I’m passionate about helping women and highly sensitive individuals overcome anxiety to show up as their most confident and authentic selves. Whether you're struggling with relationship challenges, low self-worth, or processing trauma, I'm committed to supporting my clients on their journey to health, healing and happiness. My goal as a therapist is to make my clients feel seen, heard and understood so they can connect more deeply to their truth, find peace, and create the life they want.
As a therapist, I take a holistic approach that considers the entire individual - mind, body, and spirit. I use a blend of many different modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. I navigate my work through a trauma-informed lens and provide strategies, skills, and psychoeducation to support clients on their healing journey. Attachment theory and Carl Jung's work have been pivotal in my own journey, and I use both of their frameworks to help guide my work.
