I am also a wife, a mother and a Christian woman. I am compassionate, understanding and empathetic. In our first session together, here's what you can expect

A first therapy session, often called an "intake session," is primarily focused on getting to know you and your concerns, establishing a comfortable rapport with, and discussing your expectations for therapy while also covering important details like confidentiality and informed consent.

I am warm, compassionate, and empathetic. I am deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive space. I am highly attuned to a person's emotional needs and I use a range of techniques and approaches to help them develop greater self-awareness and self-acceptance.

Adults (25-65), Young adults (18-24), Adolescents (13-17) I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, families, and individuals across various age groups, addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues.
