My first therapy session with Barbara was exceptional. She created a safe, welcoming space where I felt comfortable being open and honest. Her ability to listen with intention and respond with genuine empathy made me feel truly understood. What I appreciated most was her ability to offer practical, manageable solutions—focused not just on progress, but on showing real impact and effort. I left the session feeling supported, empowered, and hopeful. An outstanding start to the journey.

Barbara was actually very easy for me to talk to. I still struggle with certain things, but she made me feel like I could open up to her, and she didn’t judge me at all. It’s scary for me to talk to people, but I really like talking to her.
