Hi I am Suzanne Tyghter , an LCSW in Ct. I have been practicing for 15 years. I am able to help people struggling with mental health issues such as depression and anxiety , learn how to better manage these symptoms and feel better about themselves and others. I look forward to working with you as you develop new skills to manage life struggles more effectively.
Our first session will include introductions and then examining issues you are experiencing, how we might begin to address these issues and establishing goals of treatment.
