What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
In our first meeting, we will have initial introductions and then talk more about the challenges or difficulties that you are facing. Learning more about what you are experiencing will help me develop a plan that we will inform our next sessions together.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
Each client is unique, and it is important to determine what treatment methods and tools will work best for you! I use a variety of treatments and tools in my practice including strengths based, narrative, problem solving, solution focused, and client centered. Theories that inform my practice are behavioral, motivational and psychosocial.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My biggest strength as a clinician is my ability to actively and reflectively listen, to truly ‘hear’ what you are saying. I place a high importance on ensuring that you feel that our work together is focused on you and your growth.
