Hi there, and welcome!
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based just outside of Portland, Oregon, and I’m licensed to work with clients in Oregon, Washington, and California. I have been practicing for over 18 years and also work full time as a manager in a large healthcare organization, where I support teams and programs focused on helping people grow and thrive.
As a therapist, I love helping people get clear on what matters most to them- what they want life to look and feel like, and then walking alongside them as they take steps toward those goals. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, where we’re exploring together what helps you feel more grounded, capable, and connected.
A quick note: My practice focuses on working with individuals. If you’re looking for therapy for you and your partner together, I encourage finding a therapist who specializes in couples work to ensure you get the most out of that experience.
Hello , My name is Tom Hill. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working out of Sacramento California. I am working as a remote therapist with clients throughout the state of California. I attained my masters degree in 2002 and have been licensed as a therapist since 2012. I have worked with individuals, couples and families.
My style of therapy is called cognitive behavioral therapy. Working with the client in understanding the connections between thoughts, feelings and behaviors/choices. I have a passion for sports and coaching. I look forward to working with you.
I am a licensed clinical social worker who have been practicing for over 12 years. My passion is working with adults and guiding them in overcoming trauma and healing wounded child parts. This passion is due to my own healing journey as a child who was touched inappropriately, exposed to domestic violence in a military household where my father abused drugs, physically abused my mother, and later experienced the death of my then 3-year-old son. Through my own healing journey, I learned how to "manage" my symptoms after receiving CBT talk therapy and grief counseling but had never healed from my trauma or knew about a wounded child part until receiving my own EMDR counseling. Since then, I have dedicated my life to supporting others who are on their own healing journeys.
Before healing, I experienced symptoms consisting of low self-esteem, mood instability, not feeling safe, trust issues, and the need to control everything which negatively impacted my relationships with others. The journey was difficult but successful, thanks to EMDR. Thankfully, your journey doesn't have to be difficult. EMDR and Brainspotting are two highly effective modalities in treating trauma by helping to heal wounded parts through the brain's own healing process. If you're tired of feeling that you're always being judged, feeling stuck and unable to move forward because “something” is holding you back, experiencing trust or relationship issues, not feeling as if you're good enough, or if you're waking up sad, angry, irritable, or depressed and not understanding why, you may have a wounded part that's ready to heal. If so, I would be honored for the opportunity to help the wounded part within you to recognize that they're safe, they can trust, and that they're good enough.
Are you looking for a new direction or searching how to live your best life? Life is challenging however there are opportunities to gain new insights and learn new skills in order to enjoy life and all that it has to offer. If you are trying to manage anxiety, depression, stress, work challenges, relationship problems, we will work together to find the solution that works best for you. Counseling offers a safe space to explore, learn new skills, and gain the ability to truly enjoy your life.

I’ve worked in a men’s trauma center as well as in private practice, so I’m very comfortable sitting with the heavier stuff that most guys have learned to keep to themselves. My style is direct, non‑judgmental, and very relational, think real conversation, honest feedback, and a focus on what actually helps you feel and live better, not just “talking about your feelings” for an hour.
My career as a classroom teacher, assistant principal and university professor served me well in my current practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Are you struggling with the ability to practice self-love? Or maybe you are not entirely sure exactly what that is. Perhaps you are tired of feeling bad about yourself, your appearance, guilty for not being "enough" to others, and lacking energy. For some people, feeling like this leads them to try and feel better by eating, overspending money, overexercising, or investing in bad relationships. Often enough, time spent in these ways (and more) can leave someone feeling even more depleted. If you can relate to any of this, you are certainly not alone.
Together we will tackle your discontent stemming from your challenges to understand and practice self-love. You will learn what self-love consists of, understand how to shift any unhelpful thought patterns, build better boundaries, and put into practice what you have learned during weekly sessions and through homework assignments in between sessions to improve your ability to demonstrate that you love being YOU!
I have over 7 years of experience as a licensed therapist working with individuals and couples. I am also a licensed CPA so I integrate a practical and structured approach to therapy where I will validate your concerns while supporting your movement towards solutions.
Thanks for connecting. Allow me to introduce myself.
I have worked with a variety of clients dealing with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, trauma, issues of identity, questioning how to relate to loved ones, and working through issues of faith and connection to God. The common thread is connecting the past to the present and helping you make sense of questions and problems that are likely causing you a lot of distress. I want to help you gain clarity and peace, so you can experience more joy and lightness in your life. You may not even be sure what is causing pain and confusion in your life. My role is to help you put the pieces back together, so you can feel more comfortable and confident.

Hello and welcome to my page! While I'd like to say that I'm here to solve all of your problems, I am not. My role as a therapist is to provide a safe space for you to express your thoughts/feelings, gain insight and bravery so you can create the life you deserve by mitigating the intrusive thoughts and feeling of overwhelmness.
I'm an Oakland native, a Taurus, and a therapist — which means I take the work seriously without taking myself too seriously.
I came to this work the long way. As a children's social worker in LA County, I spent years in the intimate spaces of Black and brown communities — sitting with families in some of their hardest moments and learning, over and over again, that people are not the sum of their impulses, their regretted decisions, or the ways they've learned to cope. We are the result of our communities, our histories, everything we've had to carry — and resist.
My own time in therapy taught me something I couldn't have learned any other way: that being truly seen and accepted by another person creates slow, real transformation. That's the kind of work I want to do.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm usually at a concert, cooking something, tending my balcony garden, or hunting for records. I take my dining experiences seriously — no green grass walls and vibes.
Hello! I’m Danielle. I am from Massachusetts where I completed my undergraduate (Criminal Justice & Psychology) and graduate (social work) studies. During undergrad, I volunteered with a program that help inmates with serious mental health disorder re-enter to the community. I was told the most efficient way to engage in that type of work was to go to a MSW program, so I did. During my graduate program, I heavily explored crisis intervention/assessments. Since then I have worked at a variety of places, including therapy, case management, prisons, and emergency response.
As someone who has been in and out of therapy since I was young, I never wanted to be administering therapy. I thought being a therapist would be boring and I didn’t really understand it. However, as I’ve explored what therapy should be- treating someone using an evidenced-based practice- I enjoy administering mental health treatment, using a scientific approach.
My goal is to help you gain relief from symptoms, maintain or enhance daily functioning, and improve quality of life. Ultimately, I want you to gain a sense of independence and confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges, using the tools and insights you’ve developed in therapy.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Orange County, CA. Through insight and awareness, clients can feel more empowered and find a deeper sense of self.

Hi, I'm Danielle. I work with founders and leaders navigating the emotional challenges of building and leading others: burnout, identity shifts, and the pressure of always being "on." With 14 years in operations, leadership development, and my own founder journey, I understand this terrain personally, not just clinically. My ideal clients are founders and organizational leaders who are high-functioning, self-aware, and carrying more than they let on. What brings them in is usually burnout, anxiety, relationship strain, or the quiet realization that success on paper doesn't mean they're okay. I help them move forward by understanding the patterns underneath the pressure, rebuilding a relationship with rest and identity, and learning to lead from a more honest, sustainable place. There's a reason people say building a business or leading others teaches you more about yourself than therapy ever will. I'd agree. It's one of the most profound and disorienting journeys a person can take. That's exactly why it helps to talk to someone who genuinely gets it.
Who I Work With
-Founders navigating the shift from builder to leader
-Leaders in organizations carrying high-stakes responsibility
-High-achievers who are doing well by every external measure and know something still needs to change
I believe that therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative journey of discovery. Having served in the mental health field for more than 15 years, I focus on identifying your inherent strengths and what truly inspires you. Together, we will turn learned skills into real-world results, empowering you to live your most authentic and vibrant life.
I am a Black therapist dedicated to creating a healing space rooted in safety, authenticity, and respect. I offer a nonjudgmental environment where you can show up as your full self and feel supported in your healing journey. Together, we explore emotions, patterns, and experiences while developing practical solutions that support growth, clarity, and emotional well-being.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, my family's roots in a third-world country have instilled in me a profound appreciation for cultural diversity. I earned my undergraduate degree in Social Work with a minor in Gerontology from Mount St. Mary's University in 2009. I then pursued my Master's in Social Work at California State University, Dominguez Hills, graduating in 2011. Additionally, I hold a Mental Health Certificate.
You don't have to navigate life's hardest moments alone. I'm Emilee, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering telehealth therapy to adults across the Bay Area and California. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, and major life transitions. Including adults who are healing from narcissistic abuse, emotional abuse, and toxic or antagonistic relationships. I have a deep understanding of the lasting impact these experiences can have, including the self-doubt, people-pleasing patterns, and loss of identity that often follow.
With 10 years of clinical experience, I've worked with clients ranging from young children to adults in their 80s, across home, school, outpatient, and hospital-based settings, with individuals, couples, and families. This range gives me a unique ability to understand where you're coming from, whether you're transitioning into early adulthood, navigating relational difficulties, becoming a parent for the first time, caregiving for aging parents, or managing your own aging process.
I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a performance. I show up warm, direct, and collaborative, not just a clinician with a checklist. And I make it my mission that when you leave a session with me, you feel a little more connected.
If you've been thinking about reaching out, I'm glad you're here. Let's figure it out together.
