Hello! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with a trauma-informed, somatic & relational approach to therapy. I work with thoughtful adults who want to understand themselves more deeply, reconnect with their bodies, and create more ease and clarity in their relationships. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in nervous system education—supporting meaningful, lasting change rather than quick fixes.
Hi, my name is Martha Garcia-Enright and I am an LMFT providing care in the state of California. I have over a decade of experience working with diverse populations in various settings ranging from outpatient mental health care to crisis residential treatment. I help clients through difficult times and life transitions to empower them to live their lives to the fullest with the tools necessary to overcome future obstacles or barriers.
As a mother of two beautiful girls, I have a strong passion to assist mothers in their journeys. So many transitions are happening to women in the journey of motherhood, and not enough support is offered or available to us in these times. I am focused on helping you through any part of your motherhood journey, and being a safe place for you to explore your current issues. I want to empower you to be the best version of yourself, with the overall goal of gaining hope and confidence to improve your quality of life.
The most important relationship you have is the one with yourself. Therapy is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with who you are, and create meaningful change in your life. I believe that every person’s story deserves to be met with compassion, curiosity, and understanding.
I specialize in supporting women navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, motherhood, identity changes, and reproductive mental health challenges, including infertility, pregnancy loss, IVF, and the complex emotions that can accompany the path to parenthood. I understand how deeply these experiences can impact your sense of self, relationships, and overall well-being. I also have experience supporting individuals through Sutter Health’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), helping clients navigate work-related stress, burnout, life changes, relationship challenges, and personal struggles while balancing the demands of everyday life. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients can gain clarity, develop effective coping strategies, and reconnect with their strengths.
My approach is warm, authentic, and trauma-informed. Together, we will explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and build a stronger connection with yourself. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you feel empowered to heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.
As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience, I am dedicated to creating a warm and inviting space where clients can feel safe and understood. My approach to therapy is deeply compassionate and tailored to each individual. During our sessions, I engage in open dialogues about your expectations, wants, needs, and desires, providing honest conversations about the reasons for seeking therapy and the timing of your journey. I am experienced in working with adults who experience anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, difficult life transitions, and addiction.
Welcome. Wherever you are on your life journey, I am glad you are here! Healing is not about becoming someone new — it is about remembering who you are beneath the conditioning, survival patterns, and expectations that have pulled you away from living in alignment with your authentic self.
You do not need to be fixed. You do deserve a space where all parts of you are welcome — a place where healing is not about perfection, but about living more fully, honestly, and in connection with your soul purpose.
I’m Kasi Barkawi-Buck, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting adults through life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. Hello there, welcome to my page! I am a Depth oriented Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a Master in Clinical Counseling Psychology with emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in California where I am based. I am a dedicated psychotherapist committed to supporting individuals on their journey towards psychological and emotional wellness. With 10 years of experience in this practice. I’ve had the great privilege of helping clients navigate through many life’s challenges, fostering resilience, and facilitating positive transformations.
My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, active listening, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I specialize in anxiety, relationships, life transitions and trauma, using evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
I believe in the power of collaboration, working alongside my clients to identify strengths and empower them to achieve their personal goals. Whether you’re facing difficulties, seeking personal growth, or aiming to improve your overall well-being, I’m here to provide compassionate support and guidance throughout your therapeutic journey.
I am trained in depth psychology and my specialties are trauma-informed care, emotional dysregulation, attachment wounds, depression, stress and anxiety as it relates to trauma. I offer skills to handle distress, grief, adjustment to change and discomfort in your own body and life. I will work with you to set boundaries, realize the difference between hurting someone's feelings and a person having feelings about the boundaries you set. I help individuals, couples and families. I help people met their needs and wants in an effective way. I strive to treat everyone with unconditional positive regard and help you live your best life.
I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with my BS in social science and received my MA in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I have worked in a variety of settings and enjoy working with individuals and couples. With my sociology and psychology background, I look at the systemic issues in society as well as specific issues that are affecting your ability to lead a full, rich life.
I was a victim of narcissistic abuse and learned skills, including boundaries, to set myself free and heal. Learning to say no, learning to regulate your nervous system, to let go of old patterns of behaviors that no longer serve, are all keys to moving towards healing, peace and calm. I can help you protect your energy and calm.
You are enough. You matter to me. I would love the honor of collaborating with you to unlock your full potential and bring joy, peace and contentment to your life. I strive to be authentic and transparent and I meet you where you’re at. Let’s observe, without judgment, what’s working and what’s not and work together to bring you back to your true self.
Greetings!

I'm a licensed MFT #81396. My ultimate goal in my therapy work is to help my clients believe in themselves as much as I believe in them. I work with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and countless life issues.
While I am deeply humanistic, I also frequently employ elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge clients' negative self-talk, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help them navigate big feelings. My work is informed by Object Relations theory, in which the therapist provides the client with empathy and attunement. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR, which is an invaluable tool for clients struggling with trauma.

Life's difficulties are a natural part of the human experience. At times, individuals may feel isolated in their struggles or believe that no one truly understands what they are going through. Hi, I’m Maxine Soriano, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with high-achieving BIPOC and first-generation professionals who may look like they have it all together but are privately dealing with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, shame, family pressure, or the feeling that they’re never doing enough.

You don’t have to choose between honoring where you come from and creating a life that feels like your own. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, challenge the patterns that are no longer serving you, and feel more comfortable taking up space as yourself.

You deserve to feel better. If you've been feeling stressed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that are hard to change, you're not alone, and you don't have to figure it out on your own.
Hi, I'm Michelle, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Mindset Coach with over thirty years of experience. I help people feel more grounded, confident, and in control of their emotions. My goal is to create a space where therapy feels like a real, supportive conversation—one where you can better understand yourself and begin to move forward with clarity.
Many of the people I work with are dealing with anxiety, stress, or emotional patterns that leave them feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Together, we take a closer look at what's happening beneath the surface—not just within you, but within the context of your life, your relationships, and the situations you're navigating every day. We explore how your thoughts, emotions, and stress responses are connected, and we build tools to help you respond in healthier, more empowering ways.
I believe there are two important relationships worth understanding: the relationships you have with other people, and the relationship you have with yourself. A question we'll often explore is, "What happens to you when...?" Whether it's conflict, criticism, disappointment, or uncertainty, understanding how you respond under different circumstances helps you recognize patterns and make choices that better reflect the person you want to be.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and down-to-earth. Together, we'll focus on the parts of your life that are within your influence… strengthening communication, setting healthy boundaries, and making changes that help your relationships feel healthier while allowing you to feel more like yourself.
