Ever feel like your brain won't turn off or that you are constantly worrying about one thing or another? Feel like you are always anxious or have some trauma in your past? Do you wish you could wake up and be excited about your day and it's possibilities As someone who's been there, I am here to support you on your journey to a calmer and happier life. Together, we'll create a safe and understanding space where your unique experiences are valued, and our sessions are customized to fit your needs. Let's work together to help you find relief, strength, and joy in your daily life. Imagine a life where you wake up feeling refreshed and calm, ready to face the day with confidence and clarity. By addressing the root causes of your anxiety or other concerns you can experience a significant reduction in your symptoms, allowing you to enjoy more meaningful relationships, increased productivity, and a renewed sense of peace. Together we can do this. I have experience with helping clients navigate these kinds of struggles and am ready to walk alongside you through this journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you can expect a warm and inviting space where introductions are more than formalities—they're the first threads of our therapeutic relationship. We'll explore your past experiences, understanding the unique tapestry that shapes you. This initial conversation is a canvas where your preferences and goals guide our collaborative journey. Together, we'll set the tone for a therapeutic experience tailored to your needs, ensuring every session feels like a step towards understanding, growth, and positive change. Now remember the old saying "you get out what you put in". This means that in order for us to do this, it has to be a joint effort. The answers are inside of you, we just need to shift some things so the light that is you can shine through.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to provide compassion, non judgement and empathy. I love to find and dust off your strengths that will help you achieve your therapy goals. I have a pretty good sense of humor, love dogs and am able to educate people effectively on how to use tools and information that can be applied in the real world.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In our sessions, we'll work hand-in-hand to navigate challenges, reshape thought patterns, and cultivate positive change. Your unique experience is at the forefront, driving our exploration towards lasting well-being and empowerment. Let's embark on this path together, where your goals and growth take center stage.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Embark on a journey of self-discovery with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as our guiding light. In our sessions, we'll explore the power of acceptance, allowing you to embrace life's challenges with resilience and courage. With commitment as our compass, we'll chart a course towards values-aligned actions, creating a meaningful and authentic life. Let's collaborate on a transformative adventure where acceptance becomes the foundation for positive change.

Strength-Based

With Solution-Focused Therapy we'll celebrate your strengths, uncover possibilities, and co-create practical solutions for positive change. Our focus will be on the present and future, where your goals shape our exploration. Together, we'll turn aspirations into tangible steps, making each session a dynamic and uplifting experience on the path to your desired outcomes. Let's weave solutions into the fabric of your story, crafting a narrative of growth and success.

Trauma Informed Care

Imagine what it feels like to carry a heavy burden – years of carrying the effects of trauma gone in a single ART session. Unbelievable? This is what can happen with your ART-trained therapist and reprogramming distressing images and memories that have been stored in your brain and now, no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions.
