I am a graduate of Fordham University and I have been in practice for over 15 years. My goal is to help my clients enhance their quality of life and make positive changes that will improve their overall wellbeing. I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients find better ways of managing and coping with their emotions and struggles.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

After scheduling your first session, you will receive some initial paperwork and forms to complete prior to our meeting. At your first visit, I would like to learn more about you. We will discuss your goals for treatment and how we will go about meeting those goals. Future sessions will be less formal, and we can continue to get to know one another as we work on meeting your goals. Since each person has different issues and goals for therapy, therapy will be different depending on the individual. I tailor my therapeutic approach to your specific needs. Everyone’s circumstances are unique to them and the length of time therapy can take to allow you to accomplish your goals depends on you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is helping people find hope. I want my clients to know that by working together we can make changes that can make them feel understood and in control of their lives.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I specialize in working with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues. In addition, I have a specialization working with people currently struggling with health issues, grief, significant life changes, and caregiving.
