Hi there! I'm Abbey. Do you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders? Maybe it feels like everything falls on you, or you need to have everything figured out. Or maybe you have no idea what you want, but you just know something is missing. That pressure alone can feel debilitating. If you're overwhelmed with responsibility, at a crossroads in your life, or you feel ready for a change (even if you don't know what that is), then I'm here to tell you that you're exactly where you're supposed to be. I’m passionate about helping women and highly sensitive individuals overcome anxiety to show up as their most confident and authentic selves. Whether you're struggling with relationship challenges, low self-worth, or processing trauma, I'm committed to supporting my clients on their journey to health, healing and happiness. My goal as a therapist is to make my clients feel seen, heard and understood so they can connect more deeply to their truth, find peace, and create the life they want.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

They say our quality of life can be measured by the quality of our relationships, and I believe that to be true. I'm passionate about helping my clients navigate relationship challenges to create a life that feels fulfilling, joyful, and secure. In addition to building healthy relationships, I love helping women connect with their authentic selves to attract the relationships, careers, and opportunities that they truly want.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

Our current realty is impacted and informed by past experiences. By exploring our childhood experiences and connecting with to the inner child, profound insight and healing can occur. This can drastically impact the way we feel about ourselves and how we connect to people closest to us.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a technique used to treat trauma and other mental health conditions. This is something we can incorporate in session exclusively, or in tandem with talk therapy.
