I believe in empowering individuals and working collaboratively to resolve feelings of anxiety, depression, or a range of troubled interpersonal dynamics. I have been fortunate to have a long career in the field of assisting others, thereby, have created a sense of understanding and empathy, while presenting as authentic. I understand that life is sometimes a bit messy and everyone could potentially use someone to guide them in their return to personal happiness and a sense of stability and peace. Together we can collaborate and find a way to get you back into a balance, addressing the individualized troubles that have been making life challenging.
