As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. My greatest strength as a therapist is offering short term, effective therapy. My approach is compassionate, empathetic and direct. I create a space where clients feel genuinely understood while learning to see themselves more clearly. I believe therapy should be both healing and practical, so I focus on helping clients reach meaningful growth within 30- to 60- day goals. Together we work on building awareness, improving communication, and creating calm in the places that used to feel overwhelming.
I am passionate about helping people untangle what's holding them back and finally feel safe being themselves. My work focuses on healing from negative self perception, dissociation, phobias, and the impact of controlling relationships. I offer a compassionate, down to earth space where you can build awareness, self trust, and emotional freedom. Together will move toward real healing and self discovery, one step at a time.
I specialize in effective short-term therapy using Solution Focused Brief Treatment. This approach helps you recognize what's already working in build from there. Together, we focus on practical steps and small shifts that create steady progress and confidence.
I use a compassion focused approach that helps retrain the mind to soften harsh self criticism and strength and patience, confidence, and calm. Compassion focus therapy (CFT) helps you respond to yourself with understanding instead of judgment, so your thoughts begin to work for you not against you. My goal is to help you feel more confident, free, and at peace within your own story.
In my experience acceptance and commitment therapy ACT is an effective and modern approach that will help you make peace with your thoughts and reconnect with what matters most. It's especially helpful for healing from trauma, anxiety, or painful past experiences. Together will focus on building calm, confidence, and freedom to move forward in a way that feels real and lasting..
