New to Grow
I specialize in trauma, anxiety disorders, ADHD, autism, and developmental differences, helping people process painful experiences, regulate overwhelming emotions, and shift patterns that keep them feeling stuck. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative—combining practical tools, honest conversations, and a little humor along the way. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve been carrying a lot on your own. I offer an inviting, non-judgmental space while also being real and direct when it’s helpful. You deserve support and real tools for change. If you’re considering therapy, I’d be glad to connect and see if we might be a good fit.
In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable and heard. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change, and begin exploring your goals. I focus on creating a relaxed, supportive space where you can be yourself—no pressure, no judgment. It’s also a chance for us to see if we feel like a good fit working together.
I bring a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach to therapy while balancing insight with practical tools for change. I value creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and challenged in ways that foster healing, self-awareness, and lasting growth.
I work best with clients who are motivated to grow, open to self-exploration, and ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. Many of the individuals I support are navigating the impact of past experiences, trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or patterns that leave them feeling stuck or disconnected. I enjoy working with clients who are curious about themselves and willing to engage in the therapeutic process, even when it feels challenging. Whether someone is seeking to heal from difficult experiences, improve relationships, build healthier coping skills, or better understand their emotions and behaviors, I strive to create a supportive and collaborative space for growth. My approach is compassionate, direct, and trauma-informed, helping clients develop insight, resilience, and practical tools that support lasting change and emotional well-being.
