I use a collaborative, warm, non-judgmental approach to helping my clients reach their goals. I am proficient in treating the following: Women (pre/post/peri natal care); trauma; addiction; mood disorders; personality disorders; life challenges; parenting issues; attachment and lack of support.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have 10 years of experience in working with clients who struggle with often co-occurring mental health and/or addiction. I utilize a person-centered approach with motivational interviewing, CBT, CPT, DBT, mindfulness, relapse prevention, trigger awareness and coping skills to assist my clients with learning how to manage their symptoms.
