I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with over two years of professional counseling experience. I work with individuals facing stress, anxiety, parenting challenges, low self-esteem, motivation concerns, and confidence issues. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can build on your strengths to help you overcome life's challenges.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent many years as an educator, giving me valuable insight into the unique pressures and demands faced by teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators, counselors, and other educational professionals. I understand the emotional toll that workplace stress, burnout, and balancing personal and professional responsibilities can have, and I am passionate about helping education professionals prioritize their mental well-being.
I am also committed to supporting individuals who are considering or undergoing plastic or bariatric surgery. I understand that these life-changing decisions involve more than physical transformation—they also bring emotional, psychological, and relational adjustments. My goal is to help clients develop a healthy relationship with their bodies, navigate body-image concerns, and build the emotional resilience needed for lasting success.
In addition, I specialize in working with postpartum depression and relationship concerns. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I incorporate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and person-centered therapy, to help clients develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is warm, supportive, and free of judgment. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you understand how your thoughts can affect your emotions and actions. My focus is reconciliation. Healing is often achieved through us becoming reconciled with self and/or others. It can be a process that allows us to identify and modify our thoughts and behaviors. We are all a work in progress and rightly so as circumstances are constantly changing. I believe that each person should have an opportunity to express themselves in a safe, nurturing, judgement free zone. As we seek to gain an understanding of self and others, often we experience a shift in our processing. If you are stuck or it feels like you are spinning out of control like a hamster on a wheel, let’s talk about “it”.

Hello, I'm Stacey Hernandez, my personal philosophy on counseling centers on empathy, empowerment, and collaboration. I believe that each individual is unique, and effective counseling involves understanding a person’s specific experiences, struggles, and strengths.
My areas of specialty are in grief and loss, anxiety, depression, stress management, and trauma, with 14 years of experience in counseling in various settings, such as school settings, children's bereavement center, and rape crisis center. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor living in Texas. I have experience working in public schools, prison settings, children's advocacy center, my private practice and online counseling. I enjoy helping people make changes that will benefit their best life. I work with children ages 10 and parenting skills for the family. I have several years of counseling but I know each person has his/her issues to deal with throughout the daily routine of life. My method is eclectic of many different modes of counseling rather than one direct approach that works for everyone.
What if you could write the story of your life? The truth is, you can, you are in control of your destiny, you are writing the story of your life right now. The choices you make are directly related to the thoughts you have. That puts you in control, you have the ability to change the way you think, and when you change the way you think, you change your life.
The thoughts you are thinking right now are writing the story of your life. If you are not happy with the story, you can reprogram your thoughts to change the story and write it the way you want it to go. Together you and I can work to manage the challenges you are facing today.
Therapy may seem scary or even overwhelming, but with the right partner you really can change your life. Together we will explore how your thoughts and the dimensions of wellness are affecting your life and find a path to change the story of your life, to one of positive emotional and mental well-being.
I have been a trauma trained therapist that has worked with teens and families for over 20 years in schools, hospitals and private practice settings. I work to help my clients with reprocessing trauma, coping and finding healthier behaviors that change their lives. I empower my clients and walk the journey of life alongside them. I create safety in the therapy space.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in depression, quick to anger, or frustrated in your relationships — you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with feel like something just isn’t working, but they can’t quite explain why. Often, these struggles come from early experiences where emotions were ignored, dismissed, or too much for the adults around us to handle.
As children, we learn fast: if expressing emotions doesn’t feel safe or accepted, we push them down. Over time, that emotional disconnection can turn into anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, or anger that feels hard to control.
My work focuses on helping you understand where these patterns come from and how to shift them. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that feels heavy, anger that shows up too fast, or relationship challenges that keep repeating — we’ll work together to untangle the deeper story and build healthier ways of coping, connecting, and feeling.
This isn’t just about managing symptoms — it’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been shut down for too long.

Hi there, my name is Shawn Taylor. I’m here to help.
Are you experiencing anger or frustration because important needs and expectations remain unmet? Are you struggling to balance your relationships, work, health, and personal responsibilities? Do you feel anxious or uncertain about the direction your life is taking? Have unhealthy habits or recurring patterns kept you from becoming the person you know you are capable of becoming?
Throughout my career, I have consistently observed that most people genuinely want to change. What is often missing is not motivation, but a practical understanding of how to turn insight and intention into consistent, sustainable action.
For more than 20 years, I have studied human behavior from three professional perspectives: criminal justice investigator, educator, and mental health practitioner. These experiences have taught me to look beyond symptoms and identify the underlying experiences, beliefs, emotional responses, and behavioral patterns that may keep people stuck.
My approach helps you understand those patterns, strengthen emotional and behavioral self-regulation, process unresolved experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and build greater personal agency. Rather than simply asking, “What is wrong?” we also explore: “What happened, what patterns developed, what keeps them active, and what can you begin doing differently?”
My goal is to help you translate greater self-awareness into healthier decisions, behaviors, relationships, and outcomes—with greater clarity, resilience, confidence, and self-direction.
I earned my MA in Counseling Psychology from Houston Graduate School of Theology in 2014 and have served as a Houston Police Department Criminal Justice Investigator, Spring ISD Career & Technology Educator, and independent Mental Health Practitioner.

Hi, I’m Devin. I’m happy that you’re here, and I want you to know that reaching out for support is a meaningful first step.

Together, we can identify practical tools and coping skills that support your emotional wellbeing while also making space to understand the deeper experiences that may be contributing to what you are feeling.
Most importantly, I believe you should have a voice in your healing process. You deserve to feel supported, empowered, and more in control of your life. When you are ready, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you begin taking steps toward healing, redemption, and a stronger sense of self.

Let ME help YOU unpack... your emotional baggage and lighten your load. As Erykah Badu sings in her powerful song, "Bag Lady," it's time to let go of all those heavy bags you've been carrying and start fresh. I am a licensed professional counselor who supports women, mothers, and teens navigating stress, identity shifts, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing what is broken but reconnecting with who you are beneath survival mode. I bring together clinical skill, cultural awareness, and real life understanding to help clients feel seen, steady, and empowered.
Hi, I’m Brittany, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor who helps adults navigate life transitions, stress, grief, emotional overwhelm, and seasons of uncertainty. I believe meaningful change begins within, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
