Hi! My name is Daryll, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I strive to create a therapeutic space in which every client can feel truly, deeply seen and feel completely understood without fear of judgment. Empathy and acceptance are of utmost importance to me. As Carl Rogers said, “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” In a world where relationships are becoming more and more difficult, it is my mission to create an absolutely safe space for clients to be completely honest with themselves so that they can develop a deep level of self-acceptance and self-respect. When you feel totally accepted and valued exactly as you are, you can start to move towards living your life as your best self. Together, we can deconstruct the pieces holding you back. I am honored to sit with you in whatever darkness you are experiencing, and to hold space with you and hold hope for you, while we work together towards the life of peace and balance that is waiting for you. We are all meant to live a life of joy and integration, and that is absolutely possible if we are willing to put in the work to get there.
Is therapy for you? This can be a difficult question to answer when you are faced with all that life has to offer. Experiencing challenges in areas of family, relationships, and identity are often stressful without appropriate support and the necessary tools needed to face them head on. Considering therapy is the first step in your mental health journey and I’m ready to help you navigate and achieve your personal goals. Together, we will work on coping mechanisms and collectively navigate a holistic healing approach to enhance your mental well-being.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I strive to support adolescents and young adults as they work towards their goals. My approach is simple – together we’ll listen, learn, and take strides toward success. My expertise within clinical and juvenile settings has afforded me a heap of knowledge to best service your mental health needs. Let’s get started today in placing you on track towards a healthy mental health journey.
Hello and welcome. I really enjoy getting to know people and building genuine connections as we move through the ups and downs of life together. In our work, we might focus on relationships, managing stress, improving communication, navigating life transitions, and finding steadiness with emotions and thoughts. We can also make space to understand past experiences, explore patterns in dating and intimacy, and work toward a more balanced and meaningful life. I’m especially interested in the parts of ourselves that don’t always get attention—the quieter or “hidden” pieces that often have a lot to teach us. If you’re willing to show up as you are, I’ll meet you there with care and consistency. Thank you for being here.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, Shola brings over five years of experience as a Primary Therapist, case manager, and clinical care coordinator, providing insight into various mental health disorders.
Hello! My name is Ms. Tawanda McPhatter and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Virginia. I received my Master's Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and I have been providing therapy services for 12 years. I allow my clients a safe space to discuss their issues, concerns, and needs for themselves using behavioral approaches. I am a very avid listener and I feel that listening is very important when assisting my clients and helps identify their feelings and thoughts on things so that I can identify ways that I can be of assistance in helping to work through and/or address these issues and/or concerns.
If you’re here, you may be feeling anxious, stuck, emotionally drained, or navigating a life transition that has left you questioning your direction or sense of stability. Knowing something needs to change is often the first—and bravest—step.
I am a licensed therapist with decades of clinical experience helping adults work through anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is both compassionate and practical. I don’t believe in endless talk without progress—therapy with me is active, collaborative, and purposeful. Together, we focus on understanding what’s driving your distress and developing clear, effective strategies to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.
Clients often describe me as direct yet deeply supportive. I combine evidence-based therapeutic techniques with insight, clarity, and personalized guidance tailored to you. You can expect thoughtful feedback, meaningful reflection, and—when appropriate—home practices that help translate insight into real-world change.
I work best with adults who are motivated for growth and ready to engage in the process, even when it feels uncomfortable at times. Whether you’re struggling with persistent anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, or the weight of a major transition, my goal is to help you move forward with greater calm, self-trust, and resilience.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. If you’re ready to invest in yourself and create lasting change, I would be honored to support you.
** I do not process disability paperwork, attend court proceedings, provide service/emotional support animal letters or accommodation recommendations for school or work.
