help others heal as well. I've been an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist since 2023.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
