Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked for several years in residential treatment, community mental health, and private practice working with teens and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life changes. My approach is down-to-earth and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a real conversation while still doing real work.
Hola! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in the Bay Area, California. I completed my MSW degree at Florida Atlantic University and have been practicing for the past 9 years. I help clients (individuals), mostly members of the LGBTQ+ community, with relationship, gender, and sexual challenges to move towards their empowerment and liberation and embody the power of their queerness in their lives, especially with the intersectionality of BIPOC identities and being a leader.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, to support your unique needs and goals.
Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 25 years of experience helping adults navigate life's challenges. I believe that meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration. Clients often describe me as approachable, easy to talk to, and someone who brings a healthy sense of humor into the therapy process when appropriate. While therapy can address difficult issues, I believe growth can happen in an environment that feels comfortable, supportive, and authentic.
Whether you're struggling with stress, mood concerns, recovery challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I am committed to helping you build on your strengths and develop practical tools to create lasting positive change.
Hi! I'm Dr. Carolynn Gray, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 15+ years of experience in mental health. People who work with me get a lot of clarity about the next steps in their mental health journey, confidence that they are doing what they can to reach their goals, and tools for navigating mental health needs in the complex and ever-changing world we live in.
I am a spiritual, animal-loving practitioner dedicated to healing with integrity, authenticity, kindness, and warmth. Specializing in trauma, my journey began in substance abuse counseling, where I developed a deep understanding of addiction. As someone in recovery myself, I bring empathy and compassion to those navigating their own struggles.
I have worked with clients ages 5 to 76 across diverse settings, including equine therapy, foster care, inpatient and residential treatment, PHP, incarceration settings, VA settings, and services supporting survivors of human trafficking, sexual abuse, and domestic violence. I have also volunteered my time advocating for men and women through the court system.
My approach integrates a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, IPT, inner child work, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, EMDR, and somatic therapies. I believe healing is deeply personal and nonlinear, and I strive to meet each client where they are with compassion, authenticity, and respect for their unique journey
I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, focus on what matters to you, and find practical steps toward your goals. My goal is to create a space for you to share openly without feeling rushed or judged. I’ll offer thoughtful reflections and feedback when helpful, while staying attuned to what you need in the moment.
I’m a warm, relational therapist who helps adults understand the patterns that shape their relationships, self-worth, and emotional well-being. My work focuses on anxiety, attachment, codependency, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build insight, and begin making meaningful changes in how they relate to themselves and others.
Feeling overwhelmed, tired, or stuck—and wondering if anything can really help? You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin finding relief, even when your circumstances feel difficult or unchangeable.
I’m an experienced, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 14 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, and identity with a direct, empowering, and solution-focused approach. I work collaboratively with professionals, young adults, and older teens who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain and are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. Particularly resonant for college age students, women in complex life transitions, and people from underserved communities who are ready for a therapist who will actually engage with them. I provide a non-judgmental space for people to feel understood and supported.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients understand patterns that may be contributing to distress, develop practical tools for navigating challenges, and identify realistic steps toward change.
I take a holistic approach, recognizing that mental health is connected to the whole picture of your life—including relationships, work/school, stressors, hobbies, current coping strategies and daily routines. Rather than trying to change everything at once, we’ll focus on small, meaningful changes that can support greater balance and overall well-being.

¡Hola! I’m Dr. Aglaed Mayorga (ah-GLAH-ed), a licensed psychologist in private practice serving individuals across California. As the proud daughter of Nicaraguan and Mexican immigrants, I was born and raised in Los Angeles in a home where Spanish was the only language spoken. Like many of our families, my parents came to the U.S. seeking new opportunities, navigating cultural shifts that shape us across generations. For over twelve years, I’ve worked in both clinical and forensic settings, supporting people from all walks of life through talk therapy for anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles, especially when family turmoil, abuse, or trauma makes everything else feel heavier. My goal is to offer a welcoming, culturally grounded space to help you understand inherited family patterns and begin uncovering and healing unspoken pain that shows up in your life.
I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in helping individuals navigate profound life challenges, find resilience, and step into a place of true healing. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process pain, discover inner strength, and reclaim your narrative. My therapeutic style is integrative, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I tailor our work to your unique needs and prioritize building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel deeply seen and understood.
Welcome — I’m a client centered therapist dedicated to meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you grow into the strongest version of yourself. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help you understand and reframe distressing thoughts, build emotional regulation skills, and create meaningful change in your daily life.
I also incorporate somatic practices informed by the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM) to support nervous system regulation, reduce anxiety, and promote overall wellness. These body-based tools can help you reconnect with a sense of safety, grounding, and resilience.
Above all, I offer an accepting and affirming space where you can show up as your full, authentic self. Your story matters, and I look forward to understanding it — and supporting you as you move toward healing, clarity, and wellbeing.
Welcome! My name is Lorrie!

I have worked in this field for the past nineteen years and it has given me a compassionate perspective for those struggling to get and stay sober. I am enthusiastic and passionate about helping you find unique and creative solutions to problems. Parents, would you like some peace in your home? Are you tired of the lying and manipulation? Hi! I am a Psychologist (licensed in CA) with over 15 years of experience in working with a variety of clients and presenting problems. I am warm, friendly, and collaborative. My goal is to help you feel safe exploring your concerns and experiences as you seek change and growth. I will give you my best, and be with you through all the ups and downs that you may experience in therapy. I’m a Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) who offers a warm, grounded space to slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and create meaningful change. My style is relational and attachment-informed—meaning we pay attention to patterns that show up in relationships, and how earlier experiences may shape the way you cope, connect, or protect yourself today. I’m also strengths-based and practical: we’ll build on what’s already working while using CBT tools to reduce overwhelm, challenge unhelpful thought loops, and practice skills that support steadier mood, boundaries, and healthier relationships.
The impact my clients often experience is feeling more emotionally stable and confident in themselves, with a clearer understanding of their triggers and patterns. Over time, many people report improved self-compassion, stronger communication, more secure attachment in relationships, and an increased ability to tolerate difficult emotions without shutting down or spiraling. My goal is for you to leave therapy with both deeper insight and real-life tools so you can feel more connected, empowered, and able to live with authenticity and intention.
From a young age, I’ve been drawn to people—their stories, their emotions, and the quiet places where they carry their pain.
After experiencing my own seasons of grief and change, I realized how powerful it can be to have someone walk beside you through it. Becoming a therapist felt less like a decision and more like a calling to offer the support I once needed myself.
Today, I’m honored to hold space for others as they navigate loss, healing, and the search for themselves again.

Parenting can be tough. You wonder if your child will ever grow out of their excessive worries, meltdowns, or tantrums, and you become exhausted and feel guilty for being frustrated with them. The nightly battles with homework and reports from school are wearing you down. The power struggle with your spirited toddler or your strong-willed adolescent may leave you overwhelmed and wondering what you can do differently. Communicating and feeling unified with your partner or caregiver may be difficult or your styles may be different, creating a state of uncertainty or chaos in the home.

Are you dissatisfied with your life? Your relationships? Your work? Are you over-thinking? Are you beating yourself up? Are you struggling to make decisions about how to move forward to build the life you really want? Maybe you even know what you want but you are blocked somehow from moving forward?
Therapy is a wonderful place to explore and overcome what is standing in your way. Whether you have unresolved trauma which created thoughts and behaviors which are no longer helpful to you. Or you’re struggling to connect to others and unable to form and keep supportive and meaningful relationships. Maybe your daily habits, or even addictions, are keeping you from being your best self.
For over 13 years now, I have been supporting folks in their mental health recovery journey by creating a safe space to explore what it would take to have a fulfilling and meaningful life. Much of this journey involves clarifying and aligning with personal core values, improving relationships, and implementing healthier and more enjoyable coping skills and daily routines.
I know the real you is in there, possibly blocked by self-doubt and unhelpful thoughts that could be saying "who do you think you are to ask for more?" You have one precious and fleeting life! Let’s explore together how to make the most of it. I believe in you!
Nice to meet you!

Maybe you’ve done a lot of thinking about yourself or your relationships, but still find yourself falling into the same patterns, or feeling stuck in places you can’t quite explain. Maybe you’re tired of overthinking, second-guessing yourself, or trying to hold everything together on your own. I work with individuals and couples who want to understand themselves more deeply, heal what’s keeping them stuck, and feel more connected to themselves and the people they love.
My approach is warm, relational, and rooted in attachment. I believe therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about getting curious about the patterns you’ve developed, understanding why certain things feel so difficult, and making sense of the experiences that shaped you. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the ways you think, feel, and relate to others, so you can move through your life with more clarity, self-trust, and freedom.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I obtained my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University at Buffalo in 2015. Over the past eight years, I have been providing psychotherapy services to support individuals in their recovery from a wide variety of mental health challenges and trauma. I believe that providing a safe space to heal and grow is an important piece of mental health recovery, and it is something I strive to provide to each of my clients. I would describe myself as a very positive person, calm, an optimist, and creative.
I am looking forward to meeting with you!
