Hello,
My name is Dr. Isaiah X’avier Gonzalez, and I am honored that you have taken the time to learn more about me and my work. I am a Doctor of Social Work, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and an adjunct professor of Behavioral Health at Herzing University. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Social Work, and a Doctorate in Social Work.
I specialize in trauma and Autism Spectrum Disorder, and I am experienced in addressing a range of mental health concerns, including grief, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and suicidal ideation. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices that are tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
I am best suited for ages between birth and 30 years of age. I do not see clients over the age of 30, as they are a demographic outside my specialty.
I have had the privilege of working extensively with:
Children on the Autism Spectrum
The birth-to-five population
Youth in the child welfare system
Children and adolescents experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges
Young adults, ages 18-30 years old, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and challenges in transitioning to adulthood.
Giving back to the community that shaped me has always been at the heart of my work. I take pride in building authentic, trusting relationships with my clients and value open communication. I actively invite feedback to ensure our work together is effective—if something isn’t working, it’s my responsibility to adapt and find an approach that does.
My mission is simple: to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward healing, resilience, and a better quality of life.
I’m Octavia Gallon, a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. My goal is to help you build confidence, improve emotional balance, and create meaningful changes that lead to a more fulfilling life.
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Montana. I currently works independently in my own practice with severe addictions, intimacy disorders, and complex trauma-based cases. I work with those who are impacted by compulsive behaviors, intimacy disorders, and betrayed spouses, as well as general mental health struggles such as anger, anxiety, and depression. Trained in several trauma rehabilitation techniques such as Somatic Experiencing (SE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) in Polyvagal Theory, and Dielectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I am a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and Meadows Post Induction Therapy (PIT) trained therapist. I am a Masters-level clinician from Capella University with a minor in addiction and substance use disorders.
I’m a licensed therapist who supports adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices including ACT, CBT, and mindfulness. I help clients develop a healthier relationship with their thoughts and emotions while building practical skills for lasting change. With a background in trauma-focused work, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I provide a safe and supportive space for processing difficult experiences. I also bring a culturally responsive lens, shaped by my multicultural background and experience working with diverse communities, including refugees and asylum seekers. My style is warm, helpful, relaxing and human. I respect YOU as the expert in your life experiences.
I believe that each one of us has the answers to our problems inside of us. However, sometimes we need someone on our journey to help us unlock those answers by asking the right questions---things you may not have considered, presenting proven strategies, and psychoeducation. Although, you will make strides with the energy and effort you give, the number one predictor that one will improve is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. I hope to provide a place of warmth, compassion, and acceptance in which you feel empowered and free to approach any concerns. I am here to help you along on your journey.
I am a licensed mental health counselor in Arizona, Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Utah. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with an Educational Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling. I also earned a Master's of Art from Roosevelt University. I have experience working with youth and their families as well as adults. The theoretical framework that I usually draw from is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I also apply Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing Techniques as needed. I address trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, interpersonal skills, self-esteem, anger, problem-solving, and decision-making. In conjunction with therapy, I believe that exercise, proper nutrition, and good sleep hygiene are an integral part of overcoming mental health concerns.
Change, even positive change can be challenging and uncomfortable. I hope to provide the necessary support as a champion of change.
I am a queer, non-binary clinician with ADHD, and I am passionate about helping people to live their most authentic and meaningful lives. I take a radical feminist and anti-capitalist approach to therapy, exploring the impact that oppression and discrimination has on one's mental health and well-being. I believe each client is the expert of their own lives, and I work in collaboration with my clients to find the treatment approach that works best for them.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and ongoing life stress. I believe therapy should feel steady and purposeful — a place where you can speak honestly about what’s heavy while also making meaningful progress.
My style is calm, grounded, and direct. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we explore both where those patterns began and how they’re affecting your relationships, work, and sense of self today.
I integrate EMDR, CBT, and ACT to address the root of distress while also building practical skills for emotional regulation and clearer decision-making. I value depth, but I also value structure — therapy should not feel aimless.
I tend to work well with people who hold a lot together for others yet quietly carry internal stress, self-doubt, or unresolved experiences. I believe you don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. When someone is ready to look beneath the surface, not just manage symptoms but understand and shift what’s underneath, that’s where meaningful change begins.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is currently licensed in Arizona, Tennessee and South Dakota. I have worked with a variety of men, women, and adolescents over the last ten years. My intent is to always meet people exactly where they are at and help them overcome the challenges that life has given them. I truly believe that every person who I work with has a unique set of strengths, and by using those strengths the person has the ability within themselves to persevere.
Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Arizona. I've been practicing mental health therapy for six years, starting out in court ordered treatment and SMI. I help adults struggling with communication, emotion regulation, anxiety and grief. I'm a lover of dogs, nature, yoga, comedy and live music. I believe in the healing effects of nature, laughter and furry companionship. I look forward to working with you!
I am a dedicated mental health professional with a Doctorate in Behavioral Health, a Master of Social Work, and over seven years of experience supporting individuals on their journey to healing and resilience. As a combat Air Force Veteran, I understand firsthand the challenges many face, and I am honored to support both veterans and civilians in navigating life’s complexities.
My therapeutic approach is compassionate, integrative, and holistic, combining evidence-based techniques with practices like meditation and Yoga Nidra to promote emotional well-being. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their unique experiences and strengths.
Whether you're seeking support for stress, trauma, or personal growth, I am here to help you build resilience and find balance. Together, we can work toward healing and inner peace.
My name is Elizabeth and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the states of Texas and Arizona. I am also a certified school counselor and transitioned to full-time mental health counseling after working as a high school counselor. I have been working as a counselor for 10 years, primarily in the school setting. I helped my students with issues such as family problems, academic struggles, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, grief, and suicidal ideation. Before working as a counselor, I was an elementary teacher for 6 years. I have experience working with adults and adolescents. I love seeing my clients understand themselves better and improve their mental health. I feel comfortable counseling people from a variety of backgrounds, especially those whose backgrounds are different than my own. My entire professional career has been spent with a primarily Hispanic population, but I am comfortable with other cultures, as well. I am a big fan of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solutions-focused therapy, but I try to cater my counseling to each client, so I often incorporate different counseling philosophies as needed. I believe my clients are the experts on their own lives and I want to work with them to improve their contentment, coping skills, and mental health. I believe it is important and beneficial to have a nonjudgmental, unbiased person to talk to. This is one of the best parts of counseling. I often use humor to lighten the mood when counseling. I find this helps grow my relationships with my clients. Congratulations on making the first step towards getting help. I would love to work with you.
You don't have to keep carrying this alone. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, or a life that feels overwhelming: relief is possible, and you deserve support that truly fits who you are.
I'm Matt Tapia, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in Arizona and California. My background is genuinely unique: I'm one of the few therapists who holds both a clinical therapy license and a behavioral science certification. That combination means I bring two powerful perspectives into every session: the emotional depth of relationship-centered therapy and the practical, evidence-based tools of behavioral science. We won't just talk about how you feel. We'll understand why you do what you do, and build a real plan to change it.
I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, and my practice is proudly neurodivergent-affirming. You belong here.
One of my goals as a therapist is to create a meaningful connection and a comfortable, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Whether you’re considering making an important change or simply need space to reflect, I believe therapy should feel like a partnership, one built on trust, respect, and genuine understanding.
I am a licensed therapist and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with over 11 years of experience helping clients navigate life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and challenges with motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. My work is grounded in person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches, drawing on the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing when supported with empathy and practical tools.
I specialize in supporting caregivers, disabled individuals, and people adjusting to new life circumstances, but I also work with anyone seeking greater balance and fulfillment. In our sessions, you’ll find a space where your story is valued and your goals guide the process. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you whether that’s improving relationships, setting boundaries, rebuilding confidence, or redefining purpose after change.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and empowering. I strive to help each client move toward a stronger sense of self-trust and resilience, so they can live more authentically and intentionally.
Are you ready to be happy, content and in love with yourself? I am here to help you achieve your goals as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have a bachelors degree in Kinesiology, of which is the study of human movement (sports medicine) from the University of Washington. My additional credentials include the following: certified clinical supervisor, minority mental health specialist, and certified grief recovery counselor. I’m passionate about providing quality mental health care to my clients. My approach to treatment is typically eclectic, I do not have a specific methodology because I feel clients are multifaceted and several modalities may be required. My key component is trust, after establishing trust in the therapeutic relationship, challenging ineffective beliefs and behaviors evolve organically.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with adults to overcome problems with mental, emotional, substance abuse, spiritual, and or relationship conflicts. I gained my therapy skills via work in an Inpatient, Residential, and Intensive Outpatient facility focused on helping individuals with severe psychiatric and chemical dependency issues. I am the owner/operator of His Strength Counseling, serving individuals seeking faith-based counseling. I am a certified therapist specializing in Trauma and Personality Disorders. My 5 years serving in the United States Army helped me become more disciplined and culturally competent, with the ability to participate in multi-disciplinary settings.
Hi there! I'm Abbey.
I specialize in working with women navigating complex PTSD and attachment-related trauma, often showing up as anxiety, low self-esteem, or painful relationship patterns. I work with individuals who are insightful and self-aware, yet still feel stuck in familiar emotional or relational cycles.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and depth-oriented. I integrate EMDR, somatic approaches, and parts work to support deeper healing beyond insight alone. While insight is powerful, lasting change comes from working with the emotional and relational patterns shaped by trauma.
Over time, this work can help you feel more secure in yourself and steadier in your relationships. If you're ready to move out of anxiety and reactivity and into something that feels more stable and grounded, I'd love to work with you.
I have been a therapist for over 30 years, working with children and adults in various capacities. I have found that therapy is individualized and my process is integrated based on your needs. My goal is to first help you identify what works and what doesn't work in your life, then identify the skills to use when negative thoughts arise.

Since 2012, I have worked with a variety of clients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives. Life can be complicated and having someone in your corner can ease fears and worries while allowing for growth and healing. My passion as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor is working with individuals and couples who have experienced trauma and difficult times. As a wife, mom, grandmother, and dog mom, I also enjoy assisting family and friends in reaching their goals. I will be here to encourage you, support you and validate you.
I know making the decision to come to therapy can be difficult, scary and leave you feeling vulnerable but taking that first step is the key to unlocking the door towards becoming your best self. You are the true expert of yourself and often just need additional encouragement to identify and explore areas that are no longer working.
Vulnerability, shame, and guilt can prevent you from seeking the help and support you need to find solace in your head, heart and life. I am a daughter of Veteran and wife of a fire fighter. I know personally the stigmas and stressors that come along with seeking treatment. I have a deep understanding and love of the firefighting, EMT, and paramedic communities. Break those chains that keep you from seeking, happiness, forgiveness, healing, and serenity. One of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. Having a good grasp of the very real issues with which first responders must face and handle on a daily basis I will help you navigate the issues and memories that haunt you and find real, lasting solutions for long term healing.
I promise I won't bite, but I am a loud Bostonian haha! Allow me to walk and guide you on your path to uncovering and rediscovering who you are and what you already know but struggling to see.

I am a dedicated mental health professional with a Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University. My clinical work focuses primarily on supporting individuals impacted by trauma, helping them navigate the lasting effects it can have on thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I utilize an integrative approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide both practical coping strategies and deeper emotional understanding.
I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and build resilience. My goal is to help individuals develop effective tools for managing distress, while also fostering insight and long-term healing.
Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. I provide general mental health counseling for teens (13+) and adults with a specialization in treating Substance Use Disorders (SUDs). While you don't need to have a substance use issue to see me, I do have personal experience navigating those challenges. While my approach to treatment is eclectic based on individual needs, I generally employ interventions from CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing.
I received my BA in Literature from the State University of New York in 1995 and my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Phoenix in 2021.
You might feel like you’re doing everything you’re supposed to—but still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what’s next. Many of my clients are used to being the “strong one” for others, and have a hard time slowing down or talking about what they’re going through. In our work together, we’ll look at what’s beneath the surface and help you gain clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of direction. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in CBT, while also helping you understand deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Clients often tell me they feel more like themselves again within the first few weeks of therapy.
As a therapist dually licensed in counseling and substance use treatment, I believe every person carries unique strengths, stories, and untapped potential. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, EMDR, DBT, IFS, ACT, Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and practical life-skills development. I’m passionate about helping clients understand how early experiences and relationships shape the way they see themselves, navigate challenges, and connect with others—and I’m continually inspired by the powerful ways therapy, supported by neuroscience, can help the brain and body heal.
Outside the therapy room, I find joy in traveling, lifelong learning, reading, and cherishing time with my friends and family. I’m also deeply connected to the mind–body relationship and believe that true healing honors both. And on any given day, you’ll likely hear me mention my love of animals—especially my beloved corgis—who remind me daily of the importance of presence, curiosity, and play.
I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist who believes that feeling safe, understood, and genuinely supported is the foundation for meaningful change. With nearly 15 years of experience across schools, hospitals, crisis settings, and community-based care, I’ve had the privilege of working with people at many different stages of life—from teens navigating overwhelming emotions to adults facing complex life challenges.
My background as both a counselor and school social worker has given me a deep understanding of how early experiences, family dynamics, and life transitions shape who we are. I’ve supported students and families through anxiety, emotional struggles, and difficult situations, and I carry that same patience, empathy, and advocacy into my work with all clients.
I’ve also worked in high-intensity environments—including crisis settings, alongside law enforcement, in hospitals, and with veterans, survivors of trauma and domestic violence, and individuals in eating disorder treatment. Because of this, I’m comfortable supporting clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
In our work together, I focus on creating a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. I balance practical tools and coping strategies with deeper exploration, helping you not only manage what you’re going through, but also understand it. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you—whether you’re looking for structure, insight, or simply a place to feel heard.
Reaching out for therapy can be hard, but you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more in control of your life.
Welcome! I'm Susan Schneider, a "seasoned" professional (which for me means that I have experienced a rich, full and savory life), I believe that I can truly walk with you down many paths and challenges! Life can change in an instant — an injury, a diagnosis, or loss — leaving your world unrecognizable and overwhelming yet even here, steadiness is still possible. Whether you're the one directly going through it, or love someone who is, you are thrust into a world you never expected to be in and carrying a weight you did not ask for. Hi! I’m Renee. I’m a clinically licensed social worker, but more importantly, I’m someone who believes that no matter how stuck or heavy things feel right now, you already possess the inner tools to heal. My path to this work was driven by a deep value for human resilience; I’ve always been drawn to the stories we tell ourselves and how, with the right support, we can rewrite them.
In our sessions, you won't feel like a case file or a list of symptoms. Clients often tell me after our first meeting that they finally felt heard—not just listened to. I aim to create a space that feels like a deep breath: safe, non-judgmental, and focused entirely on you. While I use trauma-informed and cognitive-based tools, I don't just "apply" them to you. Instead, we work together to uncover your existing strengths and use them as the foundation for your recovery.
I view the healing process as a collaborative journey of empowerment. It isn’t about "fixing" what’s broken, but about reclaiming the parts of yourself that may have been lost to life’s challenges. My approach is warm and direct; I’m here to be your guide and your loudest cheerleader as you transform. Outside of the therapy room, I carry these same values of authenticity and connection into my own life, believing that we are all constantly growing. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you discover just how capable of healing you truly are.

Hello! Congratulations on taking this step toward living a happier and more meaningful life! It takes courage! I received a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 1999 at Auburn University in Alabama and have been providing care since then. I've worked as a full-time clinician, mentored and provided clinical supervision to new professionals and also oversaw a community behavioral health center for more than a decade as the clinical director. Most recently, I provided military and family life counseling at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson before opening a full-time private practice.
An important goal of mine is to help you feel comfortable and confident that counseling is a safe place. I operate from a position of compassion and empathy. Together we will work through the issues you're struggling with. I do not take the stance that I'm the expert on your life but instead will guide you through the change process at your own pace and readiness.
My passion for therapy is rooted in a deep desire to connect with others. Growing up in a family rich in cultural diversity, I have had the privilege of hearing stories from relatives of various backgrounds, which sparked my curiosity and appreciation for different perspectives. This experience has inspired me to continually learn about others—their thoughts, motivations, and unique journeys. I believe my purpose is to support clients as they strive to reach their fullest potential. For me, being a therapist means walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate challenges and embrace growth. I welcome you with presence and compassion. As an integrative, holistic psychotherapist and Reiki Master Practitioner, my approach to healing is grounded in both evidence-based practice and mindful awareness. I honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit as we work together to release emotional pain, strengthen inner resilience, and cultivate balance and purpose.
I support adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship patterns, or periods of spiritual awakening and transformation. Many of my clients are sensitive, self-aware individuals who sense that true healing goes beyond talk therapy — it involves coming home to oneself.
In our sessions, I offer a grounded, safe space where you can explore your story, develop new tools for growth, and cultivate self-compassion. Healing is not about fixing what’s broken — it’s about remembering your wholeness. Together, we’ll work to help you feel more empowered, present, and connected to the life you want to create.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a doctorate in behavioral health (DBH), providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families who are ready to create meaningful and lasting change. My work is grounded in an integrated, trauma-informed approach that combines evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of how emotional, relational, and behavioral patterns develop over time.
I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, and complex relationship dynamics. I also work extensively with couples who feel disconnected, stuck in recurring conflict, or are working to rebuild trust after difficult experiences. For clients who value faith as part of their journey, I offer Christian counseling in a way that is respectful, client-led, and clinically grounded.
