Hi! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California, passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University, where I deepened my understanding of human emotions and relationships. Over the past few years, I’ve been honored to support adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression, guiding them on a journey toward healing in the private practice setting. In my practice, I focus on empowering individuals to become the best versions of themselves. Many of the clients I work with feel weighed down by past traumas or overwhelming stressors. I use a compassionate, evidence-based approach to help them identify and challenge the maladaptive beliefs that keep them stuck. By replacing these beliefs with adaptive ones, my clients are able to rebuild their self-esteem, cultivate self-love, and approach life with a renewed sense of purpose and confidence. I understand that seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. Together, we can work to uncover the root causes of the struggles, develop healthier coping strategies, and implement practical tools that foster long-term well-being. Whether it’s learning to manage anxiety, overcoming depression, or simply finding clarity in a difficult situation, I am here to provide guidance and support every step of the way. My ultimate goal is to help clients transform their lives for the better. Through therapy, clients can gain greater insight into themselves, improve their emotional resilience, and build fulfilling relationships—both with themselves and with others. I am committed to walking alongside my clients on their unique journeys toward healing, growth, and happiness. If you’re ready to take that step, I would be honored to support you in achieving the life you deserve.

My name is Briana Henry, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) offering telehealth services across California. I bring over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, flexible, and rooted in evidence-based care. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to create a personalized experience for each client. These modalities allow me to combine practical skill-building, emotional exploration, and strengths-based problem solving in ways that meet the unique needs of the individual. Sessions may vary—sometimes focused on structured strategies and tools, other times centered on reflection, processing, and validation—depending on what best supports growth in that moment. While I have extensive experience across the lifespan, my primary focus is supporting adults navigating life’s challenges. I frequently work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, caregiver stress, postpartum transitions, or chronic illness. Many arrive in therapy feeling stuck, depleted, or uncertain about their next steps. My role is to provide both tools and a safe, collaborative space where they can regain clarity, resilience, and balance. In addition to my adult work, I also continue to serve children and adolescents when needed. Much of my earlier career was dedicated to supporting youth, and I find it meaningful to walk alongside young people as they navigate emotional, social, and academic challenges. I work with children adjusting to transitions, anxiety, depression, or trauma, as well as teens facing peer difficulties, self-esteem concerns, or identity development. I also actively involve parents and caregivers, offering strategies that strengthen the family system and empower parents to respond with confidence.

Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located just outside of Portland, Oregon. I am licensed in California, Oregon, and Washington. I have been practicing as a therapist for over 18 years and work full time as a manager in a large healthcare organization. I love being able to work with people to identify their goals and strategies to meet those goals, then support them along their journey. Please note: I do not specialize in couples' counseling. I work with individuals, and if appropriate and discussed thoroughly ahead of time, we may invite a significant other into a session as part of the work on your individual goals. If you are looking for therapy for you and your partner together, I highly recommend finding a provider who has training and experience to work with couples to get the most out of your therapy experience.

I utilize a positive theoretical orientation which assumes that all individuals possess an innate desire for well-balanced emotional/mental health. I believe a person enters therapy with a strong wish, whether conscious or unconscious, to overcome obstacles and free themselves from constraints that are holding them back. I find that everyone needs a slightly different approach to accomplish these goals, so I adjust in technique for each specific challenge. I truly enjoy the experience of guiding my clients through this process and consider it a privilege to play such an important role in a person's life. “Crying does not indicate that you are weak. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, and I’ve dedicated my career to helping people navigate life’s most complex and painful experiences. Over the years, I’ve worked in diverse settings—including dually diagnosed clinics, domestic violence shelters, community-based agencies, and private practice. Each has deepened my understanding of the human experience and strengthened my ability to support clients with a wide range of challenges. My clinical experience includes working with relationship issues, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, eating disorders, mood disorders, co-occurring conditions, and other moderate to severe mental health concerns. I approach therapy from a place of warmth, curiosity, and non-judgment. I believe healing begins in spaces where people feel seen, heard, and safe. I was called to this work not only out of a desire to serve others, but from a personal journey of understanding how we make meaning from suffering. In my practice, I aim to help clients reconnect with their inherent worth, step into their “enoughness,” and cultivate deeper, more authentic relationships—with others and with themselves.

**ACCEPTING ADULTS (18+) ONLY** Hi, I'm Yang. And I'm here to help you heal from self-abandonment and emotional dysregulation. Self-abandonment occurs when we struggle to stand up for our needs and live by our authentic values; often, we don't even know what they are. Those who struggle with self-abandonment don't feel like they know who they really are, and what they want, and often feel directionless and ungrounded. We feel small, afraid, anxious, aggressive and dependent on others. Emotional dysregulation occurs when we don't understand our emotions and how to manage them. They control us, instead of the other way around. We behave in ways we wish we didn't, and we build up shame around those behaviors as if they are who we are. We cannot separate our emotions from who we are. These issues often lie at the heart of different mental health struggles, such as depression, anxiety, as well as many relationship challenges. The good news is that resolving these, therefore, can potentially lead to ripple effects of change in your life.

I am a psychologist and offer services via telehealth for individuals. Problems come from a network of experiences. In our work together, we will investigate these problems: where they come from, how they are supported, what they may be telling you, how you learned from these problems, ways they can be negotiated, and times when they are not present. Nothing is wrong with you. You are simply dealing with problems the best way you know how. As we explore the problems, you will find fresh perspectives and build alternative ways of responding that enable you to build better relationships and handle problems with increased flexibility. I am an interactive therapist working with you to develop and experience more confidence, focus, and motivation to meet life’s changing demands. I help people who are doing ok on the outside figure out, and understand, why they might feel so overwhelmed on the inside. You can gain insight and clarity and increase your ability to navigate life transitions, anxiety, fear, depression, and/or traumatic experiences that have impacted your quality of life.
