Hi, I'm Caroline Petty, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) clinician, and founder of Angaza Therapy & Consulting Services.
I specialize in supporting women navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, motherhood, caregiving responsibilities, identity changes, and major life transitions. Many of my clients appear to be functioning well on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, burnout, grief, or the emotional weight of caring for everyone else.
I work with caregivers of children with special needs, helping professionals experiencing burnout, and I also specialize in supporting immigrants, first-generation adults, and women navigating bicultural or diaspora experiences.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and collaborative. I believe healing happens when people have a safe space to explore their experiences without judgment while also learning effective tools to create meaningful change. Together, we will work to understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and reconnect you with the parts of yourself that may have been overshadowed by stress, caregiving, or life circumstances.
My goal is to help clients move from surviving to living with greater confidence, clarity, self-compassion, and purpose.
I'm a board-licensed therapist with extensive experience working with teens and adults. I believe that therapy is characterized by safety, trust, respect, and an emphasis on education and self-discovery. I have had the pleasure of conducting therapy with people of various ages and backgrounds. I have served in various clinical settings (e.g., inpatient psychiatric, outpatient counseling, addictions, etc.). My specializations include working with those who have experienced life-altering anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, substance use, and chronic stress.
I am a clinical social worker with a decade of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults through life's most pressing challenges. Before transitioning into clinical practice, I worked within organizations helping employees navigate workplace stress and the broader life issues that often accompany it. My own life transition during that time deepened my appreciation for the courage it takes to seek support, and I now draw on those transferable skills alongside my academic and work experiences as a master's in social work and doctorate in organizational behavior professional. I bring a compassionate, integrative, and culturally responsive approach that meets each client where they are, helping you build meaningful coping skills, deepen self-understanding, and move toward sustainable change.
As a trauma-informed counselor with 28 years of experience in education, (which includes my serving the past 15 years as a school counselor), I understand the impact adverse childhood experiences have on students' academic achievement and relationships with others. Using compassion and understanding, I love helping clients to navigate the challenges they encounter. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Trust Based Relationship Interventions can help us develop goals and strategies for better managing ADHD, anxiety, depression, or family changes that may impact their self regulation, academic achievement, and relationships with others.
Supporting children, teens, adults and grandparents who are raising grandchildren, is a privilege. My approach blends clinical expertise with a biblical perspective. I try to bring both my professional and personal understanding, from my experiences as a mother, grandmother, and former school counselor as I listen to and work with clients in a safe space.
My goal is to build trust and connection with each client. I would love to help you identify your counseling goals. Please call and leave a message. I will return your call as soon as possible. I am passionate about creating a space where my clients don't just survive hard things -but grow through them while feeling seen, safe and supported.

Hi there! I’m Tabitha Simpson, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel like a safe and supportive conversation. I’ve worked in a variety of mental health settings and enjoy using an integrated care approach that looks at the whole person—mind, body, and environment.
I’m especially passionate about maternal mental health, particularly in rural areas where support can be hard to find. My goal is to help women navigate the ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum life, and all the transitions that come with motherhood.
I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all ages, from providing play therapy for children to supporting adults through life’s challenges. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative—I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and empowered every step of the way.
I'm Cherysh Caldwell, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Georgia and Alabama. I work with adults who are capable, accomplished, and quietly carrying more than the people around them realize — navigating burnout, anxiety, life transitions, and the particular weight that comes from living and leading in systems that demand a great deal and don't always give much back.
My path to this work is not a straight line. Before clinical practice, I spent years working at the intersection of people and systems — as an educator, a nonprofit executive, a public administrator, and a local government leader. That background shapes everything about how I work. I don't just see the person in front of me. I see the environments, relationships, and pressures that shaped them.
I bring that same depth to therapy — creating a space that is honest, affirming, and grounded in the belief that sustainable wellbeing has to be intentionally designed. If you are ready to stop managing and start building something different, I'd be glad to work with you.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in North Carolina, Ohio, and Alabama. I earned my Master of Social Work degree through the Joint Program at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and North Carolina A&T State University and have spent the past 15 years working in a variety of mental health settings.
As a biracial and bicultural woman of White and Native American heritage and an enrolled member of the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina, I understand the importance of culture, identity, belonging, and lived experience in the healing process.
I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, family conflict, grief, loss, and caregiver burnout. I also have extensive experience working with trauma survivors, including individuals recovering from unhealthy relationships, emotional abuse, religious trauma and domestic violence. While I enjoy working with adults from all backgrounds, I am especially passionate about supporting women as they build confidence, strengthen boundaries, heal from past experiences, and reconnect with their sense of self.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your authentic self without fear of judgment. I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Many clients tell me they appreciate my conversational, down-to-earth style. While therapy can involve discussing difficult topics, I also believe healing can include moments of humor, self-discovery, and recognizing your strengths along the way. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, processing trauma, navigating a major life transition, or working to create healthier relationships, you do not have to face it alone.
I am committed to providing affirming care for individuals who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, bicultural/biracial, neurodivergent, ability-diverse, and those from underrepresented communities.

Sometimes people experience emotional problems (e.g., anxiety, depression), behavioral problems (e.g., overeating, smoking), or relationship problems (e.g., excessive arguing, poor communication) that interfere with their daily functioning. These difficulties result from the interaction of biological, learning, behavioral, and environmental factors, which influence patterns of thinking and behaving. Negative life events can contribute to the development of self-defeating patterns of thinking and behaving, which some people can have difficulty changing. In my work, which I have been practicing for 42 years, I help people identify these self-defeating patterns and develop strategies for dealing with them. I emphasize the importance of practicing these strategies consistently, with the goal of handling emotions more effectively and behaving in more responsible and healthy ways. I focus on life pattern changes with respect to relationships, depression, anxiety, anger control, impulse control, and stress management.
I am a clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience in the role as a licensed therapist. I offer client-centered care that will help to improve your overall well-being. My hope is that our sessions will be uplifting as we explore the unique issues and challenges you have experienced. You will gain insight about how to prevent, reduce, or eliminate symptoms that stem from domestic violence; child abuse; trauma; sexual assault; depression; grief; anxiety; mood disorders; addiction etc.
Hey! I am Renata. If you are here, you are probably contemplating change. My favorite quote is "tradition is the enemy of progress." There will not be sustained change without addressing potential problems in the way we have traditionally approached our circumstances. If you are open to stepping outside of traditional patterns, you may be ready for a journey of change.

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. If you’re caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another loved one over the age of 18, you don’t have to carry that stress alone.
My name is Clint, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Alabama. I specialize in supporting caregivers of older adults and individuals with disabilities over the age of 18 who may be struggling with burnout, anxiety, guilt, stress, or feeling emotionally drained.
As a former primary caregiver for my father, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges caregiving can bring. Balancing medical appointments, family responsibilities, work demands, and the emotional weight of supporting a loved one can leave little time to care for yourself. Since 2011, I’ve worked alongside caregivers and families to help reduce burnout, build healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and create more balance in daily life.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and supportive therapy to help clients manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own well-being.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been weighing on you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure or expectations.
If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to work alongside you.
