As a trauma trained therapist, I approach issues from a mind, body, spirit perspective. This method of therapy allows for a flexible, client centered, strength based approach. The client is open to exploring issues met with safety and validation. There is hope and healing on the other side of trauma. Together we will look at the roots, responses and thoughts that are interwoven in your process and work to achieve your therpay goals. In addition, I offer Christian counseling when requested. The therapist, client relatioship is center to my counseling methods. Most individuals seeking therapy find a relational approach can provide a safety that is needed to unpack distressful emotions.

I’m not a “just sit there and nod” kind of therapist. I show up as real, engaged, and honest, because therapy should feel like a conversation that actually goes somewhere. I’ll support you, but I’ll also challenge you when you’re stuck in patterns that aren’t serving you. You don’t have to have the right words or a clear starting point, just showing up is enough. From there, we’ll figure it out together in a way that feels genuine and useful.
