Since the days of pigtails, I’ve been pulled by this strong force to access wisdom and connect with something higher than this tangible world. This gnawing passion has led me to study the power of the mind and how to create what our souls truly desire.
I’ve been blessed to study ancient technologies such as yoga and breathwork and am so passionate about sharing simple tools to effect real change.
I was trained in counseling at University of North Texas, receiving my Masters in Education. My favorite courses were transpersonal counseling and stress reduction through movement. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and have currently been practicing for 7 years.
I’m also a certified yoga teacher and trained at the Shri Kali ashram in India. The types of yoga I teach focus on activating the parasympathetic nervous system to release the whole self from the ever vigilant fight or flight mode a lot of us find ourselves in on a constant basis to survive in this modern culture.

I am Casey Linda Unger, Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been in the mental health field since 1996 and licensed since 2002.
My experience ranges from working with the chronically mentally ill in public mental health, private practice, inpatient psychiatric, diagnostics/assessment, crisis intervention, anger management, and employee assistance.
My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the effectiveness it has in pointing out negative thought patterns.
Through CBT I can help you see unconscious schemas that are leading you to do what you do, where they came from, how they developed, and ultimately how to become your own therapist reframing and moving forward on your own.
I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, low self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach is personalized, drawing from therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop practical strategies to achieve their personal goals. My aim is to empower you to live a more fulfilling and balanced life, with tools that fit your unique needs and values.

Hello. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 25+ years of experience across a wide range of clientele and environments. My Masters degree was earned at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. As a counselor I will be your biggest cheerleader while at the same time sharing honest observations how patterns in your life influence you in both positive and negative ways.
Hey! I’m Esme, I’m a licensed professional counselor and my goal is to empower you to overcome vulnerabilities! Perhaps you have felt misunderstood or even neglected by a previous mental health provider. Or if this is your first time seeking counseling, I want to assure you that my aim is to support you and understand you. In a safe comforted ambiance let’s work together to transform your life to the best version of you!
Through psychotherapy and psycho-education let’s get you going to feel peace and acquire wholeness! Sometimes we don’t always have control of circumstances, however, one sure thing that you can always obtain control of is your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Let's examine your thoughts and behaviors and start treading towards you feeling rejuvenated!
I'm open-minded with a nonjudgemental approach. I think it's important that you feel accepted and not have to worry about being judged. Your privacy is a priority to me, I'm currently seeing clients through video sessions. All means of communication that I use are HIPPA secure. Give me a call, and let's schedule a free phone consultation. (I'm fluent in Spanish as well)
My goal is to help you live a happier and more fulfilling life by working together to overcome your challenges. We will focus on your personal strengths and experiences and then build from there. I will truly listen to your thoughts and feelings and help you create a personalized plan to make it through difficult situations and tough times in your life. I have extensive experience treating individuals of all ages from young children to elderly adults as well as parents and families. Through therapy, you will feel empowered to become your personal best!
My therapeutic style is warm, relational, experiential, and direct. I use humor to help clients relax and feel at home where I can. One of the first skills I teach a new client is nervous system regulation. This is a gift that will pay dividends in the future. Somatic approaches are a nice place to start and helps clients to build skills in sitting with the hard moments, slowing down when needed, cultivating curiosity, and deepening their emotional experiences. I encourage self-compassion and self-love as explorations we can make slowly and together, and over time, clients find that this can become comfortable and even joy-inducing. I believe we’re called to grow and change when the strategies that once helped us survive and adapt start causing us problems. This doesn't mean we are broken or need fixing, not at all. In fact, it is those very skills that got you here, and we celebrate that. We might consider safe and tiny ways we can help move beyond old patterns of shame, guilt, people-pleasing, and self-judgment... and into a more authentic life that is a more rewarding, exciting, and consistent way of being who you want to be. Together we aim for more authenticity, more self-forgiveness and and self-acceptance as we work towards the life YOU want.
I have been working as a therapist for 5 years and have had experience in the following areas: school, career, trauma, farming community, anxiety, military, special needs children, and suicidal ideations (bilingual). I have worked with clients from 6 years old all the way up to 19 years old and have been able to see them blossom and I am looking forward to working with you! By the way. . .I am also bilingual (Spanish and English)!
I look forward to working with you and seeing what amazing new person you will become.

Hi there, I'm Parag.
You were not put here on this earth to suffer. You deserve to live your life with happiness and peace of mind. Mental illness and addiction can rob anyone of these precious gifts. When you turn to family and friends for support, often they don't know what to say or how to help. You can end up feeling very alone in the world.
No one wants to develop mental illness or addictions. You didn't do anything wrong. Feeling emotionally numb, mentally overwhelmed, or having thoughts like "I just don't want to be on this earth anymore" are not things that people willingly choose for themselves. They are illnesses. We often get sick through no fault of our own. Just like some people get diabetes or heart disease, some people get mental illness.
Working over five years in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, I have helped patients overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, phobias, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues. My approach is to get to know you as a person and work on addressing what is really going on with your mind and your life right now.
I know getting therapy can be scary, but I will do everything I can to help you feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Give yourself a chance to have peace of mind again.

I understand that every person's story is different and I strive to create an environment where client's feel heard, respected, and empowered.
I am fully bilingual in Spanish and English. I have 10+ years of experience working with children and adults providing individual and family counseling, including extensive experience providing trauma-informed care with immigrant families and youth involved with the foster care and juvenile justice systems. I will strive to instill hope by empowering clients to discover and build on their own strengths. I believe therapy can help individuals navigate through difficulties so it doesn't feel like we are doing it alone. Come with me to the journey of introspection and we will find healing in the end.
