In the midst of challenges, you are taking the right steps in finding your way to prioritizing your well being. I am a fellow traveler on a healing journey. I started out as a young adult believing I had something to share with the world. As I began to learn about psychology and counseling, I came to realize that I had multiple issues I needed to heal from myself. I share this because I want my clients to know that while our paths may be different, everyone has to start at the beginning, everyone has something to learn, and everyone has wisdom to share. Therefore, counseling should be a collaborative process that is fueled by curiosity, compassion, openness, and willingness to learn, grow, and change. I like to think I am an effective therapist because I have willingly (and sometimes reluctantly) engaged in the process myself. I can say with confidence that therapy works, that practicing skills can change your life, that your inner child can heal, and you don't hav to be a victim of spiraling thoughts and out of control emotions or disappointing relationships. Not every tool is right for every person or problem, so I continually educate myself and hone my skills in several modalities (e.g., EMDR, IFS, Guided Meditation, NLP) so I can give you the best possible outcomes for the most common issues (e.g., Anxiety, Depression, BPD, C-PTSD) that I treat.

I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and family or relationship difficulties. Many clients seek treatment because they feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to manage the challenges they’re facing. My approach is structured and evidence‑based. I focus on helping you understand the factors contributing to your symptoms and developing clear, practical strategies for change. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness‑based interventions to support emotional regulation, improve coping skills, and build healthier behavioral patterns. Accountability is an important part of the work we do together. I will support you, but I will also provide direct feedback and encourage consistent follow‑through on the changes you identify as important. Progress requires active participation, and I work best with clients who are ready to take responsibility for implementing new skills and strategies between sessions. My Style is: Straightforward – Honest and clear, but always respectful. Practical – Tools that work in everyday life, not just theory. Explorative – Space to reflect deeply in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Encouraging – Support that helps you feel capable, validated, and motivated to change. Accountability-focused – Growth comes from owning your choices and committing to real change. This works well if you are willing to: • Look at your own patterns and find areas for growth and change • Practice new skills between our sessions and create a plan for change • Stay open to feedback, exploration, and trying approaches that fit your unique needs

I am an LPC with a PhD in psychology from Walden University. I have been counseling for almost 20 years. Before that, I was a teacher working with students with emotional concerns and their families. I know that it can be very difficult to take the first step to seek counseling. My intent the moment you “walk through the door” is for you to feel safe, cared for, listened to, and above all, understood. I am not here to judge or condemn. We all have our stuff. Life gets messy. Life can be complicated. I grew up in a Christian family riddled with dysfunction; alcoholism, addiction, anxiety, chronic pain, depression, suicidal ideation, and chronic medical issues. I have also worked in the educational sector with children with behavior issues, ADHD, ODD, OCD, attachment disorder, autism, as well as anxiety and depression. I am a people person. I am empathetic, I listen, I am real, and I can help.

Welcome! Starting therapy takes a lot of courage. Having the best fit with your therapist is so important. Maybe if I tell you a bit about myself, this would help you in the process. I have been in the field for many years working with adolescents to seniors in a variety of settings. I’ve worked in private psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools, prisons and private practice. Most of my clients experience depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues or relationship struggles. I take a very active approach in therapy as opposed to just listening. I try to modify my approach most suited for the client to facilitate change.

Hi I’m Corrie and I’m so glad you’re here! Welcome to my page. I’m a Washington native, currently loving life in Tennessee where country music, sunshine, and southern charm are plentiful! My favorite things include: my 3 miracle IVF babies, my dog Bruno the mini-bernadoodle, crossfit, traveling, cooking, and spending time with my family/friends. Although I have supported hundreds of clients in a variety of treatment settings over the last 15+ years, I found my calling in working with women/women’s issues after experiencing my own personal journey with infertility, the subsequent joys/frustrations of navigating motherhood, and grieving the loss of my younger sister. Bloom (noun) - A beautiful process of becoming was the inspiration behind founding my practice. It is a reflection of both my desire for women to see their full potential, worth, and value while also recognizing that growth is possible no matter what you might be facing! Whether it be navigating motherhood, infertility, relationships, work/life balance, depression, anxiety, or grief, I am here to help and would love to walk alongside you on your journey!

Hi, I’m Dr. Ebony B. I’m a licensed therapist, healing guide, and space-holder for people who are tired of being the strong one. If you’ve been carrying the weight of emotional pain, burnout, or the pressure to keep showing up for everyone else, this is your space to put it all down and just be. I work with Black women, caregivers, and high-achieving professionals who often feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or like they’ve lost themselves somewhere along the way. Many of my clients seem to have it all together on the outside but feel exhausted inside. You don’t have to keep holding it in or pretending to be okay. You deserve a space to be real, to rest, and to heal. In our work together, we’ll move at your pace. I help clients understand what they’re feeling, where those emotions come from, and how to care for themselves with more compassion and clarity. We talk through patterns, explore your past, build boundaries, and learn new ways to cope that actually feel good to you. You’ll feel supported, not judged. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. We’ll laugh sometimes, reflect often, and create room for honesty, softness, and growth. I honor your lived experience and believe in healing that respects your identity, your story, and your values. You don’t have to do this alone. If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again, I would be honored to walk with you.

There is nothing more rewarding to me than assisting individuals in resolving the trauma that affects their lives. In my experience, the resolution of trauma has a knock-on effect that resolves many other issues the person may be experiencing. My approach is strongly based on a collaborative working relationship between the client and myself, where the client is the active partner in charge of their own recovery. I encourage the client to explore their past and present in order to understand how both have helped and hindered their ability to achieve their goals in life and in relationships. Establishing a clear timeline and connecting the dots from past experiences to what is currently going on in the client’s life is a powerful way to motivate them toward change.

Hello! For almost two decades, I have been counseling clients, and I find it a great honor to walk alongside people, partnering with them in the hard. I grew up with a schizophrenic father. I felt intense fear, shame, and loneliness throughout my formative years. I did a phenomenal job at numbing pain and people pleasing, while my pain festered. Learning how to see and feel my pain has been transformative. I am grateful for the story I have and believe the restored is always better than the original.

My name is Hiawatha, but I prefer to be called "Frenchie". I am a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend, and a proud grandmother. I enjoy all sports, but my favorites are basketball and tennis. I also love to mentor young ladies and be a positive role model for them. I have always been a great listener and love to try and help problem-solve. I believe in the power of positive thinking, and I also believe in being as supportive as I can be. I strongly encourage self-care as I definitely try to take time to re-energize myself often.

You carry big responsibilities, and it’s been heavy for too long. I work with executive leaders, founders, high performers including parents to turn overwhelm into clarity. Together we’ll surface blind spots, remove roadblocks, and build workable boundaries so you can lead well at work, show up at home, and feel grounded in your relationships. Constant stress and exhaustion aren’t the cost of success. Drive and focus don’t make you immune to anxiety, burnout, sleepless racing thoughts, shame, manipulation, family complexity, or the echo of old injuries. Excellence doesn’t require perfection and saying no is okay. With over a decade of experience across multiple states, I blend psychotherapy with practical consultation, offering confidential, results-focused care tailored to your unique world. I also provide corporate mental health training, parent coordination, custody evaluations, and psycho-legal consulting all delivered with discretion, expertise, and a deep understanding of high-stakes environments. If you’re ready for focused, actionable support, I’m here to help.

Carl Jung once said, “The world will ask you who you are. And if you don’t know, it will tell you.” Here’s the truth: the story you tell about yourself will shape the next chapter of your life—whether it’s full of courage and clarity, or stuck in old loops of powerlessness and shame. But you have the pen. You get to choose a new narrative—one built on healing, accountability, and real self-worth. I believe our active choices create our emotional confidence, our sense of belonging, and our capacity to thrive. When you change your story, you change your life. So the question becomes: Will you keep rehearsing survival? Or will you rise into a life you actually designed? Empower your voice. Redesign and refine. Choose freedom.
